Structure in a very central location, convenient to everything. Cleanliness, courtesy, availability make the stay very pleasant. The parking space under the B&B is very convenient.

Everything ok, clean, helpful manager, sweet and savory breakfast! I just want to point out, for any elderly guests, that it is on the third floor without an elevator. Also, when you arrive, look for the street and house number (Gens Julia) and be aware that there is no place to stop for a moment with the car... city center!

Very clean and beautiful accommodation, very kind host and perfect central location in the old town. Highly recommended for a city trip.

The manager is a helpful, precise, and down-to-earth person. The room for three people (with a bathroom) was comfortable, spacious, and above all super clean. Simple but plentiful breakfast. I recommend also booking the garage (which has an extra cost, but more than fair) because there are no parking options.

Very pleasant accommodation in a top location! We rested well. The accommodation is a nice haven of peace from which you can explore the city very well. The owner is super nice, helpful, and gives valuable tips! Older travelers should know that there is some stair climbing to do: but we had no problem, especially since the owner always carried our luggage! Breakfast is partly shared with other travelers in the common room with kitchen, which may be a bit unusual or noisy - but it offers exchange! There is a daily room cleaning with towel change, etc., which was not necessary "for our level" and maybe even "a bit too much of a good thing"; -)) For environmental reasons, I recommend a more sparing use of resources, more consistent waste separation, slightly less individually packaged food, and would prefer more fresh products (croissants or similar). But still a top accommodation! It is also worth mentioning positively that you can make yourself a tea in the kitchen and use the kitchen equipment. Thank you very much for everything!

Structure located in a strategic area for tourists, a stone's throw from the center and a step away from the castle of San Giusto. Despite the 3 floors to walk up, obviously not feasible for those with motor difficulties, but not difficult for everyone else, nothing else negative to report. The structure is very nice and welcoming, the cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms is absolutely impeccable. The hosts are two nice guys, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast could be improved but still satisfies morning hunger. If I had to return to Trieste, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. Highly recommended!

Great and strategic for visiting 'all' the region, from Trieste to Udine, from Aquileia to Gorizia and, why not, Zagreb and Ljubljana.

Despite the lack of an elevator, it represents a smart and satisfying choice for those who want to be in the center. The availability of the garage is a great convenience. The room was clean and well-equipped. The manager is a very kind and caring person. We also appreciated the care in the choice of breakfast dishes.

We found a very clean room and bathroom, and the central location of the structure allowed us to move around the city center on foot very easily. We appreciated the option to have the garage for the car at a fair daily price. The manager and the mother were very kind, helpful, and ready to solve any request. The only thing to report, which was absolutely not a problem for us, is the location of the apartment on the third floor and the lack of an elevator.

Having to go for treatments at Casa di Cura Salus, I stayed in this very charming Bed and Breakfast located just a few meters from the healthcare facility. Very convenient to leave the car in the spacious garage on the ground floor and then be able to walk around without having to find parking nearby (difficult!).\nThe manager, Davide, was very caring, kind, and helpful in providing me with the information I needed. My room was very comfortable, bright, well-kept in detail, and spotless.\nThe abundant breakfast enjoyed on the sunny terrace and the coffee served at the table by the manager himself added an extra touch to the already very pleasant stay.\nHighly recommended!

The Bed and Breakfast Gens Julia is located just a short walk from the center of Trieste, easy and convenient to reach to immerse yourself in the evening nightlife or stroll in Piazza Grande. The possibility of parking is a great added value, given the scarcity of parking spaces. The owner contacts us the day before to offer his availability and it was a beautiful and valuable acquaintance. The B&B is warm and welcoming, the attention to detail in the furnishings make it charming with a touch of antiquity. The lady is generous with advice even on shopping and we women liked this. Right quality price ratio, I highly recommend it.

Room and bathroom very clean, quiet area, in the center, all areas of interest can be reached on foot in a few minutes, very close to the literary university departments, varied and plentiful breakfast, kind manager and able to meet any need. We will come back!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, ha fornito preziose informazioni su come muoversi in città e dove andare a gustare cucina tipica triestina e friulana. Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito. Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Il miglior Bed & Breakfast di Trieste sicuramente.

Il gestore molto gentile, stanza e bagno pulitissimi.

Very nice B&B, clean room and bathroom, nice host, good breakfast. The location is well located, the center and all important public transports are in walking distance. Our room was quiet with a great view over the roofs of Trieste. Very recommendable.

Struttura piacevolissima, posizione centrale davvero, pulita, colazione iper abbondante; Davide è stato gentilissimo e ci ha inoltre dato utili consigli. Non vi lasciate spaventare dai tre piani di scale e dal portone decadente. Io lo consiglio vivamente.

Mi sono trovata benissimo in questo B&B. Consigliatissimo per la centralissima posizione, pulizia e l'abbondanza (FIN TROPPA), della colazione. Il B&B è locato in uno stabile antico al centro della città, con i pregi e difetti di tutti li stabili in centro città. Comodissimo il parcheggio, che il proprietario.

Che dire, siamo stati benissimo. La struttura era pulitissima e l'ambiente caldo e accogliete. Il B&B è vicino al centro della città con l'unico neo di non avere le scale ed essendo al terzo piano un po' di fiatone viene, ma noi siamo abituati. Davide è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fornito informazioni sulla città e per la colazione non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Persino il tea deteinato per me che non si trova neanche nei migliori bar. La città è affascinante dovete visitarla tutti. Noi ce ne siamo innamorati.
