Good accommodation in front of the hospital in Udine. Clean and comfortable.

The only flaw is that I was never contacted to confirm the reservation.

I found the room cold, I slept with that duvet and I was cold despite managing to turn on the air conditioner. I did not have breakfast because I had to fast for the test, I was hoping for a small discount.

Everything was great, but the sore point was definitely the breakfast that we had to provide ourselves.

Despite the appearance of the building and the entrance door, inside the rooms are well furnished and functional. Towels are changed 2 times a week and cleaning is done every day. Coffee, soap, and paper napkins are updated as they are consumed. To enter, you must call the manager who opens the entrance with a remote control and you are reached in a very short time. The bus stop (1) for the Center (9 minutes) and the Station (15 minutes) is right outside the house. A Despar shop a few hundred meters away. Excellent, I recommend it without reservations.

Great solution for those who need to be close to the hospital. Bus number 1 takes you to the city center in no time, otherwise it's a 15-20 minute walk. For those traveling by car, there is easy free parking in the nearby streets. The cleanliness of the room is perfect. There's no actual breakfast provided, but the owner offers milk, coffee, tea, and each room has a very functional kitchenette. Extremely positive overall rating.

Excellent comfort and cleanliness of the room with exclusive bathroom by default. The structure is located in front of the hospital and well connected by public transport to the city center. The owners are friendly and provide excellent advice on artistic attractions to visit and places to enjoy Friulian food and wine specialties.

The owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. The internal structure is modern, fragrant, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Cleaning services and towel changes are impeccable. Competitive price. The only note: unfortunately, in the branch in front of the station there is no elevator to reach the B&B. We will definitely come back.

Great location in front of the hospital. The room is always clean and colorful. The bathroom is always clean. The exterior does not convey how new and well-kept the interior is.
