Strano ma vero, il posto è esattamente come viene descritto: nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Bello e ben curato il giardino e bella anche la piscina con la sala colazione che vi si affaccia. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate e dotate di materassi e guanciali nuovissimi, condizionatore, TV e wi-fi gratuito. Notevole il bagno con la grande doccia. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale, in particolare di Luca, che è stato in grado di soddisfare con puntualità e rapidità ogni nostra necessità. Da non trascurare la vicinanza all'aeroporto di Ciampino ed alla stazione di Casabianca (300 mt.), dalla quale con pochi euro si arriva a Termini in appena 20 minuti.

I'm not sure why I can't enter the country I live in? Italy is not on the list? Anyway, we drove up to Rome & stayed in this very lovely, very clean, B&B run by Luca and his family. They were amazing--among many other services & kindnesses you'd expect from this type of property, they were accommodating, solicitous & helpful in every way we could think of. Not only did we have lovely conversations in English, but they gave us a late checkout and allowed us to leave our car safely parked in their secured area until late in the evening on the morning we checked out. They also kept our bags locked up, just to be safe. By the time we left that night, we vowed to go back and see our new Italian friends. The one downside of the visit was that we were so close to the airport, it was quite noisy from the aircraft taking off--but I brought my own "white noise" and heard nothing from midnight to 7am in fact, when I mentioned it, they sounded very interested in providing white noise in their rooms. So ask - I got the impression they might install this "masking" sound to help your sleep. The breakfast was fairly standard cold stuff, like cereal & milk, prosciutto & cheese, a few rolls, toast, etc.
