Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff. They welcomed our requests with sympathy and professionalism. Good breakfast and above average for similar structures. The room, although slightly small, was very clean! Great location!

Outdated hotel, in need of renovation. Breakfast is too meager considering a cost of 8 euros per person (undrinkable coffee, meager cold cuts two slices for everyone, very few brioches).

A structure definitely old, the rooms are unsuitable for a 3-star, small, noisy, with a wardrobe that jealously guards only dust. I think the manager/owner should reflect on this.

Dated structure that needs renovation and updating. Optimal location, polite and helpful staff. We found ourselves with a double bed frame but with single and quite worn mattresses.

Highly recommended! I want to highlight the kindness of the owner and all the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds... and the breakfast, you can't ask for more. Simple, cozy, neat and clean.

Warm and welcoming structure, central location, clean room and common areas. The only downside is the bathroom, a bit small. Excellent value for money.

Simple accommodation in the heart of the city, functional breakfast. Even though not yet expired, the butter was rancid. I had a view of old houses. Dinner was not available at the accommodation and I had to look around. The motorcycle was parked on the side of the road, where I didn't feel safe. I don't know where cars can park. The Wi-Fi was poor and only working from the 2nd day. The hotel was located by the river. The tulle curtain as a blanket was typical of Italy and too cold at night.

Clean room, decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Convenient central location near the Bernina red train station but couldn't keep the windows open due to too much traffic. We had air conditioning in the room but it wasn't working properly. Albergo Stelvio doesn't have a parking lot, so it was a challenge to find a free one nearby.

Beautiful accommodation, I really liked the window and the view. Classic design and peaceful atmosphere. Good fruit for breakfast.

Great hotel, ideal as a base for a trip on the Bernina red train. Strategic location, 10 minutes walk from the station, 5 minutes from Piazza Cavour parking. Quite quiet, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Extremely kind staff. They had no problem keeping our luggage until the evening after check-out. Absolutely recommended.

Clean accommodation in a good location near the old town. Unfortunately, no air conditioning in the room but nice view. With the window open, a bit too much noise as the room faces the street and a river runs right next to it. Nice operator. Would book it again for one night.

Positive side, the proximity to the train station and the historic center. Little cleanliness and absent staff.

We had a good time. The manager is a nice person. The only thing, the property is located on a very busy street and there is a lot of noise caused by traffic. Another thing, the property does not have a dedicated parking lot for customers.

As soon as I arrived, I was provided with a map and shown all the points of interest in the surroundings and how to reach them, along with a very interesting explanation of the city's history. I am very satisfied!

We were at the Depandance Piccolo Mondo: good location. There is available parking at the property, the bed linen and towels are very clean, but the cleaning of floors and windows could be improved. Friendly and helpful staff for every need.

L'Hotel è in una posizione ottima, il gestore molto cordiale, la stanza era calda e con una bella vista sulla città e sull'Adda. Ci ritorneremmo molto volentieri.

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e quindi molto comodo per chi come me ha viaggiato in treno. Struttura e stanze molto accoglienti e ben tenute. Titolare e personale molto gentili e disponibili.

Per le necessità che avevo è prefetto. Ottima posizione, a poca distanza da tutto: stazione treni, centro città, montagne, luoghi turistici.

Qui e come essere a casa propria. Ci vivrei sempre qua. Stupefacente.

Struttura posizionata vicino la stazione ferroviaria, ben tenuta da persone simpatiche e cordiali e molto attente alle esigenze degli avventori. Il gestore è una persona che tiene alla struttura e cerca di migliorarsi per offrire il meglio. La moglie è una persona altamente cordiale e già dal primo incontro ha cercato di metterci a nostro agio ed inoltre ci ha illustrato con molta cura tutti i luoghi che avremmo potuto visitare dandoci dei buoni consigli anche sui ristoranti presso i quali mangiare. Bella sorpresa è stata la mattina del 14 febbraio, giorno in cui mia moglie festeggiava il suo compleanno, quando il gestore ci ha omaggiati di una bottiglia di vino, per brindare durante il pranzo. Pensiero davvero gentile. Un grazie per la loro ospitalità.

Personale estremamente cortese, camere essenziali ma pulitissime. Posizione comoda perché è vicina alla Stazione oltre che essere a due passi dal centro.

Gestore gentile ma di poche parole, colazione più che dignitosa, arredo camera datato, box doccia con tendina e con piatto doccia fisso.

Perfeito ótimo hotel, a simpática dos gestores sempre prontos para ajudar.

Ho soggiornato nel weekend 25/26 giugno 2016, 4 persone con cane al seguito. Fin da quando siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti (credo dal titolare) in maniera egregia. Gentilissimo anche nello spiegarci dove poter cenare. Stanze non enormi ma molto ben tenute, in particolare noi avevamo la vista sull'Adda. Colazione a buffet che soddisfa chiunque, se non bastasse, ci hanno anche chiesto se gradissimo delle uova strapazzate. Molto educato il personale, se dovessi tornare a Tirano, li ricontatterò sicuramente.

Fue el final de nuestro viaje y nos encontramos con un lugar hermoso. La atención en al agmalbergue muy cálida y un muy buen desayuno. Las vistas desde el quinto piso donde estábamos eran muy agradables.

Camere in ordine e pulite, personale disponibile e cortese. Ottima posizione.

Sono stata bene, consiglierei agli miei amici. Unica cosa che ho trovato un po' scomodo è trascinare la valigetta sul pavimentazione di pietre per andare all'albergo in piedi.

Buona soluzione per una breve vacanza a Tirano e dintorni. L' hotel e' in posizione semi-centrale ma vicino sia al centro storico che alla stazione. In zona si trova anche parcheggio gratuito. La stanza che ci ha ospitato non brillava in ampiezza ma comunque era dotata di tutto il necessario, comprese due finestre con vedute sulla città e le montagne.
