Although located in the historic center, the accommodation is in a quiet area of the city. The recently renovated interiors have maintained a historical aspect of the structure. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time.

It's a welcoming place, well furnished and centrally located. Excellent.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient for traveling to the station and easy access to the historic center of Barletta and the Swabian Castle. Additionally, the sea was less than a 10-minute walk away. There were many bars and restaurants nearby. The property was equipped with all the essentials, such as a kitchen, pots, utensils, plates, etc. The manager was very kind; he provided water and some breakfast items like milk, coffee, tea, sugar, brioches, and toast with Nutella and jam, even though breakfast was not included. The property offered great value for the price. It also had a hairdryer. On the first day, the trash had already been taken out, so the environment was always clean. If we were to return to Barletta, we wouldn't need to look for other accommodation.

Splendid structure, it's already the second year that we use it and we will definitely return in the future.

I was favorably impressed by three main factors: the space available that offers everything. From the spacious and comfortable bed (French style, practically double) to the sofa in front in a sector of the room. Bathroom and shower of good size and "tiled" in Roman stone. Absolute cleanliness that provides a sense of attention to the guest. And the fact that there is a kitchen corner that is actually a whole kitchen with everything for breakfast, from coffee to condiments. It means attention to the smallest details. It is a stone's throw from the Statue of Heraclius and the parking lot of the Town Hall square and a few hundred meters from where the other great hero from Barletta, Pietro Paolo Mennea, was born. I believe that Casa Lopez has long embarked on the present and future path of the concept of tourist accommodation. I usually only gave a 10 to Gianni Rivera. Today I make, gladly, an exception. Standing ovation, as the good RAI commentator Bruno Pizzul would say.

Fully satisfied, B&B Casa Lopez is really beautiful and impeccably clean. The owner is polite and helpful.

Beautiful structure, very well-finished and cared for. The location is very convenient and strategic. A stone's throw from the center, the sea, and the station. Then there are many bars nearby for those who love nightlife. \nThe rooms were very clean upon our arrival, and during the week we were given the opportunity for an additional cleaning of the apartment. The breakfast was sufficient. Perhaps it needs improvement. \nThe owner is friendly and very kind, always available and prepared to provide you with what you need. \nAir conditioning, washing machine, spacious rooms, and even the wardrobes are. The only flaw was the wifi that had very poor reception, but that is definitely a problem with the telephone company. \nI will definitely return and highly recommend it if you are traveling to Barletta.

The owner is very kind, friendly, and helpful, they respond immediately and are very polite. I will come back again!

Excellent structure, with all the comforts and a stone's throw from the center. Brand new and tastefully renovated studio respecting the typical local architecture. Salvatore, the owner, has been helpful and hospitable since the moment of booking, responding promptly to messages and finding the ideal solution for our needs, until the check-out. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Salvatore was very kind and the place is especially cool, welcoming, and central in summer both for restaurants and the beach.

Excellent structure in the full historic center, convenient to services and a hundred meters from the sea. The manager Salvatore reserved for us an apartment with every comfort, double TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fresh linen, while washing machine and iron were available in the laundry rooms shared with other guests. The kindness and cordiality of Salvatore have earned points for this structure which is already practically perfect.

Bed & Breakfast without breakfast. The facility does not prepare breakfast due to Covid! Otherwise, everything is ok. Impeccable cleanliness, close to the beach but there is no parking, you have to park in paid parking lots.

Bellissimo posto molto accogliente tranquillo pulito a portata di mano di ogni servizio nel centro città.

Bellissima struttura in pieno centro. Gestore gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ospitalità e cordialità.

Pulizia impeccabile e posizione centrale, anche se non ci sono parcheggi sotto la struttura, è comunque possibile parcheggiare non molto lontano. Non era prevista la colazione nella sala comune a causa del Covid, ma essendo un monolocale, dotato di cucina privata, la colazione avrebbero potuta inserirla ugualmente singolarmente in ogni alloggio (nel mio caso ero disposta anche a pagare un supplemento per averla). Per il resto tutto perfetto: struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, ricavata in un palazzo d’epoca; spazi giusti e ben proporzionati.

Struttura ottima, l’unica mancanza è il congelatore. Pulizia ottima, solo il primo giorno ho trovato un insettino sul letto, ma sarà stata sfortuna. Non è vicinissima al mare, che non è bellissimo. Ma a Bisceglie è molto meglio. Il parcheggio non è vicino e non si trova sempre il posto gratuito. Il paesino di sera è molto popolato per la presenza di svariati pub, ristoranti, gelaterie ecc. anche molto buoni. Il gestore è molto disponibile e cordiale. Io ho pagato con il bonus vacanza, quindi sono andato bene. Ma 40€ a notte a persona in un monolocale, non so se sarebbe stato un buon prezzo.

Gestori gentili, disponibili e competenti. Belle stanze, ben arredate e nuove con tipici caratteri della zona. Si può ottimizzare il parcheggio non facile con un garage di altri gestori vicinissimo ad un prezzo contenuto.

Ristrutturata recentemente, ben arredata, pulita e attrezzata di tutti i confort per passare un piacevole soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì tre giorni e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Tutto arredato molto bene, accogliente. Posizione molto buona per chi vuol andare al mare.

It was a beautiful building, so well restored and beautifully kept.

Soluzione ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Pulito. Silenzioso. Centralissimo. Gestore estremamente premuroso. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e sicuramente torneremo.

Bellissimo appartamento, in palazzina antica, proprio al cento di Barletta, a 2 passi dal Gigante Eraclito. Sono rimasto solo una notte per un viaggio di lavoro e mi sono trovato benissimo, i gestori del B&B mi hanno aspettato fino alle 22:30, nonostante fosse fuori tempo massimo. Davvero molto gentili. Ottima la colazione, con cornetti artigianali (originali) ricchissimi di marmellata non i soliti surgelati. sono certo che la mia scelta cadrà ancora una volta su questobnb, quando ritornerò a Barletta!
