I booked this place for one of our collaborators and he was satisfied with the stay. The manager is very kind and helpful with all the information. Good area near the port which was necessary and also good breakfast. Everything was great.

Very kind staff, convenient location and clean.

My son had to get the boating license in the old port of Genoa and the structure is perfect in terms of location. The owner is very kind. I will book again. Great also for visiting the Genoa Aquarium.

Excellent location, perfect hospitality.

Excellent experience in this B&B in a very quiet area of the port of Genoa, a stone's throw from the Aquarium. The staff is very helpful and the room was very cozy, with a generous breakfast and everything you need to cook or prepare something. Great solution for spending 2/3 nights in Genoa.

Excellent value for money, clean, great location, quiet, very kind manager.

We stayed in a spacious and clean apartment. The breakfast was very abundant. It is located in front of the aquarium, therefore in the old port area. Very convenient also to reach the Galata museum. The manager helped us with parking, because during the week of August, the one at the old port was full. Walking you can easily reach the city center.

Excellent location for those who want to visit Genoa with children. Close to the Aquarium (50 m) and other attractions of the port and the pier. Excellent management for hospitality, availability, cleanliness, and flexibility. Breakfast is also very good. Highly satisfied!

Beautiful structure in a strategic and very convenient location to visit the city. The manager is kind and helpful, if I were to return to Genoa I would go there again without a doubt.

Too bad there is no fresh bread for breakfast at B&B Dell'Acquario.

Place to recommend for Aquarium and historic center. Mr. Hunlrik always available and kind!

Excellent in all aspects. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine except that the TV wasn't working. Also, upon arrival, the rooms were very cold in terms of temperature. I believe it would be better, especially in winter climates, to preheat the rooms before the customer's arrival. Otherwise, very peaceful and welcoming.

I returned with my wife to the same B&B Dell'Acquario where we had stayed with our grandchildren at the beginning of the month (from the 2nd to the 7th), in a different accommodation. In both cases: excellent location just a stone's throw from the Porto Antico (Aquarium, etc.); modern, functional, elegant and discreet furnishings; absolutely professional welcome, punctuality and attentive courtesy; daily cleaning, abundant breakfast with daily supply of fresh products. In the first stay: a 52 sqm loft in the highly suggestive ex-Salt Warehouses (medieval).

We were disturbed several times during the day. We did not receive any receipt regarding the payment for the apartment.\n\nHowever, the breakfast was very plentiful, the place clean and in a very good location.

Super central location, excellent and varied breakfast. The bathroom can be improved, the shower box did not close well and the shower head supplied very little water. Bathroom products offered can be improved.

We stayed three nights at the B&B Dell'Acquario and we can say that the experience was excellent. The welcome from the owners was great, they handed us the keys and gave us some useful information. The room was very nice, tastefully furnished with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. Everything needed to prepare breakfast in the room independently was available, and every day the staff would come to replace what was used and clean cups and other items, also tidying up the room and even making the bed. The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from the city center and the old port. We highly recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice surprise arriving at the B&B Dell'Acquario and in the room. It is very clean, very well equipped. It is spacious, tastefully decorated using ancient materials. The most difficult part is the image of arriving in this ancient district of Genoa that served as a warehouse. The streets are narrow, very narrow, making maneuvers difficult when scaffolding inhabit the place -which is common in Italy-. The vehicle was safe in a garage. The B&B is well located. We stayed for three days and visited the city center on foot. The weekend at the port was lively and very crowded by a cheerful population.

Excellent structure, friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Convenient to reach the aquarium. The access road is a bit narrow but absolutely manageable (we have a Renault Grand Espace and had no problems at all). Highly recommended especially for families with children.

Fully equipped room bathroom and kitchen - shower gel/shampoo provided - hairdryer - towels - plentiful breakfast with fruit bread yogurt cheese etc located right in front of the aquarium and the pirate ship and Ulrich very helpful thank you.

We had a great time, Mr. Ulrich's welcome was very friendly. The orange room is neat and pleasant, the two adults and two children really enjoyed it. Abundant breakfast. Perfect location for visits to the aquarium and the children's city. We will be back.

Great B&B. The room was very large and clean. Excellent availability and kindness of those who managed the B&B. The only downside was the parking payment. We had a great time. If someone has children, it's the ideal place. Very close to the aquarium and the city center (within walking distance).

Very good welcome (we were picked up by bike to be guided to the parking), perfect location in front of Porto Antico in Genoa (attention, the address is not exact in the documents, it is the address of the headquarters and not of the apartment. It is very close, but the GPS gets lost in the small streets when it is not necessary), the person who welcomed us speaks French, the beds are good, the bathroom impeccable, a bit of traffic noise (but we are in the city). The breakfast could be improved (based on industrial biscuits) but it is already very good, coffee, tea, fruit juice. In summary, very good, recommended.

A great place to stay. The only thing that wasn't working was wi-fi. That was a huge problem because I stayed in this B&B for work. I need wi-fi for my work. But all together, it is a very clean, nice property. The host was very kind. Certainly a place to go back to. Maybe not for work, but for a vacation it is just perfect.

We had a very good experience. Spacious and functional studio. The parking space was very convenient. Very close to the old port. Ulrich was very kind, he came to wait for us at the parking lot, accompanied us, and gave us various directions. The only flaw is that the ground floor studio is a bit dark and closed, but the owner had correctly warned us. This problem does not exist for the upper floor units. I would recommend it.

We stayed in a group of eight in an apartment very close to the aquarium.\n\nThe apartment is really nice, on two floors, great for families, and well furnished.\n\Even though it's very close to the aquarium, the area of the old port seems to be not very recommendable.

Superior B&B, right at the port of Genova, 5 minutes walking distance from the Aquarium. Had a tremendously good time there with my family.

The property is new and welcoming, modern and clean, a stone's throw from the aquarium and the port, in a quiet area. The young man who takes care of the reception and check-out was very courteous and professional.

We had a great time, with my wife and two small children. You don't need to use the car, everything is close by from the sea to the aquarium to the restaurants and trattorias, very convenient in every way and for those with small children there is a nice playground two minutes away on foot and a very rich breakfast, they even provided juice boxes and yogurt for the kids. The best.

We were hosted in an outbuilding in Piazza Caricamento. Caring reception. Cozy and delightful little apartment, equipped with everything (microwave, induction stove, etc.) all new and well maintained. Excellent beds. Great breakfast, with fridge and fruit bowl provided at best. Two grandparents and two grandchildren completely happy. What more to say?

I rented the apartment overlooking the aquarium, comfortable spacious rooms, all rooms with windows and blackout curtains, dining room complete with all accessories. Short but comfortable stay, public gardens and pedestrian area in front of the house. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful, the owner very kind and friendly. Thank you all.

Very clean, beautiful and welcoming room (in my son's favorite color) located in a superbly renovated 16th-century building with excellent security service for access. The managers were very kind and helpful, from the directions provided to reach the B&B to the attention towards us to culinary advice/places to visit. The only 'downside,' if it can be called that, is that being a light sleeper, the absence of shutters but only blackout blinds did not allow me to sleep well, but my husband and son, however, had sound sleeps. The location is excellent, we left the car parked and walked to all the areas of interest.

Located in an optimal position for those who want to explore the historic center on foot. The room is very large with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The managers are truly affable and welcoming people. From today it is my reference for future stays in Genoa.

We were greeted (husband, wife, and two daughters aged 15 and 8) by the manager on the street as one would with a family member. After a brief presentation of the property, we were taken to our room where Mr. Bariletti provided us with all the information to visit the city. Orange Room for 4, comfortable and welcoming, very particular in the details. The little Sara was very happy with the welcome, especially when Mr. Bariletti gave her a teddy bear that she still sleeps with affectionately. Breakfast more than plentiful and of good quality. Before leaving, we were allowed to pick up our luggage in the evening, giving us the opportunity to continue the visit in complete tranquility. For those who want to visit the center of Genoa and the surroundings of the port on foot, I highly recommend it.

The place is really beautiful, close to the main attractions, such as the Aquarium, Bigo, etcetera, but at the same time detached. The room for two people is spacious and well organized, in a few words it is a kind of studio apartment. The owner is very kind, every day the table for breakfast was replenished so that we could also eat a cookie or a brioche in the middle of the night. The cleaning lady is also very kind and polite. The price for the service and the rest is really good.
