We had an amazing time! The place is clean and quiet. The whole team was very nice and friendly. Thank you all.

This place is amazing, we did not use the kitchen because it was not available. The place was great with air conditioning, very clean. The room where we stayed was large and very comfortable, it had towels and two small bottles of shampoo, hairdryer, towel drying area. Plus, there was wi-fi. The host was very friendly, explained very well what was in the area, and recommended places to eat. By the way, shopping at the supermarket is much, much cheaper than in any store in the center. There were two buses that took us to the metro and from there we could reach anywhere. We arrived twice at night and the area was safe, we could even get there by night bus and a short walk. Breakfast consisted of a coffee and a croissant, located one street away. If you ask for something extra like a doughnut or something special, they will charge you the difference. Overall, highly recommended.

It was the perfect location for the event I was visiting, however it is not a central location. The metro, trains, and buses are very close.

Excellent structure a few steps from Tiburtina Station and well served area with shops, market, buses and everything needed for a great stay in fantastic Rome. Clean room, equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 5 nights at the Guest House 2012. I was very satisfied, primarily for the cleanliness. I have never seen a place with such a level of hygiene and care in the cleaning service. The owner is friendly and always available. Breakfast at a nearby bar of excellent quality. I will definitely come back with my family.

Sono stato in questa struttura insieme alla mia ragazza e devo dire che siamo stati alla grande. Struttura davvero bella e ben collegata con tutti i mezzi che ti portano a Roma centro. Proprietario simpatico e molto cordiale. Una struttura che merita, tra le migliori di Roma.

Il b&B 2012 si trova a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione Tiburtina e su una via molto vivace. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera ampia e molto pulita. Il gestore è stato veramente molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo a tutti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho già detto tutto nelle votazioni. Aggiungo che tutte le volte che passerò da Roma di sicuro mi fermerò qui e lo consiglio a tutti.

Sono molto soddisfatto sia dalla struttura che dall'accoglienza; se dovessi ritornarci, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Il B&B 2012 si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Nonostante la zona sia molto trafficata la struttura è isolata dal traffico cittadino. Ambiente confortevole, moderno. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e pulite. La colazione è ricca, varia e abbondante. Il gestore è una persona molto cordiale, simpatica e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri.

Ambiente moderno molto confortevole e pulito; stanze arredate in modo essenziale, ma con ottimo gusto. Posizione ideale per chi vuole soggiornare fuori dal traffico cittadino, ma nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione consentendo di raggiungere tutti i luoghi della città. Gestore, disponibilissimo, discreto, premuroso, attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Sono stata benissimo!
