I chose this place because it is close to the station and near the Vatican. Located in a historic part of the city that makes you feel Rome's history, the building itself was very cool. I especially liked the classic elevator. The room was spacious with a high ceiling, which was lovely. Unfortunately, the shower had weak water pressure and the water temperature was low, mostly cold. Also, the refrigerator was small and not powerful enough to cool water.

We stayed in this property for two nights. Perfect location to reach every part of the city (thanks to the bus and metro stops) and also very convenient to reach the Olympic Stadium. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is very well connected, we arrived by metro and we moved around with it on the days we were there. Very well located 5 minutes from the Vatican. It can be seen from the main avenue. Nearby are the famous pastry shops, ice cream parlors, and cafes. The accommodation is very good, it has a small refrigerator, the bathroom with its towels, the hairdryer, and my bottles of shampoo and gel. Every day they came to clean.

I stayed at the property this weekend and was very satisfied: 1-great location as it is a step away from the metro and St. Peter's and not so far from the center which I often reached on foot. 2-clean and tidy room. 3-very helpful staff.

The property boasts an excellent location and is located in an elegant building. The room is small but clean and comfortable (equipped with a minibar and a safe) and is quite quiet with a good air conditioning system. It has an excellent price/quality ratio.

It was just perfect. The host was very kind, flexible and super helpful, the room was cleaned every day, perfect location (a couple of minutes from the Vatican and the metro station), nice quiet room, nice building. Restaurants, bakery, coffee, shopping possibility all around.

The stay was positive, the only problem was the lack of breakfast in the facility, which forces you to move and go out.

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it for the cleanliness, order, comfort, and warm welcome. Excellent value for money. Very close to St. Peter's, but not only that, with the subway just a short walk away, you can reach any destination. The property is very convenient for visiting the Vatican City and for shopping in the Prati district.

Clean place. Adequate amenities. Not far from personal destination. Central location and close to the metro. Kind staff. Decent value for money. In the morning, the room became a bit cold and the noise from outside was noticeable, also due to the high traffic on the central street below. The hairdryer was there but it would stop after a few seconds (easy not to realize there was a problem); I informed the staff who would take care of maintenance. The overall evaluation is positive.

A pleasant, clean room, no noise, very friendly owner, assisted us with our requests, no breakfast but they provide a kettle with tea and instant coffee. Near the Vatican, commercial street, good bus connections, café across the street and Castrone shop in the same building. We stayed 6 days, for the Spanish Constitution Day weekend.

Just the right compromise for those who want a good place to rest in a central area of Rome.

Family run guest house located in a nice neighborhood. The owner is very friendly and helped us to leave the luggage before check-in hour. The room and all the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the Metro as well as the Vatican. The choices of restaurants can satisfy different budgets, supermarkets are also close by for adding necessary supplies. Will choose here again when returning to Rome.

Cozy and pleasant structure in a great location. Management is available and attentive to the guest's needs. Cleanliness and room facilities are accurate (kettle with various tea bags, fridge, TV, safe). I would recommend increasing the power of the light bulbs in the existing lighting points.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 3 nights with my boyfriend. We had a great time. Definitely excellent value for money, which, I must admit, was hard to find! I had started looking for a clean, cute, and not too expensive accommodation some time before, and I must say that this place fully met my expectations. It delivers what it promises, let's say. The room is clean, provides all the necessary services, and the owner is really helpful. Just 100 meters from Ottaviano metro, a stone's throw from Piazza del Risorgimento where you can take the bus directly to Trastevere. 5 minutes from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. Truly excellent! If I were to return to Rome, I would probably rebook at the same place.

If I have to make a criticism, the reason why I didn't give a 10 to the facility is that soundproofing is great towards external noises, while it could be improved towards internal noises, but if the other guests are polite, no problem. Structure in an excellent location, close to everything you need, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc... A 2-3 minute walk from Ottaviano metro station, so you can reach all the main attractions of Rome. The room was clean, the environment very quiet, and the room equipped with everything necessary. The B&B manager was very friendly, nice, and helpful for any need. The only negative aspect, but that could not change our rating of 10, was the bed that, although very comfortable, was composed of two single beds attached that sometimes detached during the night, making it uncomfortable to get up to reunite them. We hope to return to Ottaviano Guest House.

We had a great time. The location of the Ottaviano Guest House is excellent, close to the metro station, near the Vatican Museums and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The manager is very sociable and accommodating. The room was clean with a super warm duvet, bathroom with shower in the room and a heated electric towel rack. For breakfast, they gave us vouchers to use at a bar in the area. We had a positive experience and we recommend it.
