The accommodation is welcoming, very clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery but still close to the amenities offered by a small center. Mrs. Mara was really very kind, caring, and willing to meet all my needs. Comfortable beds, scented sheets and towels, delicious and abundant breakfast... Exceptional, I felt like at home!

I fully confirm the flattering reviews of the previous guests and thank Mrs. Mara for her kindness and wish her much satisfaction in the excellent service she provides.

The structure is very clean, in a hilly area, surrounded by nature. Abundant and fantastic breakfast. The owner is professional and very friendly. It feels like being at home. I will definitely return.

Quiet area on the hill.

Quiet place, nice location, friendly and efficient owners.

Positive aspects: the location, the quietness for rest, the proximity to Albinea. Less positive: 'reduced' breakfast (only sweet), one bathroom for all rooms, cash payments only, non-functioning TV.

A well-kept, warm and helpful hospitality, in the enchanting greenery 20 minutes from the city center. Thank you.

Place in the midst of the stunning Romagna countryside. Excellent cleanliness and hospitality. We will return, because the surrounding villages are beautiful.

I arrived at Mara's place by chance and with short notice, as I had to find accommodation for work in a few days. I was surprised by her friendliness from the first contacts via email. When I actually went to see the B&B Rosati, I felt at home, something I didn't experience in the other places I had considered. The location is great for anyone practicing sports such as running, mountain biking or road cycling, just a moment away from beautiful and well-kept trails, such as the Cà del Vento di Borzano loop, the Canossa route, and the Matildico trail. The landscapes and the surrounding panorama are wonderful.\n\nI felt at home because of the friendliness, hospitality, and at the same time the privacy that distinguishes Mara and her family. For almost two months, it felt like being part of the family, that's it. Her sweet dogs. The little attentions. The freedom to come back at any time, always respecting the other guests. Excellent value for money. If I had to return to Reggio Emilia, for any reason, I will know where to go!

Mara is welcoming and helpful. The place is quiet and comfortable.

Everything was excellent. Kind host, welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, truly everything. We hope to return once and then for more than one night.

Excellent location, between the Reggio hills. Calm, relaxation, silence. Great friendliness of the owner. If you go there, you will come back, I go there once a month for a year. And I will go back again. Very clean.
