We stayed for two nights at Buonenotti B&B during the Palio di Siena and we had a great time. The location is excellent, also convenient for parking, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good and abundant. A special thanks to Alessandra, the owner, who proved to be extremely kind and hospitable. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Siena.

We got what was advertised in terms of a property. We were allocated a parking area, which is always at a premium in Europe. The best part of the trip was our host, Alessandra. Her guidance and advice was critical to make our stay a great success.

A great place to stay while visiting Siena. The accommodation is a 20-minute walk from the old town, and the free parking was much appreciated. A very comfortable room with a fan and mosquito netting on the window to keep any bugs out! A friendly and helpful host too.

The Buonenotti B&B was a delightful discovery: convenient with public transportation, well connected, spotlessly clean and quiet. The owner of the property is of infinite courtesy and provides with valuable advice and exquisite breakfasts. Every morning at least one, if not two, fresh pastries: tart, big doughnut, cakes. The coffee is like in a bar, but the property also has lactose-free and gluten-free products. If I return to Siena, I will book again.

Mrs. Alessandra was of a unique hospitality and flexibility. Very professional. Recommended for anyone staying in Siena for any need. Close to the station and the GSK company. Impeccable quality and cleanliness.

Alessandra is very kind and welcoming. Well-furnished and clean room. Very detailed. Having purchased some Tuscan wine, we appreciated the presence of a fridge/wine cooler in the room. Super breakfast! Highly recommended and we will be back next time!

Excellent location outside the center that can be easily reached by car in 2 minutes, Alessandra is very helpful and in the morning always welcomes you with a smile and homemade sweets. The structure is new, inside it is small and charming, perfect for the weekend.

Maybe the price is a bit low for what is offered. The place is strategic for those who want to visit Siena or for those, like me, who are there to go to the le Scotte hospital. I am more than satisfied, also thanks to Mrs. Alessandra who is very kind and is always available for any need.

Alessandra is really kind and helpful and prepares very good breakfasts. Ready to recommend you places to visit or to spend your lunches and dinners. Really satisfied with this location, I recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I stayed for two nights during a working/holiday trip to Italy and were very happy that we stayed at Buonenotti B&B. Due to a very full day of driving we arrived quite late in Siena and the owner was very kind in accommodating our arrival, thank you to Alessandra. The building is about 25-30 minutes walk from the centre of old Siena, has parking and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good mix a pastries, juice, breads, cold meats, cheese and cooked eggs and not to forget the Cappuccino which for coffee lovers like us is always a treat to have in Italy.

It was like being at home, Mrs. Alessandra was very kind, helpful and prepares a super breakfast! The Buonenotti B&B is well-kept and offers all the comforts. Highly recommended!

Fantastic B&B. Upon arrival, we parked in designated spaces reserved for Buonenotti B&B, a short distance from the property, and were greeted by the very kind Alessandra who provided us with a city map, explained how to reach the city center by bus or car for free parking, and recommended some excellent restaurants for dinner. Our room was spacious and equipped with a TV and a small refrigerator. Dream breakfast: every morning Alessandra served us wonderful breakfasts with cakes and pastries made by herself and some savory appetizers. Upon our return, the room was always impeccably clean. Finally, we must mention Luca who shared interesting anecdotes about the Palio di Siena. We thank both of them again for the splendid stay and hope to return soon.

The property is located a few kilometers from Siena, easily reachable by car in a few minutes. This allows you to enjoy tranquility, as the rooms overlook the other side of a very quiet street. The room was new and cozy. The sweet and savory breakfast was satisfying. It is worth noting that the property managers were careful to provide a breakfast for celiac people as well, a fact not to be underestimated. Thanks to their helpful advice, we were able to navigate well both for Siena and the nearby villages. Overall, I highly recommend this property, you will be satisfied. If I return to Siena, my first accommodation attempt will be at the Buonenotti.

It is already the second time that I have been, with my wife, a guest of this establishment. I have returned and I believe I will return again because I felt really good there. The exquisite hospitality of Alessandra, who manages the B&B, her wonderful breakfasts, the perfect cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, the excellently served location by the city's public transport which allows you to reach the center in a few minutes make this B&B the best of those I have frequented so far in this city and its surroundings. I recommend it with all my heart to those who want to visit what is, for me, the most beautiful city in the world, Siena.

Highly recommended. Brand new and well-maintained property, free parking, near Porta Camollia from where you can reach the Duomo in 15 minutes on foot. Very kind hosts, Alessandra gives advice on how to make the most of your stay in Siena, including great dinner recommendations. Last but not least: breakfast with bakery products prepared directly by her every morning. Try it to believe it.

Everything perfect! Alessandra will welcome you and win you over with her sympathy and availability. The Buonenotti B&B is clean, on the first floor of a building, in a quiet area. The rooms are finished and tastefully furnished. There are two nearby stops that connect to the center, although not far; even the bus coming from Florence stops there. For any need, you will find a person who will help you, in my case by inquiring about the schedules of night buses, available to anticipate the breakfast time for early morning departures. I also recommend it for those who need a place near the Siena University for Foreigners.

We stayed for three nights for health reasons. The welcome from Alessandra was excellent, her advice was helpful, both for exploring the city and for eating well. The environment is peaceful and comfortable, and undoubtedly the care and passion of the owner make the difference, making her guests feel at home. Thank you!

I chose this Buonenotti B&B fascinated by the photos but especially by the reviews on breakfast. In person, it doesn't disappoint anything you see in the photos: modern, clean, unique structure, and meticulously cared for in every detail (our bedside tables were two repainted tree trunks, and on each one, a heart made of branches). Alessandra is fantastic to say the least. Kind, friendly, she welcomes you like a friend at her own home. The rooms are clean, the bathroom modern, and the shower superb! The breakfast? Exceptional! Quality/price ratio hard to find, especially in Siena. It truly deserves it.

Me and my wife felt at home! Exceptional Alessandra for kindness, availability and for the breakfast she personally prepares. More than 10 cannot be expressed.

It is a real shame that there is no vote higher than 10, but certainly the praise should be given as a vote to the managers. Located ten minutes on foot from the center of Siena, on the first floor of a very quiet building, the B&B is brand new, furnished with great taste and quality. The cleanliness is impeccable, not to mention the breakfast made up of homemade pastries by Sandra (in four days we never ate the same things), which I assure you, you will not be able to wait to get up to taste them. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a nice large shower bathroom, and the beds are very comfortable; there is also a small refrigerator which is very useful for keeping something to drink cool. You will feel at home! I almost forgot, we also had the opportunity to take a mountain bike excursion accompanied by Sandra's husband, Luca, who took us starting from the castle of Belcaro, where he had the bicycles ready for us, through woods and paths to Monteriggioni, explaining to us the history of Siena, the Palio, and the various hermitages we touched while traveling on pieces of the famous Via Francigena. In short, we can only thank Luca and Sandra for their hospitality, seriousness, and skill. PS: Ask to taste the apricot jam made by Sandra, it is excellent.

We stayed seven nights in this beautiful and romantic structure. Sandra, the owner, and Luca, her husband, are truly wonderful people, very helpful and at the same time very reserved. They have always been attentive and caring in fulfilling every request we had. The rooms are brand new and quiet, the cleanliness of them is unmatched, everything is taken care of in every detail; the bathrooms are no less, which have very large and comfortable showers. The cleaning and their arrangement were done daily. Our room overlooked the enchanting Tuscan countryside and, in the morning, as soon as we woke up, this splendid panorama conveyed a true sense of serenity. The location of this B&B is truly strategic. In fact, since it is located outside the walls of the historic center, it allows you to get there directly by car and to park in their private parking, thus allowing for convenient loading and unloading of any luggage. At the same time, however, the historic center can be reached on foot with a beautiful walk of about 15 minutes (all flat) seizing the opportunity to admire the beautiful streets of the city. The breakfast, entirely prepared by the wonderful Sandra, is all based on homemade sweets, very, very good and genuine. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. With Sandra and Luca, we formed a true relationship of esteem and friendship and we were really sad to have to leave. On Epiphany day, they even made us find the stocking and they even gave a gift for little Lorenzo who will be born in a few months. A warm greeting to Sandra, Luca, Virginia, Silvia, and Ettore, with the promise to return soon as a group of three!
