An old grandmother's house turned into a charming B&B. Kind and helpful owners. Room a bit small but cozy. Positive experience.

The structure is located in a small village near the historic center, which is no more than 100 meters away, and a few kilometers from Jesi. Despite this, there are numerous convenient parking spaces just a few meters away. The building is probably from the early 20th century with wooden load-bearing floors. The room is of decent size with furniture that seems familiar. The bathroom is comfortable, spacious, and new. Breakfast is self-service, but at a minimum with a coffee pod machine with pre-packaged cookies and croissants. Suitable structure as a base for those who leave in the morning and return in the evening. The price is fair compared to what is offered. During my stay on Sunday morning, the power went out, but the manager arrived within 10 minutes.

Only one flaw the noises coming from the street.

The structure is located in the center of a small village, about 10 minutes by road from Jesi and about 20 minutes from the sea, so a strategic location for those with means. In my case, I stayed in a double room, not very large and not very bright but with a phenomenal ceiling fan, very useful on the hottest summer days. Equipped with wifi, the room was carefully cleaned every day by the owners. We had access to a private bathroom, passing through a common corridor with access to other rooms as well. In our case, it was not a problem. The bathroom is spacious and towels and a hairdryer are provided. In front of the room, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (stove, sink, fridge, coffee machine, and everything needed for eating and cleaning). Always available is a wide range of products, often organic, with something of their own production (muffins, tarts, cakes, cookies), but also juices, jams, coffee, tea, herbal teas, croissants, milk.. I must say that breakfast is truly a strong point. The owners are kind and very discreet, for most of the stay we felt at home, us, and even our 4-legged puppy. A very positive note, in this room it was possible to keep a dog, which was really convenient for us. If we needed to, we would definitely return.

We had a great time, everything as we expected, the owners were very hospitable.

Welcome, cleanliness, tranquility. For those who spend a lot of time outside for work, a place to continue feeling a bit at home.

We are a family of four who for three consecutive years has decided to spend a few days in the Marche region, always staying at this B&B. The welcome has always been courteous and smiling. The structure is clean and renovated in an impeccable rustic style. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a pasta dish on the fly. The rooms are clean, with antique wooden ceilings. Breakfast has always been plentiful and the owner has never failed to provide something delicious for our girls. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to spend a few days in a quiet, peaceful place, with total privacy and in a strategic position (it is 3 km from the highway).

Bad impression upon arrival, total lack of the owner's presence and of those who were supposed to provide hospitality, breakfasts not as advertised, rooms arranged and not very healthy, strong degradation in the ceiling and no privacy in the rooms. The worst memory of the stay in Marche.
