The place was clean, but very basic, and honestly, it stank like a damp cellar, probably because our two-room apartment was essentially a (converted) damp cellar. We were also expecting a breakfast since the listing clearly states 'breakfast included', but this was definitely not the case. I found this detail strange, so in the morning I asked another guest where breakfast would be served, but she said she didn't receive any breakfast during her stay either. We had to go and pay for pastries ourselves. I found this extremely disappointing as pictures of beautiful pastries were posted on the property profile, which was probably the main reason why I booked here. There weren't even a few coffee pods included with the coffee maker, or a bottle of water in the fridge, nothing. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but in this case, I felt really misled, mainly because all the other reviews (falsely) gave us a very positive impression.

Breakfast was great, but too sweet-oriented.

We were hosted by Valeria and Sara, two really hospitable and friendly people. The structure is in the center but very quiet, beautiful the internal space in the courtyard where a plentiful and varied breakfast is served. The rooms are simple and clean, very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There is no parking but we always found a place for the car nearby. Great value for money. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Orosei.

Room full of charm combining authenticity and modernity with its superb newly renovated private bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The entire establishment was full of charm, typical of Sardinia. Valeria and her daughter are charming hosts and welcomed us very well. Not always easy to park close to the accommodation, but other than that everything was perfect. Casa Saba exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it!

Valeria super helpful, top breakfast and impeccable cleanliness. A stone's throw from the center of Orosei. Frequent towel change. Washing machine available. A nice courtyard for breakfast, also suitable for relaxing after returning from the beach.

The owner is a great person knows how to give advice on the beaches and on restaurants. We had a great time, the breakfast is abundant and all the homemade sweets are amazing. Recommend.

The property is located in the center and it's easy to go out for a walk in the evening. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom is new and clean. The panoramic terrace is amazing, but the most beautiful thing was the kindness of the host, the welcome given to our dog Lucio, and the breakfast with artisanal products. You couldn't ask for more, it was like a fairy tale. It's a pity we could only stay for one night. We will definitely come back.

We spent 2 nights as a family at Casa Saba. Valeria is a welcoming host, smiling and an excellent cook! The homemade breakfasts are top-notch! The house is very well located in the city center of Orosei, everything is nearby! No noise disturbance! Thank you Valeria.

We stayed at Casa Saba and preferred it for its tranquility and silence. The rooms are beautiful and well furnished. Top cleanliness, very nice hosts, extraordinary breakfasts to say the least. Street parking, but available in July. Convenient for the evening as it is a stone's throw from the center. Good location to reach the beaches by car.

We have been coming back to Casa Saba for 7 years and every year when we leave, melancholy sets in. Valeria and her children make us feel at home.

Cozy structure with a sociable and helpful owner. The room and the bathroom are very clean, spacious, functional, and also equipped with a refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and abundant, with homemade products, and is served in a pleasant internal courtyard. The only drawback is the on-street parking, which may not always be easy.

Excellent welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, very good and abundant breakfast. Interesting location to visit the historic center of the town. Although not a major issue, it is good to know that you cannot park the car under Casa Saba, but you have to find space in one of the nearby streets.

Even though we only stayed one night, we appreciated Valeria's attention in managing her B&B. The rooms were well-kept, there was tranquility, and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent, among the alleys of Orosei, especially for us who could park the motorcycle nearby. We will definitely go back.

Strategic location, maximum availability for everything, excellent breakfast!

Excellent. Recommended for staying in the Gulf of Orosei. Very central relative to the town, impeccably managed by Mrs. Valeria who is always generous with advice and able to meet our requests. Breakfast is rich and varied, including exquisite cakes made daily. Absolute hygiene, a factor not to be overlooked in the time of covid. A flaw? Being in the historic center, it has no sea view... but what are we talking about? Highly recommended.

I stayed at this property from July 30 to August 4 on a holiday to visit the Ogliastra area, which was unknown to me despite living in Sardinia. The b&b has been completely renovated but retains elements of great charm belonging to Sardinian architecture of the early 1900s. It is strategically located and the bed and breakfast formula with breakfast included allows you to enjoy plenty of genuine products expertly prepared by the hostess. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the precision and kindness of the hostess prompted me to recommend the property without hesitation. I will definitely come back.

Old expertly renovated house, with an internal courtyard used as a dining and relaxation area, in a small street in the historic center of Orosei, the landlady is present and a dispenser of valuable advice...3 wonderful cats to make my breakfast finish.

Nice structure, obtained from a recently renovated building and furnished simply but tastefully. Perfect cleanliness, nice and functional bathroom. The presence of a refrigerator in the room is absolutely appreciated when staying in the summer months. Rich and abundant breakfasts served by the owner, Valeria, a attentive, friendly, and helpful person. The only downside is the lack of private parking. Since the structure is located in the center of Orosei, it is not easy to find nearby parking.

A casa Saba regna un'accogliente atmosfera familiare e ci si sente coccolati come a casa. Valeria è un'ottima ospite, disponibile e attenta. La struttura è elegante, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Ospita i 4 zampe ed è family-Friendly. Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo 2 giorni ma torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo per la pulizia della struttura (camera rifatta ogni mattina, asciugamani puliti al terzo giorno e tappetino ogni giorno) e per la colazione, ogni giorno diversa e sempre eccellente. Ambiente familiare e straordinaria la cortesia di Valeria nel venire incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti.

B&B molto curato, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, colazione anche con dolci casalinghi (ma se preferite il salato, basta dirlo!). La posizione è perfetta perché tranquilla e a due passi dal centro storico di Orosei, che è stupendo, e offre numerose proposte per la cena e il dopocena (anche qualche locale per i giovani). L'unica pecca è non avere il posto auto riservato, ma, essendoci stati in media stagione, non abbiamo comunque avuto problemi per trovare parcheggio in strada. Consigliato!

A parte la difficoltà iniziale di trovare la struttura nelle vie a senso unico nel centro, l'ingresso ti accoglie con uno spazioso e luminoso patio all'interno di una corte ristrutturata di recente. la conduzione famigliare fa capire fin da subito che non ci sono dubbi sullo staff. le camere pulite e ben spaziose sono poste al piano terra e al primo piano. ognuna con bagno privato con tutti i comfort. il punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione che oltre ad essere abbondante è di ottima qualità con croissant e torte fatte in casa che ad ogni giorno cambiano. viaggiando in moto il posteggio era di fronte al B&B ma c'era la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del patio in posizione coperta. Consiglio la struttura soprattutto a coppie in viaggio e che vogliono essere coccolati durante la vacanza.

Sulla colazione il 10 non basta! Per la cortesia il 10 non basta! Luogo familiare accogliente Da ritornare.

Ho sempre considerato le recensioni una perdita di tempo, ma questa volta non posso esimermi dal lasciare la mia opinione sul breve ma gradevolissimo soggiorno trascorso al B&B Casa Saba, poche chiacchiere: eccellente! Garbo, cortesia, pulizia e perché no una struttura completamente rinnovata con gusto architettonico, dove nulla è superfluo ma ogni oggetto, ogni volume ha un chiaro ed autentico perché. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Ci si sente veramente a casa! Ambienti completamente ristrutturati e confortevoli. Posizione centrale rispetto al paese ed ottimale per effettuare escursioni sia verso il Golfo di Orosei che verso nord (da non perdere Bidderosa!). Che dire poi dei padroni di casa e della loro prole? Squisiti, genuini e di qualità come la colazione che ogni mattina ti servono nella corte! Complimenti.
