The villa is about 10-12 minutes by car from Orta San Giulio, located on the hills in the village of Bolzano Novarese. Very quiet area. The owner is super kind and caring, available for every need and we thank her infinitely for this. We booked a room and were given the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa. Very spacious room with everything you need, including a comfortable bed. There is no TV in the room, I mention this for those who consider it essential, it was of no use to us, if needed it is available in the living room of the apartment. There is a WiFi connection, not super fast but sufficient for survival. The bathroom is huge, with a beautiful and very spacious shower. The breakfast is sufficient. Let's be clear, there are many things, most of which are packaged, except for the jam made by the lady which is very good. The savory breakfast is offered upon request and is quite measured, but in the end it was enough for us. I want to emphasize that I am making a comparison with other establishments of the same category, objectively the breakfast is still abundant, varied and acceptable. In 3 nights, the bathroom or the room was never cleaned. This affects the ratings a bit, as normally even B&Bs do daily cleaning. In the end, nothing serious, because even at home we don't clean every day, I am just making an objective comparison with other establishments where we have stayed. When it was handed over to us, the apartment was spotless, so in 3 days, if you live it as if it were your own home, it doesn't even need all this cleaning. The hairdryer did not blow warm air, or at least I didn't understand how to make it come out. On the last day, the lady left us the keys indefinitely giving us the possibility to have a late checkout without additional costs, as no guests were expected after us. For this we thank her very much as she helped us wait out the mega storm that was raging until 11 in the morning. Overall, however, a very pleasant and repeatable stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Manuela is a helpful host, full of good advice, with incredible kindness. The house is beautiful, the room spacious, clean, with storage. And the breakfast is just perfect. Everything you need to spend a beautiful day, very plentiful, varied, with local products. I would recommend it with my eyes closed. Thank you, Manuela.

Unfortunately we had to finish our holiday three days earlier due to my health condition. Manuela is a very good host and she offered a lot of good trips in the region. Hope to stay there another time.

We spent two wonderful days at Manuela's, we got great tips for motorcycle tours! We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and gladly recommend it. A very good pizzeria is within walking distance, the area around Lake Orta is spectacular and Lake Maggiore is quickly reachable.

We were looking for a relaxing moment for our weekend and we were fully satisfied. Manuela pampered us and we are really grateful to her. Thanks to her suggestions, we also discovered some truly enchanting places. Definitely worth repeating!

Great availability, the whole garden is well-maintained with a gigantic cherry tree that must be beautiful in bloom in spring.

The owner was very kind and helpful, the property is ideal as a starting point for trips to both Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore and also Varallo.

If you are looking for a place where you can practically feel at home, Manuela's hospitality is perfect for you, like being guests at your favorite relative's home, plus a secret weapon: homemade apple jam. If I am in the area again, no doubt about where to stay.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 5 nights, quiet and cozy place, at night you rest well because fresh air comes from the nearby woods. Mrs. Manuela is splendid, helpful and attentive: she pampered us a lot. I have a significant food allergy and she did her best to make me have breakfast as if I were at home. The Bed and Breakfast is 6 minutes from the Gozzano beach, and less than 10 minutes from Orta San Giulio, very convenient to move around and visit the surrounding areas. Highly recommended 😍.

Manuela is a very friendly and helpful person. Calm location just a few minutes drive to various interesting villages. We had a perfect time.

Manuela is very welcoming, discreet, and gives good advice about her region and what to do on a motorcycle.\n\nShe allowed us to park safely, and the accommodation is completely independent.\n\nThe one-night stopover allowed us to visit nearby Orta. If we had known, we would have stayed longer in the area.\n\nIt was perfect for us, the "homemade" jams delicious.\n\nTo be done again.

We stayed at this property for the long Easter weekend. A little house in a neighborhood away from cars, waking up to the singing of birds and a bell tower. The property has been renovated and the garden is very well maintained. Large, clean, and bright room, with new furniture even for the bathroom. Living area with television. Manuela is a helpful, reserved, and welcoming person. Wide range of brochures for activities in the area.

We will definitely come back next year! First of all, the owner is very kind and helpful, a beautiful and well-kept garden, the structure has been completely renovated and very well furnished, the cleanliness of the rooms/bathroom is nothing short of meticulous, the breakfast is abundant. All this makes you feel at home.

The B&B is located in a small village, very convenient to reach Orta San Giulio and the lake. The room (with an external, but exclusive bathroom) is pleasant and modern, with ample space for two people. The owner is very kind and available to provide any useful information; there are also brochures of all kinds about the nearby areas (Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, mountains, etc.). Guests have an independent entrance, so there are no time restrictions. The only slight difficulty is due to the few shops in the village (closed for holidays during our stay), so if you need to shop, you have to drive. There is, however, a restaurant-pizzeria a few minutes' walk away. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Warmth and kindness are the strengths of the structure, Mrs. Manuela is truly fantastic. Celebrated the first year of marriage, it's a pity to have only done the weekend, it's worth staying a week in a truly familiar place in an excellent position to visit and relax around the beautiful panorama.

Very charming and welcoming structure. Mrs. Manuela was very welcoming, I appreciated her availability and the very fine and well-kept furnishing taste. Ideal for those who want to take a break from the chaos of everyday life to find a corner of well-being. The only drawback is that the structure is located a little far from the tourist center, even though Orta is 10 minutes away by car and 5 km away. Highly recommended for couples and families.
