For 6 years every summer (and some winters) we have been staying at La Casa delle Viti. The central location is very convenient (in a pedestrian area), the proximity to the sea (3 minutes), the clean and welcoming environment, the super friendly staff: a guarantee in short. Also, the owner is very helpful. As already mentioned, the only inconvenience could be the poor sound insulation but after a day at the beach, we are so tired that we would sleep even with an orchestra at home. Highly recommended.

Strategic location at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the center, small ground floor apartment, very clean, equipped with all the necessary accessories (even a hairdryer!), very kind managers. The only downside is that being on the ground floor with two large windows overlooking the street, it is particularly exposed from an acoustic point of view, but it is really in a very convenient position, just a stone's throw from the sea.

Tutto perfetto, ambiente accogliente e ben distribuito. Ho dato sei alla posizione, perché essendo a pianterreno, con degli infissi vecchi ed ubicato sul corso che porta al centro in zona pedonale, si sentono tutte le voci delle persone che passano, anche se parlano normalmente. Comunque è poi specificato anche sul sito.

Concordo con lei che l'appartamento non è indicato a chi cerca una sistemazione silenziosa, come peraltro menzionato nelle note all'interno della descrizione. Appartement très bien situé, tranquille au centre du village. Spacieux mais sombre et un peu vieillot.

Mrs. Yvette, I am happy to read that you appreciated the location of the apartment. The city centre with its pedestrian area is quiet until mid June; then when school holidays start the area is silent during the day and very busy in the evening. The building dates back to 1903. "La Casa delle Viti" has two windows on one side and two big door windows on the other side, with shutters that can be open. If you pass by Sestri Levante again, I would love to host you once more. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con la nostra bambina di 6 anni. Ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è centrale vicina sia alla baia del silenzio che delle favole.

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La struttura è in una posizione favorevole, in centro e pertanto è davvero comodo per ogni spostamento. Speriamo di poterci tornare in tempi brevi.
