Spacious and very nice apartment, with relaxing spaces and, for those who need it, workstations, surrounded by greenery and equipped with every comfort. Strategic location to visit Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Livorno. Iacopo, the manager, is very welcoming, attentive to guests' needs and helpful. Very good breakfast with fresh products. The stay fully met our needs, even in terms of costs.

It was a wonderful stay, immersed in nature and tranquility, in a beautiful structure in the outskirts of Pisa and the center reachable in 15 minutes by car. Casa Formica has all the comforts, new and tasteful bath and bed linen. The house is also very well furnished and lacks nothing. Excellent and much appreciated the welcome of the owner Jacopo, whom I greet and thank for the beautiful days spent in his splendid structure.

Very pleasant welcome and stay made simple and enjoyable thanks to the presence of not only beautiful but also useful furnishings. There is a library and a beautiful green space. The place is not far from the main Tuscan tourist destinations (excellent value for money). And you move around by car without any problems. Convenient parking included. Highly recommended! We stayed at Casa Formica during Lucca comix. The owner is a really polite and helpful person. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything, also a nice garden is available. Highly recommended.

Like being at Casa Formica and maybe even better. It's the first time we find ourselves with no notes to make: everything perfect! Beyond expectations. Super helpful, kind, and caring manager. We stayed in the finely furnished annex complete with everything. The huge well-kept garden and the silence around were an additional treat.

Beautiful brand new structure, super clean and fully equipped with every comfort imaginable in a bed & breakfast. Spacious and comfortable rooms, complete bathroom with large shower, very comfortable beds, peace and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside with the center of Pisa just 15 minutes away by car. Very large furnished garden with games for children and private areas for guests, abundant and varied breakfast, very kind manager providing advice and information on the best tourist itineraries in the area and various attractions or places. Everything you could wish for is here. Highly recommended. We stayed in a separate villa from the main building and had exclusive access to a two-room apartment with a large double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom and living room with full kitchen and French double sofa bed, all brand new and spotless, with everything needed for hot drinks and basic cooking ingredients available, while in the bathroom there were even makeup remover wipes, plasters, sanitary pads, and cotton wool. Outside we had a large furnished patio reserved just for us where we could have breakfast in good weather. I gave a 9 only for the location because for some people centrality is important and the structure is located in a quiet village on the outskirts of Pisa and not in the city, but for me this is a plus because you can enjoy great silence and peace, have a personal indoor parking space available and avoid spending hours looking for parking in the very chaotic, crowded center of Pisa with a great shortage of paid parking lots. It is ideal for moving towards the tourist locations in the area.

Excellent welcome from the owners who do not hesitate to give good advice. Very pleasant and clean holiday home. The place is peaceful. It is very well located to visit Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and go to the sea.\n\nBreakfast is excellent and very complete (sweet and savory) for only 3.50€ per person.\n\nA big thank you to Iacopo and his mom.\n\nA good address to keep for the next stay.

Per chi cerca un appartamentino come base di appoggio per escursioni in zona direi che è una locazione perfetta. Inoltre il bel giardino e la tranquillità del posto ti permette anche di riposarti tra una gita e l'altra. Pulizia perfetta, ambiente nuovo. Colazione abbondante e, soprattutto, con possibilità di personalizzarla perché il gestore è disponibilissimo e ti chiede giorno per giorno. Pisa è a due passi, la Certosa a 15 minuti. Lucca a 35 minuti. Il mare è vicino. Se dovessi tornare in zona non avrei dubbi nel sceglierlo nuovamente.

Siamo stati solo tre giorni ma sufficienti per godere dell'ospitalità e della gentilezza dei proprietari, posto bello e pulito in posizione strategica per visitare moltissime località. Grazie.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni molto piacevoli. Luogo incantevole immerso nella natura, gestori veramente simpatici. Ottima la colazione preparata con cura da Iacopo. E che dire della piccola Anna, creatura amabile. Insomma un vero ambiente familiare dove trascorrere una bella vacanza.

Il casolare è immerso nel verde. Posizione tranquilla ma anche strategica per visitare le città vicine. Gli ambienti sono pulitissimi e la cordialità e disponibilità del gestore è massima. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Grazie Iacopo!

Veramente un ottimo B&B. Gestione molto gentile ed accogliente con un clima familiare in un casale tipico della Toscana appena ristrutturato.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni sereni circondati dalla tranquillità in un ambiente accogliente e caloroso che ci faceva sentire a casa.

Quiet location just over 7km from Piza. Fantastic family to look after your every need. Iacopo and his mother and father looked after us so well we did not want to leave. The 'Mary' surpassed my expectations, the breakfast was sumptious and the surroundings were just what was needed after the hustle and bustle of both Piza and Florence. Good train service to all of Tuscany.

Eccezionale, camera grandissima completa di ogni confort, la posizione è ottima per chi desidera trascorre dei giorni in totale relax lontano dalla confusione di città. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ottima anche la colazione. Sembra davvero di sentirsi a casa. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliato!

Ottimo e accogliente B&B alle porte di Pisa. La camera enorme e calda con bagno anche spazioso. Pulita graziosa e piena di dettagli. Non manca nulla. Il contesto molto rustico è accogliente ed è come stare in famiglia. Iacopo e famiglia gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Siamo stati bene. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che passano per Pisa e dintorni!

Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo pochi giorni, ma tutto è stato davvero speciale. La struttura è splendida Iacopo ci ha portato ottime colazioni e Cristina è una bravissima e attentissima arredatrice.

Ottima struttura in un casale ristrutturato in modo perfetto con all'interno mobili libri e camini favolosi. La stanza è molto confortevole, inoltre la pulizia è ottima. Per finire, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della famiglia Formica è impareggiabile, sembra di essere a casa di amici, ci si sente in famiglia. Cosa aggiungere, provatelo perché ne vale veramente la pena.

Ich habe ein paar super Tage bei der Familie verbracht. Es fühlte mich wie ein Familienmitglied, da man im gleichen Haus lebt und auch die Räume zum Essen mit benutzt. Das Frühstück war vollkommen auf mich abgestimmt. Ich bekam das was ich gern essen wollte. Einfach ein super Service. Auch das Navi wurde mir in der völlig neuen Umgebung zur besseren Orientierung überlassen. Ich komm gern hierher wieder.

Carissimi Jacopo, Cristina e Mario ci siamo trovate veramente bene, grazie per le chiacchiere e del tempo che ci avete dedicato! Camera (più che camera direi appartamento) cambio degli asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera delle stanze. Molti libri e riviste a disposizione degli ospiti! l casale e stato ristrutturato in maniera direi perfetta, posto é delizioso immerso nel verde la notte un silenzio magnifico. Non abbiamo potuto godere del giardino curatissimo causa maltempo che non ha dato tregua, se non il giorno della partenza. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stata in questo paradiso con la mia famiglia e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente molto ma molto bene, stanze pulite grandi e ben arredate, colazione più che ricca e in fondo, ma non per ultima cosa, l'ospitalità della Signora Cristina del marito Mario e del figlio Jacopo. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare anche perché molto vicino a Pisa e a Lucca. Elena (MN).

Il bed and breakfast Casa Formica è una struttura immersa nel verde, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. L'appartamento dove ho alloggiato era molto spazioso, accogliente e pulito. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione è molto gustosa e abbondante. Ne sono pienamente soddisfatta, lo consiglio vivamente.

Tanto verde curato e pulito, stanze pulite e accoglienti, massima disponibilità a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, il cibo è ottimo e ben cucinato.
