Stefy and her husband are very kind and helpful people. The B&B La Malvasia is close to both the city center and the train station. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and in a central location. There are no large groups staying in the B&B, so it’s calm and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend this place also for longer stays.

I loved it! The owners are very friendly and warm, very good reception. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The breakfast was abundant and served by the owners themselves. I would come back in the future.

I stayed several days in this beautiful and very comfortable b&b, I must say that I felt very comfortable as if I were at home. The owners do everything to welcome you in the best possible way and they accommodated my every need. It is located a few hundred meters from the station and about 700 meters from the center, very close to the Castello del Buonconsiglio; nearby there are both bars, a pizzeria, a bank, and above all the Despar. Breakfast varied both sweet and savory and the cakes were delicious and especially the homemade jams, in short, pampered in every way. Thank you so much for everything, I really felt like family!

I have stayed several times at this property and always felt at home. I really appreciated the excellent value for money, the kindness and availability of the owners, the breakfast with more choices, and the central location.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the train station and city center. The area is quiet and the rooms and bathroom are spacious. Good cleanliness, both for the rooms and the linen (this a bit 'lived in'). The sweet and savory breakfast is sufficient. Excellent reception and availability of the manager who suggested places to visit and eat.

Comfortable structure, centrally located, very kind manager.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend a few days on vacation. The hosts, Giulio and Stefy, are very nice. They assigned us the room on the top floor, with a splendid terrace and a spectacular view of the mountains. The bathroom is external but private, so it was only for us, ensuring maximum freedom even though the room was attached to their apartment. Breakfast with pastries, fruit juices, and, upon request, also cold cuts and eggs. They welcomed us and treated us as if we were at our own home, and that's why I gave the highest rating to everything. Congratulations and thank you for making us feel good during these relaxing days.

Located in a convenient area, close to the main attractions. The manager is very kind and makes you feel at home.

Everything was super clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The view from the balcony is stunning. The check-in was very easy. The location is great, you can reach everything on foot, for example, the historic center, the train station, shops, and restaurants. The owners are very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable and would always choose this accommodation when I come to Trento.

A highly recommended accommodation in every way.

Structure a short walk from the center of Trento in what seems like an ordinary condo. Once you pass the door, however, you enter a B&B La Malvasia that is excellently structured and with a friendly manager. I will return if I ever have to come back to Trento.

Very nice innkeeper, the breakfast is rather unusual for Germans.

The B&B La Malvasia located in a building almost in the center of Trento. The center can be easily reached by walking, also close to the train station. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and room. Good breakfast. Rating 10 to Riccardo, very caring and helpful. They also have a small box where you can store a bicycle.

Good welcome and very nice to have been able to park our motorcycle in a closed parking lot.

Upon arrival, there was no one to open the door and we couldn't reach anyone for a while. Eventually, we managed to get in and received the access code. Too bad to start like this. Otherwise clean and beautiful in the center. The downside is that you have to park on the street for a fee. Cozy breakfast.

B&B La Malvasia delightful, with delightful people. It's like being at home, the environment is simple but very familiar.

Good Bed & Breakfast a few minutes walk from the station and a 10-minute walk from the city center. Super friendly and helpful host. Lovingly designed and furnished accommodation. There is a garage for bikes where you can also charge eBikes. Somewhat limited in terms of space / room size. The family room with an additional bunk bed does not have a wardrobe.

I stayed for a week at this B&B and I had a great time. It's close to the historic center and the train station. The place is welcoming and extremely clean, and the breakfast is very good. It was a real pleasure to chat with the hostess during breakfast.

I'll start by mentioning the positive aspects: the availability and kindness of Sofia (the girl who assisted us). As for the rest, the apartment, which has been completely renovated, needs more attention (bathrooms without bidets and broken shutters, but above all the absence of air conditioners in the rooms replaced by noisy and inefficient fans). We suffered a lot from the heat due to the lack of air conditioners, and as for the bathrooms, the absence of a bidet.

The truth is that it exceeded all my expectations! And I must highlight something that is not up for debate, the acoustics of the rooms! Excellent! We loved the water pressure and the shower! The attention and consideration of Giulio was exceptional, thank you. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The room on the top floor has a wonderful terrace. The location is great for the city center (a few minutes on foot) but also for arriving by car.

Breakfast was not as good as in other Bed & Breakfasts where we had stayed before. The coffee was reheated if you do not come first thing in the morning, and the selection of food lacked variety and freshness. The door to our room was extremely thin, and you could literally hear everything. The hosting was great, and the room was clean. All in all, it's a great place to stay, especially considering the price.

B&B very close to the Castello di Trento, therefore in the center and with the main services within walking distance. During the summer, an old noisy fan is not enough. Mattresses and pillows could be improved. Good breakfast and excellent service.

Book with a light heart, the structure is welcoming, cute, complete with all the comforts and the breakfast chats with the owners will put you at ease and make you feel at home.

When a manager puts me in a bad mood, there is something wrong. I did not receive a response to the messages sent through the website, I could not have breakfast at the time communicated on the website and in the confirmation, I had to argue to have breakfast 15 minutes earlier. He did not see the need for a mask inside the property. The next morning he presented himself in a better way but I will not come back.

I stayed for three nights at this B&B La Malvasia for work and I had a great time. Quiet area close to the center and the station, clean room, friendly managers who make you feel at ease, and the breakfast was very abundant and good! I highly recommend it.

First of all, thanks to Stefy & Giulio for the excellent welcome, very nice location, impeccable cleanliness, good breakfast, the beauty of reaching the center in 10 minutes and a parking area nearby, highly recommended.

This structure is simple, yet cozy, the room beautiful and clean, the hosts very kind and helpful, a ten-minute walk from the historic center, a bit far from the bus and train stops (about twenty minutes on foot).

Excellent reference point in Trento, discreet and helpful, in the center but quiet. Friendly, cordial and helpful managers also for guests' particular needs. To try!

The place is very nice and in a good location: 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 from the center. We were welcomed by Stefania (friend of the owners who were on vacation) who was very kind and friendly, even with our baby. Good breakfast and clean structure. Only small flaws: the toilet seat creaked and the baby cot with sides was very worn, but nothing serious. Overall positive experience.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti presso la Stanza numero 1: spaziosa, arredata con cura e con gusto e con un comodo bagno dotato di un'ampia e moderna doccia. Piccola pecca di quest'ultimo, che comunque mi è mi è stata subito segnalata dal gestore quando mi ha mostrato la stanza, è l'assenza di bidet (credo solo in quella specifica stanza), in parte compensata dalla presenza di un ulteriore piccolo sifone connesso alla doccia principale. La pulizia è molto accurata. Ogni mattina viene allestito un piccolo ma fornito buffet nella saletta colazione e la signora Stefania, molto gentile e disponibile, prepara il caffè e serve un dolcetto direttamente al tavolo, dove vengono sempre preparate anche due porzioni delle loro gustose marmellate fatte in casa. Il B&B si trova al primo piano di un palazzo non recente ma dotato di un piccolo ascensore (vecchio stile ma ben funzionante) collocato in una buona posizione rispetto alla stazione e al centro. Sicuramente mi sento di consigliare questa struttura e ci tornerei.

Ho soggiornato nel B&B due notti con la mia ragazza. Giulio, il proprietario, sempre disponibile per informazioni e suggerimenti; ci è stato messo a disposizione uno spazio al chiuso per le nostre bici. Colazione molto buona. Pernottando almeno due notti si riceve gratuitamente la Guest Card Trentino, con la quale si usufruisce di diversi servizi gratuiti tra cui treni, bus e musei. Decisamente consigliato!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto! L'unica pecca la mancanza di dotazione di shampoo e bagnoschiuma nel bagno.

Perfetta tre camere tre coppie di amici. Come essere a casa propria in un bellissimo appartamento, da ritornarci.

Persone molto gentili, disponibili, alla mano. Mi sono sentita subito a casa e ho trovato tutto ciò che mi occorreva per un ottimo soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B in occasione dei mercatini di Natale: ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Qualche considerazione: ottima posizione per visitare la città, a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro e dai principali punti di interesse; camera pulita, spaziosa, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gestori simpatici e disponibili, e colazione con possibilità di dolce e di salato.

Abbiamo pernottato nella camera al 5/o e ultimo piano della palazzina, adiacente all’appartamento dei gestori. Stanza ampia dotata di bollitore per bevande calde, una bella libreria, un terrazzo panoramico e bagno privato. Colazione abbondante, ottime le marmellate fatte in casa di Stefania! Gestori carini e prodighi di consigli. Posizione ottima, circa 5 minuti a piedi la distanza dal centro.

Ottima scoperta il B&B Malvasia Siamo tornati da poco da Trento, ho scoperto per caso questo B&B. Ci è piaciuto molto, è vicino a tutto. Il castello del Buonconsiglio si raggiunge a piedi e per andare da altre parti ci sono i mezzi pubblici, a p.zza di Centa, dietro l'angolo, e da lì si raggiunge la stazione di p.zza Dante da dove si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro. Io ho problemi nel camminare quindi ho fatto così, magari altri andranno a piedi: -) Il signor Giulio è molto disponibile per ogni cosa. Il B&B molto silenzioso, ottima colazione, soprattutto le marmellate fatte in casa. Grazie di tutto.

We liked it very much at BnB Malvasia. The host is very kind and helpful. He could give us good advice on our bicycle tour of next day. By the way there's a garage to store the bicycles safely. Very nice breakfast with homemade jam.

Il B&B La Malvasia si trova a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Trento. Per chi arriva con i mezzi è quindi comodissimo. È comunque anche molto vicino al centro, quindi si trova in una posizione davvero ottimale. Io ho soggiornato in una stanza doppia pur essendo da sola. La stanza era molto carina e curata e pulitissima. La colazione alla mattina è sia dolce che salata. Io ho approfittato delle marmellate fatte in casa, buonissime. Il proprietario infine è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Camera accogliente, ben arredata. Bagno interno nuovo, con finestra. Colazione varia. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Non c'è possibilità di parcheggio, se non a pagamento. Posizione tranquilla. Gestori disponibili e simpatici. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione di Trento e ad un isolato dal centro storico; proprietari cordiali e disponibili; ottima colazione con marmellate fatte in casa, possibilità di scegliere dolce e salato.

Ambiente amichevole e accogliente, stanze ampie e luminose, ristrutturate da poco e pulitissime. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. La colazione è il fiore all'occhiello: alimenti freschissimi e biologici, torte e marmellate fatte in case, cibi differenziati per celiaci o allergici. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un B&B pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e intelligenza. Spazi godibilissimi e due proprietari squisiti. Come le loro marmellate fatte in casa. Sembra di stare a casa. Ambiente famigliare e un silenzio fantastico. Letti perfetti. Una meraviglia davvero.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole, con gestori disponibili su tutto. Il posto è arredato in modo moderno e colorato, senza essere pretenzioso come sono spesso gli alberghi. La posizione è davvero felice e spero di tornarci presto!

Stefy e Giulio proprietari della struttura sono stati molto gentili nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. In particolare, poiché siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte ci hanno fornito le chiavi per accedere alla struttura attraverso una cassaforte e un codice segreto. Gentili e disponibili anche per spiegarci i servizi collegati alla tassa di soggiorno del comune.

Personale molto disponibile, pulizia della camera accurata, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Perfetto!

Giulio e Stefi sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, è stato come essere a casa.

La posizione del B&B è comoda, vicino al centro e a 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Le camere sono molto pulite e ho trovato un'idea stupenda lasciare delle tisane e tè a disposizione di tutti nella saletta! I gestori sono molto gentili e cordiali e sempre pronti a dare consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B solo per una notte, nonostante ciò mi ritengo assai soddisfatto! La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro, ancor meno se ci si muove coi mezzi, e questo consente di vivere appieno una città bellissima come Trento. I gestori sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili: durante la colazione il proprietario si è pure fermato 5 minuti a conversare! Le camere sono impeccabili: biancheria e lenzuola pulite e nemmeno un filo di polvere in giro. Colazione molto abbondante, ottimi i panini, ma soprattutto eccelsa la marmellata di prugni che è stata offerta!

Ottima posizione della struttura, a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Quartiere silenzioso, stanze grandi e moderne con arredamento semplice. Giulio Stefy sono squisiti e sempre a disposizione del cliente.

La struttura è situata in un posto perfetto per la visita della città, solo un po' nascosto. Ristrutturata di recente, ben arredata, pulita.. unico neo l'ascensore. minuscolo, però c'è! I gestori sono gentilissimi, ospitali e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta: mi sono sentita a casa. Se mi dovesse ricapitare d tornare a Trento, so già dove andare.

La camera è molto pulita e confortevole. I gestori gentili ed interessati alle esigenze degli ospiti. La posizione è abbastanza vicina al centro città, forse con non moltissime possibilità di parcheggio, ma la passeggiata a piedi è comunque molto gradevole.

3 notti molto tranquille in una zona ben servita; il gestore, Giulio, è una persona molto accogliente e che ti mette subito a tuo agio; l'alloggio è davvero molto accogliente e finemente arredato, favoloso il bagno in camera. La colazione è più che abbondante! Nella tariffa inoltre è stata inclusa anche la CARD per usufruire di mezzi pubblici e musei in tutta la provincia di Trento, in maniera totalmente gratuita (o pagando una sciocchezza in qualche museo). L'unica difficoltà è trovare un posto auto che non sia a pagamento o a disco orario di mezzora! Sicuramente un B&B in cui ritornare quanto prima!

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e alle porte del centro storico per una rilassante passeggiata, un po' anonimo l'ingresso (difficoltoso da notare), Il parcheggio tutto intorno e a pagamento, NB e un problema di tutta Trento.

Soggiorno a Trento per un convegno. Mi sono trovata benissimo Giulio e Stefania sono due persone splendide, gentili e di una disponibilità ed accoglienza impagabile.

We had two very nice rooms with modern furniture. The bathrooms were completely renovated. The shower was superb. The innkeeper was very nice. Perhaps we'll come back next year.

Anche se dall'esterno non risulta molto invitante, l'interno, soprattutto la camera al 5° piano, è molto gradevole, soprattutto grazie alla terrazza. Il rapporto con i titolari è stato subito piacevolissimo, rivelando immediata sintonia I prodotti della colazione semplicemente eccezionali. Fosse stato possibile, ci saremmo fermati un altro paio di giorni.

Ambiente decisamente confortevole e ottima ricezione. La struttura è a due passi dal centro storico e i gestori sono due persone simpaticissime e molto disponibili. Mi piacerebbe davvero tornarci anche d'inverno!

Abbiamo scelto il Malvasia attirati dall'immagine dell'esterno che compare sul sito, un bellissimo paesaggio di montagna che lasciava pensare a un'ottima aria fresca da respirare insieme al panorama da ammirare. Appena giunti, ci rendiamo conto che l'aria era urbana e delle montagne non si vede traccia. Ci spiega il gestore che la foto è quella scattata dal suo appartamento al quinto piano, mentre il Bed and Breakfast è al primo piano e la visuale è la strada con palazzi di fronte alle finestre. La stanza si presenta pulita, ma con un soggiorno di 5 notti le pulizie vanno fatte regolarmente: ci è capitato invece di avere gli stessi asciugamani per tutto il tempo e trovare diverse tracce di sporco nel bagno. La camera è piccola e per riporre gli abiti ci sono alcuni attaccapanni appesi a un sostegno (nessun cassetto o armadio), una piccola finestra e meno male che non eravamo poco più alti di come siamo, perché il letto non ha le misure a nostro avviso standard. La colazione era scarsa: una sola brioche per chi chiedeva il dolce, un piatto con due fette di salame e due di formaggio per il salato. Il pane era poco e se finiva, il cesto non veniva riempito nuovamente. Ci parrebbe anche opportuno che una struttura garantisse qualche parcheggio ai propri ospiti, cosa che qui non avviene. Nel sito sono garantite biciclette per gli ospiti: una struttura che accoglie circa una decina di persone con solo due biciclette? Il primo che arriva le prende e gli altri non ne possono usufruire! Il mio fidanzato e io non siamo stati contenti del soggiorno e pensiamo di avere pagato troppo per questo trattamento. In fede Claudia Massari e Alessandro Mazza.

Molto cordiali e amichevoli, anche se solo una notte, mi sono trovato molto bene. La consiglio a chiunque andasse a Trento.

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ci pareva di conoscerli da sempre. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e questo non è scontato. Li ringraziamo per il bel soggiorno e per la disponibilità dimostrata, anche nel darci utili informazioni riguardo a come muoverci in città (per noi è stato davvero importante). Ricorderemo quei due giorni passati a Trento con gioia, anche grazie a loro due.

Il B&B è molto pulito ed accogliente; la camera era ampia ed aveva tutto a disposizione. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili, soprattutto in merito a richieste di informazioni (forniscono anche un'utilissima cartina del centro storico di Trento!). La colazione ottima ed abbondante. Inoltre il B&B è a due passi da centro e vicinissimo a parcheggi gratuiti. Ottimo soggiorno!

Sono stata al B&B La Malvasia una sola notte ad Agosto per una breve vacanza in Trentino Alto Adige. Lo consiglio per la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, la camera e il bagno molto carini, tutto nuovo e moderno. Ottima posizione perché vicinissima al centro storico.
