Excellent, excellent location for the train, excellent staff and structure.

Insufficient welcome. The gentleman at the reception was not very friendly.

The bathroom fan was excessively noisy and the shower was not well done, water was coming out from the sides. The location is excellent for both taking a walk in the city center and for its proximity to the station. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because on the other side of the bridge there is a very good bar/pastry shop.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the bus station, the train station and the center of Tirano. It is a pity about the cleanliness of the hotel, very poor as we found hair on the sheets, the blankets were not properly arranged but simply thrown on the beds, little animals that were eating the headboard of the bed.

Excellent hospitality and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel is located just outside the historic center of Tirano, recommended.

The treatment of the girls at the reception was very good but the treatment of the man and the woman who we assume were the owners was not good. We asked if they had a microwave just out of curiosity, the man replied no and then told us 'well, talk to the woman', and the woman in a very impolite manner told us yes but it had to be before 10:00 pm because they were going to bed. We know that they were apparently doing us a favor but they did it like an obligation talking to us badly. When we heated the food for only 30 seconds, she came out and said 'it was quick because I have two microwaves' (everything was cold) we had to put up with it and eat the cold food. We almost would have preferred them to tell us no to avoid that bad moment because we were very uncomfortable.

Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff. They welcomed our requests with sympathy and professionalism. Good breakfast and above average for similar structures. The room, although slightly small, was very clean! Great location!

Outdated hotel, in need of renovation. Breakfast is too meager considering a cost of 8 euros per person (undrinkable coffee, meager cold cuts two slices for everyone, very few brioches).

A structure definitely old, the rooms are unsuitable for a 3-star, small, noisy, with a wardrobe that jealously guards only dust. I think the manager/owner should reflect on this.

Dated structure that needs renovation and updating. Optimal location, polite and helpful staff. We found ourselves with a double bed frame but with single and quite worn mattresses.

Highly recommended! I want to highlight the kindness of the owner and all the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds... and the breakfast, you can't ask for more. Warm and welcoming structure, central location, clean room and common areas. The only downside is the bathroom, a bit small. Excellent value for money.

Simple accommodation in the heart of the city, functional breakfast. Even though not yet expired, the butter was rancid. I had a view of old houses. Dinner was not available at the accommodation and I had to look around. The motorcycle was parked on the side of the road, where I didn't feel safe. I don't know where cars can park. The Wi-Fi was poor and only working from the 2nd day. The hotel was located by the river. The tulle curtain as a blanket was typical of Italy and too cold at night.

Clean room, decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Convenient central location near the Bernina red train station but couldn't keep the windows open due to too much traffic. We had air conditioning in the room but it wasn't working properly. Albergo Stelvio doesn't have a parking lot, so it was a challenge to find a free one nearby.

Beautiful accommodation, I really liked the window and the view. Classic design and peaceful atmosphere. Good fruit for breakfast.

Great hotel, ideal as a base for a trip on the Bernina red train. Strategic location, 10 minutes walk from the station, 5 minutes from Piazza Cavour parking. Quite quiet, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Extremely kind staff. They had no problem keeping our luggage until the evening after check-out. Absolutely recommended.

Clean accommodation in a good location near the old town. Unfortunately, no air conditioning in the room but nice view. With the window open, a bit too much noise as the room faces the street and a river runs right next to it. Nice operator. Would book it again for one night.

Positive side, the proximity to the train station and the historic center. Little cleanliness and absent staff.

We had a good time. The manager is a nice person. The only thing, the property is located on a very busy street and there is a lot of noise caused by traffic. Another thing, the property does not have a dedicated parking lot for customers.

As soon as I arrived, I was provided with a map and shown all the points of interest in the surroundings and how to reach them, along with a very interesting explanation of the city's history. I am very satisfied!

We were at the Depandance Piccolo Mondo: good location. There is available parking at the property, the bed linen and towels are very clean, but the cleaning of floors and windows could be improved. Friendly and helpful staff for every need.

The Albergo Stelvio is in a great location, the manager is very friendly, the room was warm and with a beautiful view of the city and the Adda river. We would gladly return.

Hotel very close to the train station and therefore very convenient for those like me who have traveled by train. Structure and rooms very cozy and well maintained. Owner and staff very kind and helpful.

Great welcome and availability. Well-kept and clean structure.

For the needs I had, it's perfect. Excellent location, a short distance from everything: train station, city center, mountains, tourist attractions.

Here is like being at home. I would live here always. Amazing.

Structure located near the train station, well-kept by friendly and cordial people who are very attentive to the needs of guests. The manager is a person who cares about the structure and strives to improve to offer the best. The wife is a highly cordial person and from the first meeting she tried to make us feel comfortable and also carefully illustrated all the places we could visit, giving us good advice on restaurants where to eat. A nice surprise was the morning of February 14, the day my wife was celebrating her birthday, when the manager gifted us a bottle of wine to toast during lunch. A truly kind thought. Thank you for their hospitality.

I stayed over the weekend of June 25/26, 2016, with 4 people and a dog. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted (I believe by the owner) in an excellent manner. Also very kind in explaining where we could have dinner. Rooms not huge but very well kept, in particular we had a view of the Adda River. Breakfast buffet that satisfies everyone, and if that wasn't enough, they even asked us if we would like scrambled eggs. The staff was very polite, if I were to return to Tirano, I will definitely contact them again.

It was the end of our trip and we found ourselves in a beautiful place. The attention at the Albergo Stelvio was very warm and a very good breakfast. The views from the fifth floor where we were were very pleasant.

Rooms tidy and clean, helpful and courteous staff. Excellent location.

I was fine, I would recommend it to my friends. The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable is dragging the suitcase on the stone pavement to get to the Albergo Stelvio.

Good solution for a short vacation in Tirano and surroundings. The hotel is in a semi-central position, close to both the historic center and the station. There is also free parking in the area. The room we stayed in was not very spacious, but it had everything we needed, including two windows with views of the city and the mountains.
