Beautiful property in the center of Villasimius, a short walk from the sea. Equipped with bed and breakfast rooms and apartments. Very clean and well furnished, good breakfast. The owners are two exquisite people, always kind and helpful. We have been going for years and will continue. Thank you!

Small but cozy structure, clean and helpful manager. Good breakfast even though it has to be done in the room because there is no dedicated dining room.

Very good 2-night stay at Affittacamere Da Angela with Angela who is very kind and helpful; her place is comfortable, very clean, with spacious rooms, good bedding, and a nice breakfast. A nice touch was the loan of an umbrella, very much appreciated in August! Good recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

The owner Angela is simply a great woman and has everything under control. She is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Only downside - the beds are a bit short, it could be a bit difficult for tall people. The location is almost in the center, but about 2 km from the beach. However, you can rent bicycles or scooters, then you can visit all the beaches, even the ones that are difficult to reach by car. We had a great holiday in Villasimius! We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We were very pleased with the property, it is close to the center and well maintained. Excellent reception from Mrs. Angela, a very helpful and kind woman with the guests. Breakfast with packaged products unfortunately, although every day the fridge was full of juices, yogurt, fruit, and water. We would have preferred obviously fresh local products like typical Sardinian sweets! We had a great time and we recommend it. Room prices are a bit high!

Short stay of two nights, the owner Angela was very welcoming and provided information. I'm sorry to have stayed for so few days... leaving with the desire to come back!

My friend and I stayed at Angela's place for a week in August and I can assure you that it surprised us day by day. Let's start with Angela who was very kind and satisfied any request we had, she even came to pick us up and take us back to the bus station. Then, the cleanliness is fantastic, not to mention the breakfast. Every day in the room we had packaged brioches, cookies, cereals, pastries and in the fridge in the room there was always water, various juices, various yogurts, fruits, in short, a top service that we did not expect, so a splendid surprise. Also, outside the room, we had the possibility to wash our swimsuits in an organized corner with detergents and clotheslines. We even took advantage of the umbrellas provided by Angela. Usually we have to buy them and then always leave them there since we travel by plane. Last thing, the location... In a 5-minute walk you are on the main street (via Umberto, I think), where in the evening you can take a walk and find bars, restaurants, etc. In short, we were amazed and satisfied. If I have to find the only negative thing, I could say the coffee machine outside the room... We used to wake up around 9:30, so we heard the noise every time a customer selected their drink... For the rest, fantastic experience and wonderful Angela.

Excellent guest house just a short walk from the center but very quiet (outside the evening ZTL), large bathroom with shower and hairdryer available, air conditioning and fridge filled daily with fruits, juices, yogurt and water. Linen changed daily and sheets every 3 days. Mrs. Angela is very kind and welcoming. Parking available right outside or a short walk from the property (free). The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away (Simius beach). Also available for guests for free are beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommended!

Finally a new structure with a host attentive to offering a good service and not just cashing in from an overnight stay, as many seasonal accommodation facilities do nowadays. A must review, elements that are no longer a given to find, as frequent travelers know: Firstly, attention to the cleanliness of the room every morning and the presence of a mattress protector that already shows a particular attention to hygiene. Finally, even a shower with abundant water flow and drainage that doesn't cause problems. Extremely kind host and central location only increase the likelihood of return and booking for the next vacation.

Angela is an attentive and friendly host. The property is in a great location compared to the center and with easy parking. Good idea of the self-service breakfast to be done in the room. Spacious and welcoming room.

Mrs. Angela was truly fantastic, even though it is a guest house she did more than she had to, she never let us miss anything. We were truly happy to stay there.

We had a great time at Affittacamere Da Angela, we recommend this place to everyone. The lady provided us with a private parking space, closed by a gate, for our motorbike. Nothing was missing, there was everything we could need, even two bottles of cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival.

Angela is a great host! She gives you lots of advice for Villasimius and around. She will lend you even beach umbrellas and chairs. The house is located very close to the main street which in the evening becomes the main spot to go in Villasimius full of shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend it if you are thinking to go to Villasimius.

We recently stayed and we were quite pleased, clean and well-kept location, sufficient breakfast, Mrs. Angela very kind and helpful. The only flaw is the bed not very comfortable.

Cosa dire se non grazie Angela. Struttura nuova, pulitissima, precisa e curata. La camera molto spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera impeccabile! Televisore comodini, ampio armadio tavolino (per consumare la colazione) e cosa utilissima frigorifero con ghiacci per la borsa frigo, e se non hai la borsa frigo, nessun problema c'è Angela che te la presta. Angela fornisce anche ombrelloni, spiaggine e picchetti per il vento (precisiamo tutto gratuitamente). In camera sono numerose sia le prese per la corrente, per me cosa positiva, sia i punti di appoggio. L'aria condizionata è silenziosissima. Inoltre sono a disposizione di tutti due grandi lavandini esterni con detersivo e stendini per stendere tutto il necessario al rientro dal mare. È un affitta camere quindi la colazione non è dovuta ma c'è con merendine confezionate, biscotti cereali yogurt e frutta fresca oltre a succhi e bevande calde, pur andando benissimo così io consiglierei solamente l'aggiunta di fette biscottate e marmellata, ma giusto per voler essere pignoli. La consiglio a chiunque, la dolcezza e cortesia di Angela valgono una visita in questa struttura. Angela grazie per il soggiorno lo hai reso perfetto.

Struttura molto centrale e accogliente. Host disponibile a dare consigli sulla cittadina. Colazione forse da migliorare con più prodotti da forno freschi. Disponibile zona esterna per stendere in cui magari prevedere piccola tettoia per prevenire spiacevoli dispetti dagli uccelli.

Siamo stati benissimo e la signora Angela è stata di una gentilezza unica. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

La struttura è molto carina, in zona vicinissima al centro di Villasimius e con facilità di parcheggio. Nelle camere sono presenti tutti i confort (climatizzatore, frigorifero con congelatore e ghiaccioli a disposizione dei clienti, bagno ben curato, piccolo cortile con vasca per lavare costumi e asciugamani, stendini, nonché toilet con doccia al di fuori della camera per chi dopo il check-out volesse, al rientro dal mare, fare la doccia). Sinceramente non si merita il nome di "affittacamere" in quanto per l'insieme dei servizi che offre io la riterrei un vero e proprio hotel. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per i servizi e soprattutto per la gentilezza e disponibilità della Signora Angela, veramente carinissima e pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Amiamo Villasimius e sicuramente ora che abbiamo scoperto questa struttura torneremo ad alloggiarci in quanto il rapporto qualità/cortesia/prezzo è ottimale.

Tutto super, la proprietaria pensa proprio a tutto. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort (persino i ghiaccioli per le borse frigo nel congelatore). La struttura si trova al centro di Villasimius e facilità di parcheggio vicinissimo alla struttura. Lo consiglio vivamente certa che non deluderò le aspettative di nessuno.

Durante il soggiorno io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo, struttura semplice ma ben tenuta e pulita, estrema cordialità della Signora Angela. Comodità per il parcheggio auto e vicinanza al centro di Villasimius. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo posto situato nel cuore di Villasimius. Facile da raggiungere, fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato e dotato di parcheggi privati per gli ospiti. Seguendo i preziosi consigli della simpaticissima e gentile signora Angela, abbiamo visto le spiagge più belle e mangiato nei ristoranti più buoni. Tutta la struttura molto pulita, a disposizione degli ospiti ombrelloni e lettini gratis, colazione semplice ma abbondante. Super ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, grazie anche alla cortesia e alla disponibilità dei proprietari! Sicuramente ci torneremo, consigliatissimo! Nicole, Elena e Sara da Venezia.

Ci siamo trovati proprio bene. La struttura è semplice e funzionale, e per le esigenze che avevamo noi (senza auto) è stata un'ottima soluzione, sia per la posizione centrale (ma tranquilla) che ci ha permesso di muoverci verso le diverse (bellissime) spiagge di Villasimius, sia per alcuni servizi offerti che per noi sono stati molto preziosi (uso biciclette, ombrellone). Grande cortesia e disponibilità della signora Angela. Anche la colazione, che come ben specificato era "confezionata", era abbondante e comunque soddisfacente. Grazie!

L'endroit est idéal pour un séjour à Villasimius. Les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable, spacieuses et très bien aménagées. Angela est une maîtresse de maison merveilleuse, très disponible, qui sait aider, discuter et créer du lien avec ses hôtes. Le jour de notre arrivée, elle a eu la gentillesse de nous amener à la plage en voiture (car nous n'étions pas motorisées et étions les dernières locataires de la journée). Ensuite, nous avons loué des vélos à une adresse recommandée. Ils étaient parfaits. Elle a même procédé à une réservation pour notre compte dans un excellent restaurant situé en retrait du centre. En bref, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite ville et nous recommandons chaleureusement les chambres d'Angela.

Veramente ottimo tutto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della gestore che della struttura che dei servizi che offrono. Correttamente hanno avvisato prima che la colazione era servita tramite distributore automatico per le bevande e le brioches, quelle commerciali imbustate. però potevi usufruire tutto il giorno gratuitamente della distributore, a tuo piacimento.

Camera molto pulita e spaziosa, signora Angela molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima posizione in centro al paese un pochino lontana dalla bellissima spiaggia simus ma ottimo servizio navetta e possibilità di usare gratuitamente le bici. Ve lo consiglio.
