We stayed at this property for 4 days. Wonderful experience, great location for us as a reference point for exploring. Thorough cleaning, fantastic breakfast with local products and homemade desserts. Rosella and her husband make you feel at home, two fantastic people. Thank you, I recommend it.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast in August, my partner and I had a great time. The structure, a beautiful villa, is located a short distance from the center of the beautiful Foligno, the room is tastefully furnished and very clean, the owners, Rossella and her husband, two wonderful, friendly and welcoming people, make you feel at home, the breakfast, what can I say, delicious with homemade cakes by Rossella, organic fruit from their plants, quality and sought-after cold cuts, and many other things... so, a wonderful place, highly recommended for everything. We hope to be able to return, thank you for everything and we really hope to see you soon.

Absolutely a stay from ten and praise. Excellent value for money. Strategic location of the property, which allows you to easily reach the other cities of Umbria. At Elisa House kindness, cordiality, and hospitality reign supreme. Personally, I had a great time with the owners of the property, always very helpful. Abundant breakfast, with fresh homemade cake by Mrs. Rosella. Experience to definitely repeat. I found this B&B by chance but it was a very pleasant surprise.

We had a great time: warm welcome, clean and comfortable apartment, abundant and delicious breakfast, quiet place and strategically located to visit the beautiful art cities nearby. Recommended for families.

The very cordial Mrs. Elisa manages everything excellently. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with ample space and functional furnishings. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The place, just outside Foligno, is relaxing, with no external noise, especially during the night. I highly recommend it.

A very welcoming place, about 1 kilometer from the historic center of Foligno but immersed in the splendid Umbrian countryside. From the veranda of our room, we could see Assisi in the distance. The owner was kind and friendly, we really felt at home and in addition to the thorough cleaning of the room and the bathroom, we had an excellent and abundant breakfast in an elegant hall with the fireplace! We hope to return soon, in the meantime I recommend it to everyone.
