Everything great. Clean room, maximum silence and tranquility.

Located in a seemingly one of the noisiest and busiest areas of the zone, the apartment is actually very quiet and the double windows keep the chaos of the ring road far away. This, along with the cleanliness of the rooms and the shared kitchen and the friendliness and kindness of the manager, make AleNic a truly interesting experience, where the view over the ring road (for the rooms that face it) is a value and not a negative aspect. The area is central, the apartment is at the junction of the vibrant neighborhoods Pigneto, San Lorenzo and Esquilino, all easily reachable on foot.

I stayed overnight with my family, rooms with adjoining bathrooms well furnished and clean, very kind manager attentive to our needs. What can I say, everything perfect!

The room and the apartment are well arranged, clean and comfortable, but the building where it is located is really bad and in a bad neighborhood. The metro is not very close but not too far either. The building's parking lot was supposed to be closed by a barrier but it was broken and therefore always open. We had a good time but for what we spent I doubt we will return, even though the lady who runs the place was really kind and helpful, she even offered us breakfast even though it was not planned.

The B&B is on the third floor in a condominium located in a quiet and residential area. It is moderately close to the metro, it's a 10-minute walk. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean.

We had a great time. The owner was very kind. I wouldn't change for any reason.

Weekend lungo nella capitale in coppia. Il B&B è ben arredato e si trova al 3° piano di un condominio. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita con bagno interno. La signora Marisol che gestisce la struttura è molto cordiale e fornisce consigli utili per la visita della città. La zona dove si trova la struttura è in zona porta maggiore, in semi periferia: non è molto invitante, ma si riesce a raggiungere il centro facilmente con i mezzi pubblici (autobus 105 o 50 a 50 metri). Da sfruttare per brevi periodi. Comodo il parcheggio condominiale, un po' da migliorare la colazione standard all'italiana, forse con qualche prodotto fresco e non confezionato. Ringraziamo Marisol per la gentilezza.

Mi chiamo Roberta, ed ho avuto il piacere di pernottare una settimana al B&B AleNic con il mio ragazzo, e devo dire che c'è stata una bellissima accoglienza. La signora è gentilissima e disponibile, ci preparava la colazione tutte le mattine, e puliva la stanza ogni giorno. Il B&B è nuovo ed accogliente. Per chi ha intenzione di visitare Roma consiglio questo B&B non solo per l'ottima ospitalità, ma perché è in un punto dov'è facile muoversi, sia in bus che in metro. Non ve ne pentirete.
