In the family-run establishment. We felt like we were at home. We had a very pleasant stay and found everything we needed.

Great structure in a quiet location and convenient to reach any tourist location.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband. The manager is very nice and friendly. At the time of booking, even though they had no more double rooms available, they gave us a triple room with a bathroom in the room, without problems, comfortable and cool. The property is in a quiet area. We then drove around, but the bus stops to and from the city center are just below the B&B. The property does not have a private parking, but it is easy to find in the area by driving around a bit. The managers are nice. Everything is very clean and very welcoming. Since we often need to go to Trieste, having relatives there, we will keep it in mind for the next times.

Fantastic stay and owners available for every need. Abundant breakfast with all comforts and the structure is close to the bus stop to the center. Highly recommended.

It's a B&B.

The place is enchanting just like the owners. It is very easy to get to the center from here because there are 2 bus lines that go from Grim's door to the center of Trieste. The Single Room is very comfortable, bright, and welcoming. I really felt very much at ease, I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

I stayed one night at GRIM and I believe that if I return to Trieste I will stay here again. The lady who welcomed me was very kind. She was there at the property, explained everything well to me. The place is very tidy and clean. I found exactly what I had asked for and seen online. The breakfast is abundant and varied. Coffee and stoves are available. The only "drawback" is the payment. There is no POS, only advance bank transfer or cash. For the rest, it is a wonderful place.

Cozy structure, managers who are willing to help you, to solve in case of delays. Abundant breakfast. Good location to get to the Center with your own means.

Clean environment. I emphasize the friendliness and availability of Mr. Giuliano who had breakfast ready for us at 06:30.

Great solution for visiting Trieste, even during the Barcolana event.

Simple place, room with very clean bathroom, comfortable bed, Giuliano the owner very sociable and friendly. Breakfast normal with two cakes, coffee machine and packaged products, but nothing was missing for a good breakfast.

Enchanted. The facade gives a wrong impression of the place, because once you pass it, the place is really nice and comfortable. The manager's attention is unbeatable and the room is very comfortable. It has a common kitchen and fridge, which is an advantage.. on the same door for the bus that takes you to the center in 10 minutes and, well, for us all advantages. Try it.

We had a great time. Large room. Everything was excellent.
