The manager requested the payment for the overnight stay again even though it had been paid 4 days in advance, also applying a doubled tourist tax (€ 3.00) even though by SMS I had been confirmed the correctness of the one added to the transfer (€ 1.50); by pure chance the payment was not repeated: the manager justified the misunderstanding to the lack of information and instructions from the owner, which I consider inadmissible. Poor and low-quality breakfast. Bad choice of B&B La Malvasia, the presentation does not reflect the actual service received, I was very disappointed. "Just informed, didn't ask anything...": in short, what professionalism is this? If my daughter hadn't called me (by pure chance) she would have paid a second time, and, I repeat, even with the increased tourist tax (but why?); then, of course, I didn't see the breakfast, but I was told how different it was from the photos on the website. I'm sorry that you call these complaints nonsense, I would have preferred sincere apologies, since the mistake is not attributable to us. It would have made a better impression, on us and on your future guests.

Rispetto gli scritti di tutti ma non le scemenze, lei non ha nemmeno visto la colazione perché a prenotato per sua figlia, quindi non scriva cose che non sa.
Sul pagamento è vero che le è stato chiesto per errore in quanto non avevamo scritto sugli appunti che aveva fatto il bonifico e la persona che ci sostituiva non lo sapeva, ma come vede poi appena messo al corrente non ha chiesto nulla.
Chiaramente ci spiace per questa piccola incomprensione ma questo non può determinare giudizi negativi su ogni tipo di servizio, questa si chiama arroganza da ignoranza... (nel senso che ignora) quello che è invece stato proposto.
