The accommodation was very nice and clean! For breakfast there were all the sweet treats your heart desires (typically Italian). You could stock up for the beach at the nearby supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. There are nice restaurants there. The blue parking spaces are chargeable in the center. Parking is free right at the accommodation. To reach the fantastic beaches, often no more than 10 minutes by car are needed. All in all, a great holiday with a very kind hostess.

Highly recommended! We stayed at this property with 3 families, everything was perfect! Lella and Silvia, two very kind and helpful people, I wouldn't have any faults to find at this B&B! Definitely worth returning!

Very beautiful structure and equipped with every comfort, attention to every detail both in the common areas and in the room. The manager, Lella, and her daughter are always present, attentive, and very helpful. A plus the outdoor terrace for breakfast and relaxation. Easy to find parking. The property is located in an area with many supermarkets and is a short distance from the city center. The beach is 2/3 km away, easily reachable on foot thanks to the pedestrian lane, but also by bike. The lady is exquisite, very courteous, affable, and always available, just like her lovely cat Chicca. The linen smells fresh and clean exceptionally (could advertise detergents). Quiet area. I stayed keeping the bike in the patio without any problems. Kitchen available.

Like at home, this is the first comment that comes to mind. Mrs. Lella, the owner of the property, indeed made us feel at home and made us spend 10 splendid days in beloved Sardinia. Her availability and friendliness, combined with the cleanliness of the premises, the convenience of parking near the B&B, the proximity of the city center within walking distance (10 minutes) and the closeness of many beaches just a few minutes by car, make me consider my review very positive.

True B&B, where the guest (the special Lella!) lets you enter her house to share its spaces, but with the right privacy once in the room. Outside a small garden (courtyard... Get Is Axrollixeddas explained) welcomes you for an open-air breakfast and moments of relaxation! Convenient location to the city center (less than 10 minutes on foot) and two large supermarkets. Great price/quality ratio!

A fantastic experience, it felt like being at our own home, with the advantage of having a great breakfast prepared by the host, a friendly, helpful and discreet person. Strategic location to reach the nearby beaches and the town. We will know where to return when we go to Villasimius.

The structure is located a bit outside the center of Villasimius. Since we were on a motorcycle, this was not a problem for us. The room was designed for 4 people. Since there were two of us, we had enough space available. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is separate from the room (on the other side of the corridor), but is for our private use. The great added value of the structure and the reason why I highly recommend it is the welcome that the owner reserves for guests. She welcomed us with great kindness, gave us many useful tips regarding the beaches, the times to go and find a place, the restaurants, and the scenic roads to travel. The owner also gave us the opportunity to do laundry, which we greatly appreciated. Excellent address!

Excellent bed and breakfast, clean, spacious room with air conditioning and a huge fridge, welcoming, in a strategic location both to go to the town center (just 8 minutes walk) and to move to the numerous beaches in the area, easy parking to find in the immediate vicinity and a stone's throw from a well-stocked supermarket. And then, if there had been a score of 11 I would have given it to Lella, a wonderful person, always smiling, helpful and ready to meet you for every need. I felt like I was at home. I recommend it and really hope to be able to come back!

At Lella's place you feel at home: a friendly, kind, caring and very professional lady; for every need we had, Mrs. Lella did her best to find solutions and make us comfortable. The property is very welcoming, extremely clean and comfortable; the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The location is on the opposite side of Villasimius beach, allowing for a peaceful rest; it's also very convenient being a stone's throw from a large supermarket. A 5/10 minute walk takes you to the central areas of the village.

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, quasi tutto confezionato. Non sono stata avvertita prima della possibilità di avere il bagno in comune con un altra stanza. Non mi è stato detto della possibilità di avere stanza nel piano interrato. Secondo me dovrebbe essere detto, qualcuno potrebbe avere problemi di claustrofobia.

Struttura e location meravigliose in un posto fantastico. Un ringraziamento particolare e doveroso a Lella per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità ineccepibili. Consigliatissimo!

Lella è un'host molto disponibile e attenta alle esigente dei clienti: essere suoi ospiti è come sentirsi a casa propria, questa struttura è un vero B&B. Struttura nuova e accogliente e arredata con gusto e calore, la consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per due notti con altre due coppie, la signora Lella é molto gentile e disponibile, il giorno prima del nostro arrivo, l ho contattata perché non essendo del posto e non sapendo come muoverci volevamo prenotare per tempo il locale per la cena e gentilmente mi ha consigliato alcuni locali dove mangiare bene senza spendere cifre esagerate, il B&B si trova vicinissimo al centro, quindi si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi in 5minuti, a circa 200 metri si trova un eurospin, quindi comodissimo se si necessita di fare un po' di spesa, noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere aventi bagno comune, la struttura è pulita, le camere sono carine e accoglienti, la colazione molto varia, il prezzo abbordabile per tutte le tasche! Dovendo tornare a Villasimius lo riprenoterei senza esitazione. Consiglio.

B&B molto curato pulito non proprio al centro ma vicino a supermarket e circa 10 minuti di camminata dalla zona solo a traffico pedonale. La padrona di casa gentilissima e cordiale proprio una bella persona sicuramente ci torneremo.

La struttura è accogliente e confortevole. Pulitissimo e nuova costruzione. Accoglienza di "Lella" unica e familiare. Ti senti in vacanza e a casa tua. Consigliatissimo.

Really loved my stay here. Close enough to beach and right outside of the downtown area. Maria does not speak English, but is willing to talk with the help of Google translate. Quiet and nice stay for me. Much better then a lot of the hotel options.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti del B&B la scorsa settimana e già iniziamo a sentirne la mancanza. Lella ci ha fatto sentire a casa, sempre gentile e disponibile e prepara dei dolci davvero squisiti. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite e arredate con gusto. La posizione del B&B è ottimale, a pochi passi dal centro del paese per una passeggiata tra i negozi o un giretto tra i locali e vicino a tutte le splendide spiagge della zona rimane comunque in una zona molto tranquilla, silenziosa e riservata. Una splendida esperienza e un bellissimo ricordo.

Ottima struttura, fuori dal centro ma comunque comodo da raggiungere. La stanza grande e pulita, la proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia. Lo consiglio.

Davvero un bel soggiorno (prima settimana di Luglio 2017). Siamo stati molto bene, con un clima famigliare molto piacevole. Ottima base per escursioni giornaliere su spiagge diverse. La posizione richiede l'auto per gli spostamenti al mare, ma inevitabili per avere la possibilità di visitare posti incantevoli.

B&B molto bello, camere ampie, ben arredato, bagno pulito come la stanza, visto il periodo eravamo soli, e ci hanno comunque fatto un prezzo di favore, gesto che abbiamo apprezzato. In questo periodo non è prevista la colazione. La posizione è molto comoda, molto vicino al centro, facile da raggiungere a piedi. Esperienza molto positiva.
