Recommended for those who want to rest. Clean structure and welcoming staff.

We highly recommend staying at Villa Mayoti. The room has everything that may be needed during the stay, and it offers a lake view from the balcony. Pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the Villa, and very nice and helpful hosts. The location about 7 minutes by foot from the lake is also a big advantage of this place.

We enjoyed our stay because despite being close to the center, it is surrounded by nature. Mrs. Michela is really kind and helpful, so we feel like recommending it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.

Everything perfect except for the uncomfortable spring mattress (a topper would make the difference).

Thank you for the very pleasant and beautiful stay at Villa Mayoti. The rooms are extremely clean and quiet, everything is as described. Small suggestion for improvement: possibly offer for a fee breakfast with cold cuts / cheeses or eggs - we would have paid for it! Otherwise: highly recommended.

Stay at Villa Mayoti was perfect! Quiet location a stone's throw from Lake Manerba and close to Desenzano del Garda. Positioned near a nature reserve where you can go hiking and walking. We slept in one of the lake view rooms, clean, modern, with everything you need for a comfortable stay with comfortable bed and pillows. Kindness and availability from the owner, good and abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I stayed for two days with my girlfriend at Villa Mayoti and we had a fantastic weekend. The property is easily accessible by car and has a private parking inside. The room is beautiful, with a private balcony offering a fantastic view of Lake Garda, air conditioning, mini fridge, and TV. I particularly want to highlight the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property and in our room. Covid protocols followed and respected. The host was kind and very helpful with us. Many thanks from us to Michela and her staff.

Fantastic location with a breathtaking lake view, a large garden divided into two where even the owners with animals will find peace. Excellent cleaning, excellent parking inside the residence and a varied breakfast to please everyone. The landlady of the house is very prepared and ready to answer all your questions. I recommend it with all my heart.

Simply perfect. We spent 3 nights at Villa Mayoti. Very nice welcome! The room is clean and comfortable, with a terrace and a view over the olive fields and part of the lake. Perfect for parking and a very good breakfast. Personally, I loved the location of the Villa for its natural side. The beach of Pisenze is not far and neither is the village of Manerba. Everything perfect. We stayed in a double room with balcony for 5 nights and we had a great time. Everything perfectly clean, an essential strength especially in this period, very helpful manager, excellent Italian breakfast. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Villa Mayoti for only one night but we had a great time. Clean room equipped with everything necessary, with a beautiful view of the lake. Michela was immediately available to give us suggestions on places to visit and where to spend the evening. I also appreciated the handling of the check-in and breakfast, both following the required safety standards during this period.

Very beautiful structure, located in a wonderfully quiet place and at the same time close to everything. A few steps from it, in fact, you can reach the beach and the shore restaurants. Also there, there is the port of Dusano, from which you can reach various interesting stops by ferry, such as Sirmione, Salò, Desenzano del Garda at affordable prices. By car, a few km away you can reach the Pisenze beach, the Baia Bianca beach both spectacular, as well as the Rocca di Manerba which offers an unmissable view. In short, the structure is very comfortable both for those looking for a place to relax, and for those who want to discover new destinations and have fun. Finally, the owner is very nice and available to provide information about the place. My husband and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Very nice B&B. Spacious rooms, good cleanliness. For breakfast, I would recommend a few more variations. The property is located near the nature reserve, which I highly recommend going to see. A path to be done only on foot, a walk of maximum 15 minutes, a slightly winding path to be done with suitable shoes. From the property, you can visit many beautiful places around Lake Garda.

Molto buono, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, gentilezza e cortesia.

Buona posizione per poter visitare varie zone del lago (Sirmione dista circa 18 km), struttura accogliente, ampio parcheggio e belli gli appartamenti con vista lago. Renzo e Loreta.

Struttura consigliata per la tranquillità e la posizione. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita quotidianamente. Michela sempre a disposizione al piano di sotto. 10 min a piedi dal centro di Montinelle e 10 min a piedi dal porto di Manerba-Dusano. Comodo il prcheggio interno alla struttura. Ottima qualità-prezzo.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura. La cosa che ci ha più impressionato è stata la pulizia della camera e, anche se semplici, la cura dei particolari. Presenti a chi interessa wifi, aria condizionata e TV; a noi queste cose, interessano relativamente. In rapporto qualità/prezzo va benissimo anche la colazione; abbiamo fatto grosso modo la stessa colazione che facciamo a casa, quindi andava bene. Struttura immersa in un'oasi verde, in posizione tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. Gentilissima la proprietaria. Un posto da ritornarci.

Tranquillità assoluta, quella che cercavo per 5 giorni di relax. Parcheggio interno. Proprietari simpatici e affabili, pronti ad ogni domanda con un sorriso. Abbastanza vicino al lago. Camera pulita, tutto perfetto!

Ottima struttura stanze molto ampie e dotate di balcone, buona colazione e parcheggio interno molto ampio, posizione ottima molto vicino al lago. Personale molto accogliente e cortese.

Quel panorama sur le lac de Garde! Étonnant de pouvoir bénéficier d'une telle vue pour ce prix. Tout est parfait ou presque; juste un petit manque de matériel de rangement. Une tablette sous le miroir de la s. d. b. ainsi qu'une vraie penderie auraient fait plaisir. Pour le reste, absolument rien à dire: la maison est jolie, propreté sans le moindre reproche, les gens sont agréables, que dire de plus si ce n'est un tout grand merci.

Frühstück sehr einfach mit Brötchen, Marmelade, Croissant, Käse einfach aber ausreichend, (wer möchte kann Wurst selbst mitbringen, im Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank). Sehr familiär und nett.

Tutto ok se torno al lago di Garda ritorno sicuramente la signora è molto, molto gentile.

Es gab nichts, aber auch gar nichts, was zu bemägeln gewesen wäre. Vermieter sehr freundlich und auch sehr aufgeschlossen sowie äusserst herzlich. Würden wir jedenfalls auch unseren besten Freunden empfehlen! Danke Frederica und Eugenio für die zwar kurze aber nette Begegnung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles neu und in sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Gastgeber sind nett und ständig bemüht alles in einem sauberen Zustand zu halten. Herrliche Aussicht zum See. Reichlich Parkplätze im sicheren Grunstück vorhanden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss ist absolut Spitze. Kommen gerne wieder.

Immerso nella verde e rigogliosa plaga prospiciente Porto Dusano, con la Rocca di Manerba quasi a far da guardia, il B&B Villa Mayoti colpisce subito per una particolarità non da poco..quella di essere completamente , nel silenzio della natura, data la sua posizione, nel silenzio che la casa, frutto anche della cortese e gentilissima riservatezza dei proprietari. Tutto questo e altro ancora (la funzionalità delle sue camere, ben pulite, ordinate e gradevoli, la colazione semplice ma gustosa ed abbondante, la pronta disponibilità della Famiglia Poli a venire incontro alle varie esigenze degli ospiti...) fa di questo piccolo B&B un luogo ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in questa porzione del Lago di Garda dove storia, tradizioni, fede e cultura si intrecciano in un unicum di grandissimo valore. Sicuramente se ci sarà dato di tornare sul Garda ovviamente ri-alloggeremo al B&B Villa Mayoti, una struttura a condizione familiare che consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono soggiornare in queste splendide terre!

Super gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten zum See. Herrliche Aussicht, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft. Es gab nur süßes Frühstück, aber wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt, ob wir herzhafte Sachen bekommen können. War uns nicht sooo wichtig.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Mayoti. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gibt keine Beanstandung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, obwohl man schnell im Zentrum ist (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Das das gesamte Haus, inklusive des Parkplatz, im geschlossenen Gelände ist gibt einem ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Wenn wir wieder kommen werden wir auf alle Fälle länger bleiben, da wir uns sehr gut erholt haben. Vielen Dank.

Abbiamo pernottato per una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera spaziosa pulita e accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ci torneremo.

Posizione comoda e soprattutto tranquilla e rilassante, immersa nel verde e con un panorama da favola. Colazione abbondante. Gestori molto disponibili riservati e gentili. Da tenere in considerazione per una prossima vacanza. Qualità/prezzo ottimi.

Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Es wurde Täglich gereinigt, es gab Täglich frische Handtücher und auch das Bett würde Täglich frisch gemacht. Kühlschrank, Fernseher und Klimaanlage waren auf dem neuesten Stand (Leider gab es nur Italienisches TV, Dafür aber 150 Sender: -)). Das Badezimmer war Sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, WC, Bidet, Dusche, Großes Waschbecken, Handtuchheizkörper und sogar ein Handtuchtrockner für das Balkongitter war vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem und die Restliche Einrichtung passte gut zu einander. Sogar W-lan war kostenfrei vorhanden. Hätte das Zimmer noch nen Telefon gehabt, hätte es Problemlos den 3 Sterne Standard in Deutschland entsprochen. Man sieht dem B&B an das es recht neu ist und sehr gut gepflegt wird! Das Süße Frühstück war super, Leckere Marmelade Nutella, Honig, Butter und nen Kaffe Automat der alles Mögliche an guten Kaffe Spezialitäten anbot. Die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hauses ist wirklich Hervorzuheben! Die Freundlichkeit mit der wir empfangen wurden ebenfalls! Auch wenn es etwas außerhalb liegt hatten wir trotzdem nur 5 min Fußweg zu einem kleinen aber feinen Strand unten am Kleinen Hafen. Gute bezahlbare und leckere Restaurants sind auch innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Haus wirklich gerne weiter, den auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war wirklich gut.

Das Haus und die Betreiber sind top. Ich komme seid 29 Jahren nach Manerba und bin begeistert von dem, was die Villa Mayoti fürs Geld bietet. Zwar etwas ausserhalb. aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Als es nachts geregnet hat, hat der Chef des Hauses sogar unsere Motorroller ins Trockene gestellt bzw. mein abgeschlossenes Motorrad mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Toller Service!

Villa ristrutturata, poco fuori dal centro di Montinelle, Buona posizione per la spiaggia, il centro facilmente raggiungibile in due minuti, Comodo e pulito. Buona colazione. Gestori riservati e molto gentili. Ottimo per visitare il garda, ad un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Consigliato, ci tornerò.
