Very refined structure in the most central street of Bologna and in a historical building. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Cleaning 10+++. The owner is very helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. I had a great time, I will definitely come back.

Maria Grazia was very kind and literally saved our stay in Bologna, almost ruined by the last-minute cancellation of the B&B we had previously booked! The house is very central and clean, it's like being at home and this always thanks to the hospitality of Maria Grazia! Recommended.

The B&B Raggi di Sole is a boutique hotel of remarkable artistic value. In the heart of the historic center of Bologna, on the central Via Indipendenza, on the first floor of a historic building. The rays are the special architectural brushstrokes that run through the entire apartment. Rays of pure color, radiating light and energy throughout this superb apartment designed entirely by the well-known Bolognese architect Glauco Gresleri. You will be captivated by its charm and strength. Special attention is paid to hygiene, meticulous and to the purity of water, which flows pure from the tap, through a filtering system that takes place in the cellar. The owner of the B&B cares a lot and invites all her guests to fill the bottles when they go out. Plastic free, light, chromotherapy, gallery of artistic contaminations, classic and sophisticated blend together. The rooms are magnificent and paradisiacal. The Suite is a suite with a very high ceiling, set on three levels. The French room is white, soft, pearl, candid bed, classic furniture of remarkable taste. The attention to detail, combined with the luxury of the furnishings, is perfect for those looking for elegance, comfort, and refinement. I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast from May 15th to May 18th, 2019, with my family, we had a really good time, Antonietta welcomed us with great availability, a really nice girl with the guests, especially manages to make customers feel at ease, with us there was my 3-year-old daughter and Antonietta made her find the crib with many toys! The apartment is in a strategic position just steps away from the monuments, well furnished, clean but above all it feels like home! Highly recommended and if I have to return to Bologna I will definitely come back! There are many positive things to write, the only thing I write is to try to believe! Very good.

Very central, in a building on Viale Indipendenza. Quiet thanks to a careful renovation. Spacious rooms, beautiful. The caretaker Nino always available and kind, as only certain Bolognese can be. Breakfast is self-made, but everything is available, and if you want something special you just have to buy it. The kitchen is also available for preparing other things, in addition to breakfast. We will keep it in our list for next time.

Rays of Sun is authentically a great place, an apartment on the noble floor of a late '800s building in the heart of the center, two blocks from the Two Towers and in front of the bus stop. It is exactly what it claims to be, a charming and design abode, with a fanciful internal renovation, very high ceilings (about 5 meters), eclectic and very lovely. The owner, Maria Grazia, a sailor and offshore skipper (which can be deduced from the pictures and then intuitively grasped once arrived), is a pleasant and imaginative person. By choice (much appreciated), Maria Grazia offers a "once-upon-a-time" breakfast, with coffee of all sizes, homemade pies, homemade jams, regenerating herbal teas, in a very welcoming atmosphere and, ultimately, consistent with sailing, the sea, and nature. The "French room", where I stayed, despite facing Via Indipendenza, is extraordinarily quiet, despite the large window, thanks to the quality double glazing, as in the entire house, in fact. The "Suite" is definitely fantastic and is also the only room with an ensuite bathroom. The style of the house reminds one of English B&Bs and, indeed, one is authentically at Maria Grazia's home, who also has a room inside the apartment. The only accepted payment is in cash and at check-in, which was not communicated at the time of the initial contact but only learned halfway through the first day; no big deal, I was within reach of an ATM and sometimes (albeit rarely) such a request has come up, albeit unusual. In the case at hand, Maria Grazia explained to me the (objective) misadventures with other guests that led her to eliminate credit card machines and bank transfers, so, in short, everything is aboveboard. If I may offer a suggestion to Maria Grazia, I would make this request known immediately, even better if in the structure's description, so that guests can organize themselves and make their own choices (for example, those who travel for work and can only pay with a corporate credit card would find themselves unable to pay once on site). Furthermore, I would put a phone number on the presentation page, so that real-time reservations can be made.

The B&B has an excellent location in the heart of Bologna. On foot, you can visit the historic center, the cathedral, the famous towers, and many other places of great historical/cultural interest. The B&B is of excellent quality in all aspects, especially the furnishings, comfort, and cleanliness are top-notch. The value for money is definitely good. The breakfast is basic. We were welcomed in the evening at 9 pm by Maria Grazia's sister, Francesca, with kindness and courtesy. Thank you.

Maria muy amable, teniamos que partir pronto y nos ofrecio la posibilidad de llevarnos el desayuno, nos contrato el taxi para que nos llevara el aeropuerto y estuvo todo el rato pendiente de que todo fuera bien y llegaramos a tiempo al avion.

Posizione ottima: raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in pochi minuti o convenzione per parcheggio per auto vicinissimo a prezzi scontati. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi tutto il centro senza problemi. Nonostante la struttura sia in pieno centro è comunque riservata e silenziosa. È la seconda volta che torno e le aspettative sono state ben ricambiate. La titolare è gentile e disponibile a cercare soluzioni, ovviamente nei limiti del possibile, adeguate alle richieste. Nonostante non avessimo parlato della colazione durante la prenotazione (quindi non prevista), Maria Grazia ci ha lasciato una buona disponibilità nel caso in cui avessimo voluto farla in casa. Se tornerò a Bologna, sicuramente contatterò nuovamente questa struttura.

Gentilezza dei gestori e comodità della posizione sono gli aspetti più positivi. Sicuramente un ottimo punto di appoggio in pieno centro di Bologna.

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo B&B con il mio compagno ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile! Situato in pieno centro, a 15 min dalla stazione, sulla via dello shopping e vicinissimo a Piazza Maggiore, è il luogo ideale da cui partire per poter visitare la città. Il B&B si trova in un palazzo d'epoca e l'arredamento denota un certo gusto della proprietaria, la signora Maria Grazia, la quale è stata capace di creare un'atmosfera accogliente e, nel contempo, sofisticata. La nostra camera era ampia, pulita e silenziosa, la colazione viene servita nel salone dal signor Luciano, il quale ci ha accolto con professionalità e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare nei dintorni.

Questo BB mi ha conquistata. Ho trascorso due giorni con la mia famiglia in questo BB e sono stata davvero felice di conoscerlo. Si tratta di un appartamento completamente nuovo e di design, curato nei minimi dettagli. La nostra stanza era davvero molto carina e pulita: il letto, poi, è stato particolarmente comodo. Anche le aree comuni non sono da meno: la cucina è dotata di tutto e per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità c'è il personale ultra gentile che può darvi una mano. I bagni, che di solito sono quelli che più lasciano a desiderare, questa volta non si sono fatti guardare dietro: il nostro, oltre a essere nuovo, era davvero pulito! Noi siamo arrivati a Bologna in auto e il BB dispone anche di un comodo parcheggio riservato. Sistemata la macchina, raggiungere piazza Maggiore è un attimo. Scegliendo questo BB si è già nel centro storico e si può girare senza problemi ovunque.

Il B&B ha un'eccellente location nel cuore di Bologna. A piedi si può visitare il centro storico, la cattedrale, le famosissime torri e molti altri luoghi di grande interesse storico / culturale. Il B&B è di ottima qualità sotto tutti gli aspetti, in particolare gli arredi, il confort e la pulizia sono di prim'ordine. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente buono. Una nota di rilievo va data alla gestione del B&B. La titolare infatti è persona multilingue, di elevata cultura e innata classe, in grado di mettere a proprio agio qualunque ospite e di fornire preziosi consigli / turistico culturali. Un sentito ringraziamento e complimenti vivissimi.

This little gem of a B&B is definately worth staying at... the lovely owner and her mother were absolutely delightful people who made my weekend stay extra special! Let's just say they cooked me a delicious English breakfast on Sunday morning as a surprise for my birthday! The location is perfect, everything about the B&B is unique and absolutely great value for money.

Abbiamo trascorso con dei parenti un week end bellissimo in una struttura fantastica e pulitissima, ma sopratutto ne siamo usciti arricchiti a livello personale in quanto abbiamo conosciuto Mariagrazia che con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza ci ha fatto compagnia e ci ha consigliato molto bene sulle cose da fare a BO e dintorni. Non vediamo l'ora di riorganizzare un altro fine settimana.

Bellissima location nel cuore di Bologna. Sembra di essere a casa coccolati dall'impeccabile servizio e dagli spazi interni attraversati da geometrie di colori. Comodissima la stanza in particolare là suite, dove è possibile rilassarsi anche attraverso l'area relax in uno spazio intimo adeguatamente arredato. La proprietaria, Marigrazia, gestisce il tutto con grande cura rendendo il soggiorno unico e gradevole. Ci ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio.

Dirò solamente DUE parole: tutto OTTIMO.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B solo un giorno, ma la proprietaria, la quale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, proprio come se fossimo a casa nostra. È molto attenta alla pulizia e all'ordine e pertanto le camere sono pulite e accoglienti. Inoltre la posizione di questo B&B è ottima, perché centrale per visitare la città. Ci ritorneremo, e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura purtroppo per pochi giorni, centralissima nel cuore di via indipendenza a Bologna. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria Mariagrazia ci ha fatti sentire sin dal nostro arrivo come se fossimo a casa. La SUITE dove abbiamo alloggiato. stupenda! il letto matrimoniale comodissimo, e l'area relax con la vasca x2 davvero molto confortevole. Molto sostanziosa e ricca anche la colazione con prodotti genuini. come le squisite marmellate fatte in casa. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!!!

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie nella Suite usufruendo dell'area benessere. La struttura è pulitissima e molto raffinata; la Suite, molto ampia e luminosa, è dotata di bagno interno riservato e l'area benessere è un gioiellino che non si vorrebbe mai abbandonare, specie se si è in coppia ed in compagnia di un ottimo vino locale.. La titolare è simpaticissima e molto disponibile: abbiamo avuto molte indicazioni importantissime sulla città e sulle sue caratteristiche bellezze. Un B&B che raccomando al 100% e dove tornerò sicuramente!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella camera Francese, dalla quale si può vedere via Indipendenza, la via dello shopping. La camera era perfettamente pulita e silenziosa. La recentissima ristrutturazione della casa è stata fatta con molta cura buon gusto e attenzione ai particolari. La proprietaria è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è ottima, ho apprezzato in particolar modo le marmellate biologiche. quella alla mela e zenzero era favolosa! Proprio di fronte al B&B c'è la fermata dell'autobus. Ho passato davvero un piacevole weekend. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ottima struttura, accogliente ed elegante. I locali sono spaziosi e ordinati. Molto bella la zona benessere. Luogo ideale per un weekend romantico o per una vacanza. Posizionato nel centro di Bologna è comodamente raggiungibile dalla stazione o con mezzi pubblici. I locali si prestano molto bene come location per foto di interni o come set per riprese video.

Bella struttura di evidente ristrutturazione recente. Ho soggiornato nella camera francese: arredamento ricercato e di buon gusto che comunque caratterizza l'intera struttura. C'è una chiara attenzione alla pulizia e la proprietaria è accogliente e disponibile: fa sentire a casa propria. La posizione è ottima perché si è vicinissimi ai principali luoghi di interesse turistico, e comodi alle fermate degli autobus. Lo consiglio come punto d'appoggio sia per un soggiorno turistico sia di lavoro.
