This Bed & Breakfast is tastefully furnished and has everything you need available. Very well located for getting around by train and public transport. Emanuela was very nice, very helpful, and very welcoming. We recommend it for visiting Turin in complete tranquility.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this delightful bed and breakfast for four days, we had a great time both for the very clean and well-kept structure and with the owner, a lovely and helpful person. Convenient for the city center and public transportation.

Emanuela is precise and knows what hospitality means. The apartment is very well maintained in its shabby style. There is everything you need in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen. From the hairdryer to the iron, from soaps to towels, from pots to coffee cups and if each room allows the two guests to have breakfast in the kitchen, we did it on the little terrace with a stool, chair, and trolley. Attention to smokers (ashtray on the terrace) and to recycling. Fridge stocked with fresh water, yogurt, milk and juices and butter; coffee barley, tea, honey, jams, nutella, biscuits, plumcake, individually packaged but fresh tarts. Elevator. It is not in the center, but with a bus you are there and the Polytechnic is a stone's throw away. The popular, multi-ethnic neighborhood is well served by small businesses as well as supermarkets and local markets, which in Turin are truly an experience. There are plenty of typical trattorias and bars, outdoor meeting places, cinemas, and ethnic cuisine. We will return and thank you for everything.

The apartment is very nice, extremely clean and comfortable. It is easily reachable from Porta Nuova station (the bus stop is just a stone's throw away from the building). There are many shops around. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.

We stayed at Alessia Giuliano's Retromantico for two nights, finding availability and kindness. The structure is welcoming, clean, and equipped with every comfort, making it feel like home. The added value of the welcoming, clean and comfortable structure is Emanuela who deserves the crown of super host for the grace of the small gestures with which she relates to her guests.

Very nice and cozy place, it's like being at your own home. The cleanliness is excellent and there is everything you need. There are supermarkets and various pizzerias nearby. The owner is very sweet and kind, she tries to meet the various requests. If I were to go back to Turin, I will go there.

Very nice apartment, attention to detail, clean and fragrant thanks to the fragrances of Erbolario. Mrs. Emanuela very nice and kind, willing to advise us on places to visit and means of transportation, very convenient to have the Tram stop right outside the house. It was pleasant to come back in the evening to such a cozy home, comfortable bed, new and freshly washed linen. Varied and quality breakfast. For guests, samples of creams, hygiene products, and a beautiful gift are available, a calendar and samples all from Erbolario. It was a pleasant stay and with emotion we left a dedication in the memory book that I hope to read again one day and therefore return.

My stay in Turin was pleasantly sweetened by staying at this B&B where I felt pampered like at home. The attention to detail and the delicious breakfast made me feel less homesick.

I had the fortune of staying at the Retromantico from May 5th to 8th with my family. I have never seen a place so clean, fragrant, furnished with extreme taste and with the availability of every delicacy to start the day with a more than abundant breakfast; add to this the friendliness of Emanuela, the hostess, and you will have a vague idea of what it means to stay at the Retromantico (practically at home). Not to be overlooked is the fact that the B&B is surrounded by free parking, and not spending a single euro to park the car is really not a negligible detail.

The scent that fills the house reflects the friendliness, kindness, elegance, and hospitality of the owner. Very clean house, excellent breakfast. I recommend it to everyone. We will return soon.

I have been there twice already. The place is very nice, for breakfast there is plenty of choice and the hostess is very kind. Bus stop right outside the house and free parking 100 meters away.

I stayed at this property in late September with my daughter. The welcome and availability of Emanuela, the owner, and her fantastic dad together with the attention to detail in the house and the care reserved for guests, from the welcome gift to the excellent breakfast, from cleanliness to the furnishings and scented linens make this B&B a splendid accommodation solution with an excellent quality/price ratio. The public transport stop, which takes you to the center of Turin, is right under the house, which is very close to the Politecnico. It is the ideal solution for a family or even a group of friends as Emanuela makes the entire house available, which does not have to be shared with strangers. Retromantico.

Un posto meraviglioso, curato con buon gusto ed in stile retrò. La signora è disponibilissima e gentilissima. La colazione super abbondante, c'è davvero di tutto e tutto buonissimo. Il prezzo è conveniente, inferiore ad altri B&B torinesi che offrono a volte meno in termini di qualità del servizio e colazione. La mia scelta di questa soluzione fu legata alla sua vicinanza al Politecnico e, per questo proposito, è una soluzione eccellente. Se invece si cercasse una soluzione per visitare la città, il centro dista circa 25 minuti a piedi oppure basta prendere il bus 33 sotto casa ed essere a Porta Nuova in 5 minuti. Morale della favola, è un posto davvero splendido e lo consiglio caldamente. A conti fatti è nettamente migliore di molti altri posti a Torino che richiedono anche un prezzo maggiore. L'unica pecca è la mancanza di wifi ma forse se si facesse richiesta al gestore si può trovare una soluzione, io non ne avevo bisogno e non ne ho fatto richiesta..

Ottimo posto, curato nei dettagli, accogliente e dall'atmosfera casalinga, perfetto per una trasferta.

Se proprio si vuol trovare un unica pecca, solo il fatto di non aver il bagno disponibile in tutte le stanze e la mancanza del wifi. Per il resto, struttura molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Posizionata in luogo strategico, adatta a studenti e trasfertisti. La titolare di una cortesia, puntualità, modi di fare, disponibilità (nel dare informazioni e istruzioni) UNICI. Sempre sorridente e di ottimo umore. Ha un talento innato nel saper viziare il cliente. Consigliatissimo! Specie per chi..è amante di una buona, sana e abbondante colazione fatta in casa. Bellissimo B&B. La posizione non è delle migliori ma è ben collegato con molti bus, oltretutto è comodissimo per il Politecnico. Io infatti ho preso una doppia perché dovevo fare il test d'ingegneria al Poli. Per la colazione c'è una grandissima varietà di cibo e la pulizia è ottima. Grande attenzione per i dettagli (per esempio c'era una grandissima scelta di tè Twinings e numerosi "campioncini" di bagnoschiuma). Non posso sicuramente tralasciare che Emanuela è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile!

Retromantico è una struttura che ci ha ospitato per due notti: il B&B è curato nei minimi dettagli grazie all'amore che la proprietaria, persona gentile e disponibilissima, mette in tutto ciò che fa. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente molto vantaggioso. Le stanze sono arredate con cura per ogni più piccolo dettaglio in uno stile tutto loro e apprezzabilissimo, la colazione è abbondante e prevede una torta squisita preparata dalla proprietaria. La posizione non è centralissima ma la fermata è sotto casa; d'altra parte però, per chi come noi doveva recarsi al Politecnico, non si può chiedere di meglio! La proprietaria ci ha fornito delle informazioni preziosissime per muoverci in città, lasciandoci massima libertà nell'arco del soggiorno. Lo consigliamo fortemente; noi, dal canto nostro, sicuramente ci torneremo presto! Matteo e Deborah.

Per quattro persone sarebbe stato perfetto ma anche per noi che eravamo in tre è stato un soggiorno con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto! La cura dei dettagli che si trova, la pulizia, la mitica torta soffice al limone e la cordialità della proprietaria secondo me sono i punti forti del B&B. Inoltre anche se non è proprio centrale è molto ben collegato. Consigliato!

Per una famiglia di quattro persone, come la nostra la struttura risulta perfetta, arredata con buon gusto, accogliente, il voto per la colazione andrebbe più di 10, possibilità di parcheggio senza problemi, servita dai mezzi pubblici. Tutto ok.

Posto favoloso! Bellissimo! La proprietaria è una persona sincera, gentile e cortese, la casa è pulitissima e sistemata. L'amore permea ogni stanza e ogni minimo dettaglio è curato alla perfezione! Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di tutto. La colazione è stata abbondante e abbastanza buona. Le uniche due pecche che riesco a trovare sono: la posizione non troppo centrale, ma nemmeno in periferia (il prezzo è proporzionale alla posizione della struttura) e il bagno in comune, problema che diventa praticamente inesistente se prenotate in bassa stagione, quando è poco probabile incontrare altre persone (a me è capitato così). Ci tengo a sottolineare che la struttura mi ha sorpreso molto positivamente! Consigliatissimo!

Ho scoperto il B&B Retromantico navigando in internet. Ho pernottato per motivi di studio e ho scoperto un luogo delizioso. È ubicato nel tranquillo quartiere San Paolo, comodissimo da raggiungere dalla Stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nuova, di fatto l'autobus nº 33 fa una fermata praticamente sotto casa. L'appartamento è al secondo piano in un condominio con ascensore. Ambiente accogliente, arredamento retrò e romantico scelto con originalità da Emanuela, la padrona di casa, una persona squisita e gentilissima. Pulizia e ordine impeccabile. Colazione con varietà di alimenti e bevande, e anche torta fatta in casa. Un luogo funzionale e piacevole per sentirsi come a casa propria. Lo consiglio caldamente, è raro trovare tanta qualità e accuratezza nei servizi offerti. Grazie Emanuela!
