Large, clean apartment with a spacious garden and parking space, friendly hosts. We stayed for a few days with friends in the adjacent apartment, so the garden was at our disposal. Highly recommended.

The structure is very nice and functional. It is located on the outskirts of Lucignano, which can be easily reached on foot. The village of Lucignano is wonderful with many little places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden is large and well-kept with various plants that provide shade; there are sun loungers for sunbathing and resting; tables and chairs for having breakfast or dinners outdoors. There is a lot of peace and the breeze refreshes the hot days. Mr. and Mrs. Bianchini are very kind and discreet, they are always available for any need. We will definitely come back, we had a really good time.

Kindness of the owners and comfortable and clean apartment.

Comfortable with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. Some small things to improve but, all in all, worth recommending and definitely worth going back.

I stayed for three days with my girlfriend. The owners of the B&B welcomed us with care and friendliness, making us feel at home. The spacious apartment is perfectly equipped with everything necessary, well-kept and clean. I recommend everyone to stay in this B&B: we will definitely return! Thank you again! Beautiful facility with a strategic location to visit the wonders of Tuscany. Well-kept place in every detail, top cleanliness, maximum availability of the manager. A special note for the garden perfect for relaxation.

Excellent structure. Medieval village absolutely worth visiting in a central position with respect to Arezzo, Siena, Florence. Owner very kind and helpful.

We stayed for three nights, an ideal and strategic place to visit Lucignano and its surroundings. Spacious, clean apartment provided with everything necessary, relaxing garden and a small outdoor pool with whirlpool, a real treat after a day spent visiting the wonders of Tuscany. A basic breakfast is supplied in the apartment's own kitchen by means of rolls, jam, cakes, but each accommodation is an apartment with its own cooking facilities, so it is up to you whether you cook or not in the well-equipped kitchen. It's more self-catering than a traditional B&B. I can't rate I Cappuccini highly enough. Excellent value for money. My husband and I always stay here when visiting Lucignano. There is plenty of parking as opposed to being within the town walls. It is a short walk to the town with spectacular views.

Booked the day before arrival and we were placed in the only available apartment on the first floor (already booked but canceled at the last minute), which is not the nicest in the property (I checked the others, located on the ground floor, they are very nice, new, tastefully furnished with direct access to the equipped garden): very large (2 double bedrooms, one single, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, large living room with huge fireplace) but a bit old-fashioned! The owners are very kind and attentive! The breakfast leaves something to be desired (prepackaged snacks and rusks with jams; in the fridge milk, juices and a coffee jar with the moka available). See you next time in the beautiful apartments!

Vicinissimo al centro di Lucignano, possibilità di parcheggio, ampi spazi, giardino molto ben custodito, silenziosissimo. Gestore di rara gentilezza e disponibilità. Siamo stati benissimo!

Ho soggiornato ai Cappuccini con mia moglie. Entrambi siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia della posizione della struttura, sia della struttura stessa. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici nell'indicarci sia cosa visitare, sia dove poter mangiare senza spendere follie. Ci torneremo spero presto per rivedere Lucignano, dove ogni settimana ci sono sempre attrazioni per i turisti (al nostro soggiorno c'era la festa dei cacciatori di Lucignano con cinghiale e altro, fantastico).

La posizione del B&B è ottimale, appena fuori il paese dunque in zona tranquilla. Il problema è stato l'aver percepito in varie ore del giorno (dopo pranzo) ma anche di notte (h. 24. 00 e 1. 30) svariati rumori e tonfi provenienti non si sa bene da dove (forse da sopra dove abitano i proprietari o dall'appartamento vicino). Ciò ci ha provocato qualche problema per il riposo dopo pranzo e notturno. In altri b&B (mini-appartamenti) in cui sono stato era inclusa anche la pulizia giornaliera e il rifacimento dei letti, cosa che qui non era previsto. Tutto sommato, però, la posizione del luogo e anche la presenza di un bellissimo giardino attrezzato con amache e sdraio ha reso piacevole il soggiorno nonostante qualche piccolo fastidio summenzionato.

Oltre al paese Lucignano, piccolo ma curioso e ricco di ospitalità, molto familiare.. il B&B molto accogliente e soprattutto pulito con la presenza di tutti i comfort.. I proprietari simpaticissimi e alla mano. Consigliattissimo.

Due giorni immersi nella campagna. La struttura principale era già occupata e ci han spostati in quella decentrata ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Silenzio, verde e le stelle. A meno di 2 km dal paese. I gestori molto disponibili e cordiali. Consigliato a chi vuole staccare la spina.

Buona accoglienza e buona disponibilità da parte del gestore. Luogo tranquillo e riposante, consigliato a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza immerso nel verde della Toscana.
