Amazing b&b, designed carefully to make you feel at home. A beautiful garden area like a small haven for a relaxing time. Amazing staff and very friendly and welcoming host.

We stayed only overnight, but what a wonderful place this was to stay. We artived at 9am from australia, having flown for over 20 hours. Cathetine met us at the accomodation and made us a tea and coffee, making us feel cery welcome. She gave us some good information. Our room wasnt ready but we were able to leave our luggage and she put it in our room when ready. when we returned from our day out, our room was lovely and clean. It is right next to the tram line which was a bit noisy at times, but would not deter me from staying there again. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. Again catherine made us feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again. The location was really convenient and close to tram and train station.

The inside of this apartment was nicely done and very clean. However, it was not in the same location as the other apartments which was not explained to me. It did not have any terrace or shared space as I was expecting and was in an area of the city that I felt uncomfortable as a young woman in alone.

Beautiful property. Extremely well considered and designed. Really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee station. My only minor complaint is that it is very noisy.

Very nice place, beautiful, clean, large room, great breakfast, the owner is very nice person. Lots of restaurants and markets options very close, ate the same block. 25 minutes walk to city center. Really recommend.

This was like staying in a magical tree house in the city. We would stay here again absolutely! The host and staff were always friendly and helpful. Fabio helped us navigate a train strike to make sure we were able to catch our train to Rome. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, and was ready at the times we requested. Since our train was very early, the staff dropped off yogurt and fruit the night before! The location was very close to transportation.

We loved staying at La Favia. The terrace garden was beautiful in the middle of the city. Our room right on the terrace level was the best! Convenient to many sites and metro. A special place.

For us it was a perfect stay at LaFavia Milano. Fabio is a very friendly person and let us feel like home. The accommodation was absolutely amazing. Every corner is designed with lovely details, which make you feel being in your friends home. The breakfast was incredible and very personal. Lovely quaint B&B on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Tram stop right outside and short walk from Train station and Metro. Fabio was a charming host who provided lots of information and tips pm how to enjoy the city, The rooms are beautifully decorated, we stayed in a terrace room which had outside sitting area and small but well designed kitchen area. With a 2 ring hob, microwave and small fridge. The breakfast was self service for cereal and fruit. You can pick the night before if you want a cold meat platter, boiled eggs or scrambled egg and bacon all beautifully served and tasty but not large portions..

Lovely property and hosts!

LaFavia is a charming bed n breakfast. Check in was easy. All my needs were met. Tram stops right in front of the place. Close to the city centre. Garibaldi station is 5 minutes from LaFavia. A pleasant stay.

Extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, and host was very accommodating. Great location as well, within walking distance to the fashion district and other shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Milano.

Good value B&B just to the north of central Milan. Nice clean rooms really nicely decorated with good size comfortable beds and nice bathroom with walk in shower. The host Fabio met us on arrival and showed us the rooms and breakfast area. There is a nice garden area where you can sit and relax or eat breakfast weather permitting. Breakfast is made to order and good quality. There is a Nespresso machine available to use 24 hours and tea making facilities. There is a tram stop right outside the door with routes 2 & 4 serving the Duomo, Cadorna station and the castle Sforzesco and Sempione Park. Metro station Monumentale is only a couple of minutes walk away so anywhere within central Milan’s easily accessible. Lots of useful information provided by Fabio and maps and leaflets available. Would recommend this B&B and would gladly stay again.

Fabio and his team provided us with a great B&B. The room was not the largest we have ever stayed in, but the location and facilities were superb. Fabio was a great host giving us dining and sight seeing suggestions. Each morning Catherine had our delicious breakfast ready, and there were plenty of choices! My wife is gluten free and they had no problems providing lots of choices. The location is great, not far from Garibaldi station, and the room is very secure. Highly recommended.

Handy location, a short stroll from Porta Garibaldi station (with regular trains to and from Malpensa airport, and also connected to the metro network); and there is a nearby tram line too. It's also within easy walking distance of the Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione, Pinacoteca di Brera, Cimitero Monumentale, etc. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Nice breakfast selection. Stylishly decorated. Would happily stay again!

Comfortable, friendly, attractive B&B with a large and well furnished roof terrace for fine weather.

Fabio, Anna and Katherine went out of their way to answer our questions, provide recommendations and accommodate our requests. The entrance door does not look “inviting” but once inside the property was very nice. We had the apartment on the top floor. We had to walk up one flight of stairs (not a problem for us) but some may object. Our major complaint was the poor water pressure in our apartment and the variability of water temperature while taking a shower. Otherwise, the apartment was great! We would definately stay again on a return visit to Milan. A clean, well situated propert; Fabio was an excellent host.

La Favia Four Rooms is nestled amongst lots of bushes and trees which gives it a nice change from out in the street in this area. Good tram service in same street to get to City Centre and Duomo area. Inexpensive BnB.

I definitively recommend this excellent address: well placed near Garibaldi Porta in a safe neighborhood. Very functional, comfortable, clean and nicely designed. Very responsive, friendly and welcoming staff-team. Delicious charming breakfast.

Amazing courtyard garden at the rear to have your breakfast in.

My wife and I spend 4 nights in Fabio's perfect B&B and we enjoyed the time. The room we had was spacious and very clean, the sheets on the beds are super quality and the mattresses are comfortable. The terrace is a perfect place to have your breakfast on a sunny morning and to relax with a glass of after a long sightseeing day in the city. The B&B is also located in a neighborhood with easy access to public transportation (tram and train). There are also many of good restaurants in walking distance. I would stay here again when coming to Milan.

Very pleasant B&B, about 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Milan. Breakfasts were very good, and there was a coffee machine available. Fabio and the two ladies were both very helpful.

Thank you very much Fabio for a wonderful stay and we would most likely stay at LaFavia again should we come to Milano in future. The rooms were excellent - different to other accommodation in the city and well-designed. The only change I would make would be to have slightly more selection at breakfast time and / or fresh fruits but everything that was served at breakfast was great.

Visiting Milan partly for the Expo but also for its many interesting sights, we chose La Favia4rooms because it suited our needs in regard of location. We liked it very much because of its special atmosphere, its beautifully designed rooms and also because Fabio did a very good job at feeling us welcome. Breakfast was a treat, fresh and tasty and not just the typical Italian style. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les chambres sont très agréables et très bien tenues, le petit déjeuner était très bon, jus d'orange pressé frais, toast chaud, cake frais du jour. L'accueil très sympathique et de bon conseil pour visiter Milan. Le lieu est assez bien situé, métro ou à pieds. Un satisfecit général pour ce bed& breakfast au prix raisonnable au regard de la qualité.

Nous avons été très bien dans ce B and B, l'accueil le service la gentillesse, l'amabilité du propriétaire, tout était réuni, nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir et bien évidemment une adresse à recommander; merci pour cet agréable séjour.

Tout d'abord Bonjour a Fabio et à tout son agréable personnel que nous ne pouvons que féliciter pour leur dévouement et sympathique accueil. C'est une adresse à retenir et à conseiller à toute personne partant découvrir Milan. Un intérieur où se croisent délicatesse et harmonie des couleurs et des objets. Quant au calme du jardin (exceptionnel en pleine ville) il fait bon prendre le petit déjeuner entre ombres et lumières, et encore une fois servi avec une attention toute particulière. Félicitation nous conseillerons cette adresse proche aussi d'un quartier piétonnier bien sympa (aller boire un café au Corso Como Café!) Didier et Catherine.

Le choix de l'emplacement car situé plutôt dans le nord de MIlan tout en étant central, a 1/2 heure en métro du Salon du Mobilier, ravissant, accueil trės chaleureux, on s'y sent tellement bien, il suffit de regarder les photos tout est charmant et raffiné, le quartier est très animé, encore merci et bravo, nous allons vous recommander.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell und jedes Detail in den Zimmern ist liebevoll ausgesucht. Die Konversation mit Fabio war reibungslos. Die Damen beim Frühstück waren entzückend. Wie versprochen waren die Zimmer auch ruhig im Hinterhof. Was noch verbessert werden könnte, sind die Duschen in den Hinterhofzimmern- da wären gläserne statt den Vorhängen schön! Die Straßenbahn fährt vor dem Haus direkt in die Stadt. Leider gab es in der Nacht starke Gewitter und wir mussten deshalb auf die Metro umsteigen, die jedoch auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Parkgarage war auch gleich ums Eck (20 Euro pro Nacht).

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Man kann zu Fuß zum Dom gehen, und hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist trotzdem ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen.

Sehr guter Ort und sympathische Betreuung.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alle war sehr bemüht. Die Gartenterasse ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider sehr laut, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Fenster hält. Das Zentrum ist mit einem Spaziergang in ca. 15 Min zu erreichen. In der Nähe haben abends einheimische Restaurants geöffnet.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Wegbeschreibung, tolles Zimmer mit stylischem Bad, sehr sauber und gutes Frühstück!

El alojamiento está genial. Está decorado con mucho gusto. Fabio es encantador y las chicas que nos atendieron en el desayuno también. La habitación muy bonita y la ropa de cama de gran calidad. La ubicación no llega a ser en el centro, pero está muy bien comunicado mediante metro y tranvía (en 15 min) Lo único que tenia de malo nuestra habitación es que al estar en el hall, se oía todo. Pero como en el mismo piso que nosotros solo había otra habitación más, no fue un gran inconveniente. Muy recomendable.

Ho soggiornato due giorni e sono stata benissimo. Il bilocale, piccolo ma molto accogliente e pulito, si trova vicino alla metropolitana. Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione Garibaldi è molto silenzioso. Sicuramente hanno guadagnato un'altra cliente.

Ottima struttura, la consiglierei sicuramente.

Siamo venuti per regalare ai nostri figli una notte nella struttura che hanno visto nel loro programma preferito: 4 hotel. Noi siamo una famiglia alla buona e abituati alla rete dello scambio casa, e un 4 stelle ci intimoriva, ma quando siamo arrivati alla Favia ci siamo sentiti subito accolti e trattati benissimo. La struttura ci è piaciuta molto, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato gli elementi di design inseriti in ogni camera. Un ringraziamento particolare anche per aver messo un letto in più nella camera dei figli, e per averci tenuto le valigie oltre il check out. Ci piacerebbe venire anche nelle stagioni intermedie, perché il caldo ci ha impedito di apprezzare appieno Milano. Ci siamo dimenticati di fare un giro di tarocchi!

Ottima posizione, vicinissima a due stazioni metro. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Stanze su giardino pensile interno molto suggestive.

B&B LA FAVIA costituisce un’ottima scelta per brevi e lunghi soggiorni a Milano. La struttura è carina, arredata con gusto e vicina al centro. La signora Anna è stata gentilissima e accogliente. Il personale addetto alla colazione anche. Usano materie prime di ottima qualità sia per il food che per i prodotti di cortesia. In una realtà come Milano è una vera chicca.

In tanti anni di frequentazione dei B&B sia in Italia che all'estero mi è capitato di trovare delle bellissime strutture, dei gestori cordialissimi, delle ottime colazioni. Devo dire con piacere che il B&B LaFavia è top nella classifica! Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio decisamente a chi voglia fermarsi a Milano, abitare a un passo dalle zone centrali, godere della bellezza di due inaspettate e silenziosissime terrazze pensili immerse nel verde, avere ogni confort nelle camere ed essere accolto nel più gentile dei modi. B&B in posizione strategica nel cuore di Milano, arredato con stile, dotato di un bellissimo giardino pensile dove consumare le colazioni e godersi un po' di quiete. Nonostante la zona centrale silenzioso. Ben gestiti welcoming e colazioni. Accoglienza premurosa e gentile. Consigliatissimo!

Locali molto accoglienti all' insegna dello stile e del design, inseriti in un contesto urbano piacevole, tranquillo e centrale, padroni molto ospitali e premurosi, ottima l'organizzazione all'arrivo e alla partenza, ben servito da mezzi pubblici e dalla stazione metropolitana Monumentale. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido B&B insieme a mia figlia. È tutto veramente molto curato anche nei particolari. I proprietari sono stupendi e molto disponibili, la colazione è abbondante e buona. Le camere sono molto molto carine e curate. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

B&B consigliatissimo, fin da quando siamo arrivati io e la mia ragazza abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di Fabio, che ci ha persino stampato i biglietti dell'expo che avevamo sull'email. La colazione è abbondante e genuina, ho apprezzato anche che ci ha chiesto il giorno prima cosa volessimo per colazione in modo da evitare stupidi sprechi di cibo. Insomma bello, accogliente, lo consiglio!

Accoglienza divina, gestore gentilissimo, struttura elegante e raffinatissima. Pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima e servita in un giardino pensile stupendo. Letti comodissimi e biancheria perfetta. Ambiente raffinatissimo, stile e confort massimi. Posizione ottima al centro e alla stazione. Ringrazio fabio e marco per la cordialità e l'accoglienza. Arrivederci!

Struttura eccezionale nel centro di Milano non pensavo esistesse un posto così bello e curato nei particolari. Ci si sente come a casa ma respirando le atmosfere dei luoghi da cui provengono gli oggetti che arredano il B&B passione e ospitalità dei titolari sono al di sopra di ogni aspettativa lo consiglio vivamente!

La recentissima ristrutturazione è stata fatta con molta cura buon gusto e attenzione ai particolari. L'accoglienza del gestore è ottima. Fabio è attento alle esigenze degli ospiti senza essere mai invadente. La colazione merita una menzione speciale poiché è possibile richiedere ciò che si desidera dalla sera prima e la mattina si troverà tutto ben disposto nella bella veranda. La colazione spazia da spremuta di vere arance a torta fatta in casa a brioches di pasticceria. In ultimo ma non meno importante la posizione che permette anche a donne sole di stare fuori e rientrare in tranquillità.
