The structure is very welcoming, isolated in the center of the valley. Silent and ideal for those who want to stay away from the city chaos when they sleep. The breakfast is varied, homemade, and abundant. Mrs. Elena is very kind and cordial. We will definitely return.

Paradise immersed in greenery. It is a shame not to be able to give a higher score. Highly recommended for those who love relaxation just a few kilometers from the city center. The owner, Mrs. Elena, is very kind and welcoming. Excellent quality price. Abundant breakfast. We will definitely return next December.

Recommended. The farmhouse is very nice and well located to reach the slopes. Spacious, clean, and well-heated rooms. The managers are very courteous and helpful.

Everything very satisfying, except for the fact that the entire structure lacks the TV.

Grazie mille, per quanto riguarda la tv non è stata una sorpresa per voi perché tra i servizi non c’è ne su bed & breakfast ne sul sito, invece c’è il Wi-Fi gratis che permette a tutti di collegarsi e vedere i canali ttv dai propri dispositivi.

We had a great time also thanks to the kindness of the owners as well as the location and the care of the spaces. Just two constructive notes: I would add something savoury for breakfast, maybe some local bread and cheese, and I would leave a kettle for coffee or tea available to guests in the common room during the day. Everything else is fine. Thank you, we will return.

Very nice structure immersed in a snowy valley. Intimate room with a balcony overlooking the panorama. Mrs. Elena is a very kind and helpful person.

Beautiful structure, a small clean and welcoming gem. 10 minutes from the facilities. The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is the breakfast that lacks savory part but the cakes are delicious.

I spent only a short one-night stay here with my daughter, but enough to express full satisfaction. We came to ski in Roccaraso: the location is convenient, a few minutes by car, and also beautiful in the middle of a quiet plateau. Convenient parking in the square. The room is simple but warm and welcoming thanks to the mountain style with lots of wood, clean, with a fairly spacious bathroom. The whole structure is very beautiful, an old renovated farmhouse, with a relaxing, intimate, and discreet atmosphere, quiet. In the morning, abundant buffet breakfast with "packaged" products but also homemade sweets and cakes. Highly recommended!

We stayed only for a weekend, but we were very satisfied with the structure. The owner, a really kind person, and overall a place to definitely come back for a bit longer. The only downside perhaps is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms... so if you're unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, this can be a bit annoying. In any case, a very beautiful place located amidst beautiful valleys and mountains.

The managers are very helpful and courteous. Rich and good quality breakfast. The structure, located about 5 km from Roccaraso, is isolated but characteristic. The rooms are comfortable and very warm, only the bathrooms could be improved. The value for money is excellent.
