I absolutely recommend the property. Sara is an excellent host: courtesy, availability, and provider of useful advice. Just returned from this wonderful holiday, super satisfied!

Pleasant B&B experience for a relaxing weekend by the sea. Optimal location for a very quiet holiday just a few meters from the beach. Free availability of equipment (umbrellas/sunbeds), good additional services in the room (kettle/coffee machine) and satellite LED TV. Room cleanliness and impeccable courtesy.

Near Seccheto beach, well-kept room with a very useful kitchenette, and especially with air conditioning, the outdoor space is comfortable and shaded, the owner Sara is very kind and helpful.

In fact, my son stayed with his girlfriend and they were very happy and satisfied with everything. Despite having celiac disease, he was able to have breakfast without any problems. Definitely a place to recommend.

Near the sea. Kind and very helpful managers. Very clean room, daily cleaning, beautiful terrace with planted and very cool part, private and equipped. Maybe a little sunken. Excellent kitchen space. \nToo bad you can't see the sea which is a few steps away.

We can only leave positive comments. The welcome, the stay, the service, everything is more than positive. Sara and her family are splendid ALWAYS available. We hope to go back soon because it deserves so much.

Stayed the first days of July 2021. \nIn the village, very close to the beach. Cavoli beach within walking distance and also Fetovaia if desired. Convenient for getting around the Island. \nLarge and spacious room, terrace, and bathroom, all very clean! Sara and her mom are welcoming and very kind. Breakfast of choice served on the terrace. Paid parking space a short distance from the B&B. \nWe had a great time!

Cozy structure and family-friendly environment, with free parking available nearby and super courtesy from the manager who held a spot for us with his car, as we were arriving at a peak hour. Mini market and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity, beach reachable in two minutes on foot, and cleanliness worthy of a perfect score!

Spacious room with large bathroom, located about 100 meters from Seccheto beach, reachable on foot via a pedestrian path directly from the property. The owner also provides a free umbrella and sunbed. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace next to the room. Excellent value for money.

Very quiet place, the beach is 200 meters away, very clean, spacious bathroom with a nice large shower, large covered terrace for breakfast and snacks, very friendly and helpful managers, room with beautiful new furniture, everything perfect!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast with my husband and daughter for two weeks from July 25th to August 8th. We had a great time, the owner Sara is lovely and also gave us excellent advice on how to navigate the island. Definitely satisfied.

Excellent property located a few steps from the Seccheto beach. Spacious and comfortable room as well as the bathroom. Particularly appreciated the terrace where breakfast is served. The only downside is the lack of private parking even though a large free parking lot is located fifty meters away.

Top marks for the B&B L'albero di Melograno! We were guests of Sara for a week and immediately we were struck by her availability, courtesy, and attention. The B&B is ideal for a family with children. Very close to the beach, which is at the same level as the nearby Fetovaia and Cavoli. Not to be underestimated is the possibility of using the parasol and sunbeds available on the property, as well as the option to use a parking space in a private parking lot 50 meters away, at a very reasonable price (especially convenient if staying in high season). Excellent breakfasts, with special attention also to any food intolerances. The cakes prepared by Sara's mother are incomparable. There is only the embarrassment of choice to draw from what is available in the buffet. Sara provided us with valuable information on the beaches to visit and the restaurants to dine in. If we plan a new vacation on Elba in the future, it will be the first property we will contact!

The property is located 50 meters from the beach, the manager is helpful and attentive, the breakfast is varied and plentiful with homemade pastries, the cleanliness is good.

Conveniently located property, clean, with the option of paid parking. Availability of a beach umbrella to borrow during the stay. Extremely courteous owners. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent from all points of view: courtesy, availability, cleanliness, convenient parking (free), location 50 meters from a beautiful, clean and welcoming beach (there is also a very practical bar/restaurant on the shore). Sun loungers with umbrella are provided (at no extra charge). We had a great time and were really satisfied.

For the second consecutive year I spent fantastic days in this B&B L'albero di Melograno. Sara, with her family, are exquisite people. I stayed in the room The, very bright, spacious and clean. I had a terrace with 2 chairs + umbrella, 2 deck chairs for sunbathing (if you didn't want to go to the beach) and a clothesline to dry things. The B&B is surrounded by greenery and is quiet. It is in a strategic point between the beach of Fetovaia and that of Cavoli. At 50 meters there is the beach of Seccheto and Sara provides her guests with deck chairs and umbrella to take to the sea. For those who do not want to bother looking for parking, there is the possibility of paying an extra €30 per week and have the place assured thanks to an agreement that the B&B has. Leaving the house gate, you will find a mini market, baker and greengrocer for urgent purchases. There are very good restaurants where you can eat without moving too much. Excellent breakfast. The homemade cakes by Sara's mother are delicious and one serving is never enough. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean place 50 meters from the sea with free beach equipment available. Mrs. Sara and her mother Rina make you feel at home. Mrs. Rina prepares special homemade cakes every day. Highly recommended.

Great availability and friendliness of the hosts, excellent location for those who want to visit the southern part of the island. The breakfast offered is top-notch and I'm not exaggerating. 50 meters away a beautiful sandy beach, although a bit crowded in high season. No problem for the dog, we have a golden retriever, well received both in the structure and on all the beaches of the island.

Great stay in pleasant tranquility, managers always kind and more than helpful, excellent starting point to visit two of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Elba (Cavoli and Fetovaia), the village, albeit small, offers all the necessary services to enjoy the holiday to the fullest.

Highly recommended. The property is located in a quiet place but at the same time close to Marina di Campo (10 minutes) and to the most beautiful beaches in the south (Cavoli, Fetovaia, Relitto). Sara and her mother are really kind and helpful, the breakfast is abundant with homemade sweets, croissants, and much more. The daily cleaning of the room is impeccable, we will definitely come back.

We stayed for a week with a couple of friends at this B&B. Sara and her mother Rita hosted us in the Blueberry room with TV, air conditioning, fridge, the possibility to use two deck chairs and an umbrella, wifi. The B&B is 50 meters away from Secchetto beach, adjacent to the B&B there are grocery stores and close by there are two restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Close to the beaches of Fetovaia and Cavoli (a few kilometers) and to the cliffs, in a quiet area. Rita makes excellent cakes, breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Sara is helpful and friendly. I recommend it.

Great location, just a few meters from a beautiful white beach, they also provide umbrella and sunbed. Essential, comfortable, clean, new room. New and very clean bathroom. Breakfast outdoors on a spacious and cool terrace. Kindness is at home. Excellent.
