This property is excellent for a one-night visit prior or after a flight. It is basic but clean, tidy, and very straightforward. I have been using it for more than 10 years.

My mom and a friend stayed here for one night. They were very happy and were welcomed very well by Francesco. The only thing is that they had to pay extra for the air conditioning. Maybe we missed this when we booked.

I come from Cagliari and over the years I have often stayed at this property. The manager is truly friendly and approachable. It is a property very close to the airport and you can walk there. A guarantee.

It is the closest hotel to the Pisa airport, which is exactly what I wanted.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Booked a room with 2 beds (1 Double and 1 single) and the man at the desk charged us an extra 20 euros to use the single bed (I was staying with a male colleague we weren't intending on sharing a bed). The single bed was absolutely awful, like sleeping on a dish sponge. Was also an extra 4.50 euros if you want to use the air-conditioning and they take away the remote to use so you have to request it. Checkout is at 10am and the host is knocking on your door even before that trying to get you to leave. The most unfriendly and stingiest place I've ever stayed. Book as a last resort if you need somewhere right near the airport but the location is the only thing its got going for it.

Clean room, kind manager.

We didn't know that the airport closes between midnight and 4 in the morning and our flight was the first of the day at 6 in the morning. After reading the opinions of people who said they had bad experiences spending the night outside the airport, we decided to book a night in this apartment even if we were resting for only 5 hours. One of the best possible decisions, as the airport is just a 2-minute walk away. Excellent location, very friendly treatment from the owner and simple but comfortable facilities.

Decrepit, dated, dirty, and stuffy structure. Lacks parking space (only paid blue lines). Air conditioning is paid separately. The only positive note is the wifi connection. Never again.

Perfect location if you have an early flight! Booking was easy and quick. I will use it again when I'm in Pisa.

Francesco is good and very helpful. However, if the property is his, he should make small improvements such as fixing the mosquito net or providing bathroom accessories.

It would have been nice if my welcome had included offering to carry my suitcase, which he did when he saw I was struggling up the stairs. I paid an extra 5 euros for the air conditioning, which was only turned on when I entered the room, so it took a long time to cool it. A lot of money with no breakfast included.

Ideal B&B if you have to catch a flight the next morning.

Needed to access the airport in the morning and this was the closest place. 10/10 for location but otherwise wouldn't pay 67 euros.

Very Budget room only. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The decor was not up to much. Excellent location. Would have been nice to have the opportunity of a tea/coffee or water in the room at least.

Tutto benissimo, veramente a due passi dall'aeroporto di Pisa e molto comodo, con Francesco il proprietario che è un professionista bravo e accogliente al tempo stesso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Hotel was cheap, so we did not anticipated much. First surprise - the hotel is really easy to find and just 2 min walk from the airport. We came to Pisa Rooms fairly late (around 00. 00). The concierge was easy to get (it was just to call on a door bell) and very helpful. He helped us with printing out the Ryanair boarding passes, that we forgot to print. Rooms are simple, but nice and clean. WiFi is very strong, good connection. Since we had to depart early, I did not anticipate to get breakfast, but they have it ready right in the room, with a hot water boiler in the corridor, so you can enjoy with coffee & croissants any time you wish. Breakfast is very simple, as elsewhere in Italy, but at least it exists. Best impressions for such a little price. Highly recommended for budget travellers!

Ottima struttura confacente alle mie necessità.

Francesco was the most joyful people how I met in Italy. On 12.00? the midnight we make check-in and Francesco gives us the warmest smile and welcome in Italy! The room was large and clean next to the bathroom. The hotel just opposite the airport ideal for late check in or early check -out. We thank you Francesco. Definitely Recommend!
