Economic, clean, excellent reception but little privacy.

I stayed at the sweet Lia's place, I had a great time. The real B&B, in fact Lia provides two rooms in her house with two bathrooms, one for each room. The situation is very peaceful and Lia is exceptional.

We thank Mrs. Lia for the courteous welcome. Credit to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

I highly recommend staying in the beautiful home of Mrs. Lia. A refined lady with very kind manners. We stayed for 5 days, we are a couple and this was one of our first trips away from home, thanks to Mrs. Lia's kindness we never felt alone but it was like being at our own home. The house is very beautiful and new, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and we even had a TV in the room, in short, we had a really great time, I conclude this review with a big hug to Lia and with the promise that if we return to Milan, we will stay here again!

I was able to enjoy a stay in complete relaxation, also colored by the pleasant presence and assistance of Lia, a sweet and helpful lady. Perfect location, even without taking the car. Congratulations. I will return.

The structure in general is modern, welcoming, and minimal (located on the top floor with an elevator). It takes 15 minutes to walk to B&B Lia, but if it rains (like in my case) it becomes complicated, as the pedestrian passage is largely unpaved; however, you can reach B&B Lia directly by bus from the metro stop and there are bars, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby, so the location is more than acceptable. I stayed in the French-style room: perfect and very comfortable for one person, acceptable for two for one or two days (the bed is double, but the size of the room is quite small). Perfect bathroom cleanliness, a bit less for the room (clean sheets, just some dust under the bed). Bathroom with bidet equipped with a hairdryer and all necessary towels, shower with curtain. Very kind, helpful, and welcoming lady, with a very "grandmotherly" attitude (edit: she cooks often, just keep the door closed, but it feels like home): she lent me the umbrella I had forgotten; she let me check out around 11, very calmly. Considering that I didn't have breakfast, 50 euros is a bit high, but bearable. I would definitely come back.

My mother and I stayed from January 14, 2020, to January 18, 2020. I would like to point out that I had booked a double room, even though we were only two for one night. Upon arrival, we were given a small French-style room without a wardrobe but with only a hanger and two coat hooks. I had SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A BATHROOM IN THE ROOM, to which the response was "of course madam, it's a private bathroom", but in reality the bathroom was in the corridor. Furthermore, the room did not have a shutter, so at sunrise you wake up because of the light passing through the simple curtain. My mother needed some life-saving pills that had to be kept in the fridge, so we asked the "kind lady" if we could put them in the fridge and she replied "sir, you can put them outside the window, it's cold and it's as if they were in the fridge". Terrible experience, and the lady's cooking created an unbearable stench every day. Don't be fooled. The lady is very cunning. I highly recommend against it.

The structure is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets open 24/7 and the bus stop, the Policlinico is only a ten-minute walk away, no need for transportation to get there. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, a bit small for three people but livable. The bathroom, although private, is not connected to the room and is located right next door, accessible only from the hallway, however, the cleaning of both environments is done daily and perfectly. Breakfast is served at a bar located around the corner. Mrs. Lia, the owner, lives in the same structure and is available to provide any type of request or need, always ready to chat. The stay itself was very pleasant, the B&B Lia is on the third floor, but this is not a problem since the house has an elevator.

Excellent cleanliness of the room and bathroom, apartment always fragrant and very well-kept. Great hospitality, Mrs. Lia is very kind and helpful. Good location of the apartment, in about 15 minutes on foot you reach the Policlinico. Convenient even if you are by car as parking is easily found (free of charge). A stone's throw away are bus stops, a 24-hour supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, newsstand, pizzerias.

I confirm the proximity to the Policlinico, which was my main interest. Very helpful lady. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only fans; there is an air conditioner in the lady's kitchen living room. Also, there are no shutters or blinds in the rooms, only not too dark curtains. For these last two reasons, I would not recommend it in summer, especially the room with the French bed which is very small and practically uninhabitable for two people. Breakfast consists of croissants and cappuccino at the bar. The bus stop is about 100 meters away.

Ho soggiornato dalla Signora Lia causa intervento a mio marito, la signora è molto disponibile a tutte le richieste cortese e sopratutto camera molto molto pulita e accogliente con bagno a uso privato. Signora gentilissima che si è prestata a tutte le esigenze del momento anche ad ospitarmi nell'eventualità di una notte in più dal contratto. A chi si deve recare al Policlinico consiglio veramente di cuore questa struttura molto ben servita da supermercati/negozi bar e a 15 min a piedi dal policlinico. Un grosso abbraccio di cuore Rosanna da Bologna.

Lia è un ottima padrona di casa, ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, molto disponibile per ogni esigenza. Le camere sono ben equipaggiate, bagno spazioso, molto puliti gli ambienti.

Struttura ben curata ed estremamente pulita. La signora Lia é davvero cordiale ed accogliente. La consiglio vivamente!

Quando uno è meridionale fa la differenza anche al nord. Sono stato ospite della Signora Lia a fine gennaio, pulizia impeccabile, Wi-Fi h24 e colazione più che soddisfacente. Ringrazio la signora Lia, tra l'altro mia paesana e Lucana doc per il trattamento riservatomi. Sicuramente verrò di nuovo. A presto e lo consiglio a tutti.

Stanza gradevole, molto pulita. Bagno nel corridoio, poca privacy, poco silenzio, non tanto caldo. Colazione minimal al bar sotto casa.

Mio marito Arnaldo Manstretta, ha soggiornato dalla signora Lia, persona gentilissima, corretta, disponibile ed anche i voti alla struttura non possono che essere ottimi; l'unica pecca riscontrata è nella colazione, la cui consumazione avveniva nel bar sotto casa, con cui probabilmente la signora ha degli accordi convenzionali. La colazione prevede un cappuccino ed un croissant, ma si potrebbe decisamente migliorare al momento in cui diventa ripetitiva. Per una volta o due può anche andar bene, ma per chi è abituato a fare colazione con dei prodotti fatti in casa, diventa forse meno accettabile se prolungata visto che comunque si tratta di prodotti industriali. Si potrebbe integrare con una spremuta di arancia. Comunque nel complesso va molto bene.

La Signora Lia è stupenda, molto disponibile e cortese. Camere pulite con bagno dedicato. Ottimo.

Buongiorno, io e mia sorella abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B Lia per cinque giorni. È stato come essere a casa di un parente. Lia è eccezionale! Riservata, disponibile e premurosa. La camera ed il bagno sono pulitissimi. I profumatissimi asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Appartamento molto silenzioso e confortevole, situalto all' ultimo piano di un palazzo con ascensore. Non lontano dal Policlinico 8/10 minuti a piedi.

Tutto perfetto, mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Bella la camera e il bagno, tutto pulitissimo, la colazione si fa nel bar sotto casa ed è veramente comodo perché si può fare a qualsiasi ora. La padrona di casa, Lia, è fantastica, garbata e disponibile.

Sto ora tornando a casa dopo tre notti dalla signora Lia. Ambiente pulito, caldo. Stanza con tutti i confort. Bagno privato TV in camera WiFi gratis. Situato in un buon quartiere, non lontano dal Policlinico. La signora Lia davvero eccezionale. Io ero sola e mi ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Lia per il ponte dell'Immacolata con mio marito e una coppia di amici. Sin da subito ci siamo trovati a nostro agio con la titolare, molto simpatica, cordiale e disponibile. Camere carine e pulite. Asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Per la colazione la signora ha pensato bene di convenzionarsi con il bar di fronte al B&B per permettere ai suoi clienti di farla lì. Le stanze si trovano al 4 piano di uno stabile servito da un comodo ascensore. Consiglio a tutti un weekend in questo B&B.

Buon giorno, ho soggiornato per 2 notti dalla signora Lia la quale si è dimostrata da subito molto gentile, premurosa e molto disponibile. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo servito da ascensore e questo, a mio parere, è un vantaggio in quanto non si è disturbati dai vicini; il posto comunque è molto silenzioso, la struttura moderna e confortevole e curata nei dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile e profumo che si sente da subito nell'ambiente. Ringrazio ancora per la sua gentilezza la signora Lia e la saluto affettuosamente anche da parte di mia moglie e sicuramente consiglio questo delizioso B&B se si è dalle parti di San Donato o di Milano.
