Great location for me to go to Rizzoli, the lady was very helpful, when I arrived in the evening the room was warm.

In the room there is the bathroom and also the kitchen. Never used. Because cooking and sleeping is not really ideal. In Bologna, fortunately, there is no shortage of places even a few meters from the B&B. I was immediately informed that the toilet seat was detached, a pity that every time you sat down you risked falling. Moreover, the toilet also has a bidet function, a bit uncomfortable even though it was equipped with a tap and not a spray. What left me puzzled is that I booked a B&B with breakfast. But breakfast is not provided by the manager. He provided me with everything I needed: coffee, croissants, yogurt, but I had to make it myself. It was not specified at the time of booking, so breakfast at the bar at my own expense. I give a suggestion to the lady: rather, activate an agreement with the Mamolo bar and offer that to customers. Very convenient the parking pass that allows parking in a street where parking is normally prohibited. Some adjustments are needed and then it would be perfect.

The size of the property was small for 4 people. Breakfast is just packaged bread, milk, and items to make coffee, we had breakfast on our own. The host was gracious enough to give us a discount for the size of the room, which was totally unexpected.

Disgusting place. Don't be fooled by the photos... it's awful. Dirty and smelly place. I had booked for two nights but I ran away after the first one. I also gave a 1 to the owner because a person who welcomes guests in such rooms has no respect for others. Stay away.

All good from the point where it is located to the tranquility of the place.

The only reason to stay here is the location and free parking, but be careful it's not reserved. If you don't find it in front of the property, you have to park along the street and it's not guaranteed that you will find it immediately, and be careful where you park because you could get fined.

Great location, it would be better not to mention the included breakfast. For 2 days and people: 2 Nastrine, 3 yogurts, milk, water, moka coffee and rusks. I think by mistake there was only butter without jam.

Struttura comoda per recarsi in centro e al vicino ospedale Rizzoli, parcheggio in zona con pass fornito dal B&B. Ho soggiornato in occasione del ricovero di mia mamma e mi sono trovata veramente bene. L'unica cosa, se posso permettermi, mi piacerebbe trovare una zona cucina più moderna e meno ingombrante per avere più spazio all'interno della camera. Inoltre avere a disposizione un microonde sarebbe molto comodo. Comunque se dovessi tornare a Bologna saprei già dove soggiornare!

Ho trovato la struttura tramite il link sul sito dell'Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli: abbiamo dormito lì la notte prima dell'intervento ai piedi avuto da nostro figlio. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei gestori, nonché la cura e l'attenzione per l'arredo, incluso il giardino privato che è un vero gioiello. Da lì in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza Maggiore, cosa di cui abbiamo felicemente usufruito. Consigliata.

Ho alloggiato in questo B&B comodissimo per raggiungere l'ospedale Rizzoli, la camera è pulita e non manca nulla, ma quello che fa la differenza è la padrona di casa: una persona squisita, sempre disponibile, veramente indimenticabile! Spero di tornare come turista.

Ambiente curato e confortevole, cortesia e ottima ospitalità, posizione centrale e comoda anche per gli spostamenti a piedi.

Siamo stati benissimo, la sistemazione è molto confortevole e la posizione è ottima! La signora Cosetta è cortesissima è disponibile, ma la cosa più importante è che ama i cani! Per chi ha un amico a 4 zampe la cosa è impagabile. Soggiornate con fiducia, noi ci torneremo appena possibile.

La signora dice di aver cambiato le lenzuola, ma io ho trovato dei capelli sul cuscino, peli tra le lenzuola e sicuramente l'odore che ho sentito non era di pulito.

Gentilezza e cordialità sono le prerogative di questo B&B, la signora Cosetta ci ha cullato con la sua amicizia, consiglio vivamente questa struttura, sita anche vicino ai luoghi di interesse.
