Excellent facility. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Kind and helpful manager. We stayed for 5 nights and every evening felt like coming home. Private little balcony. Noisy but the facility has double glazing so it's comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect at B&B Kemonia **: the apartment, impeccable, the private bathroom, the view of the mountains from the balcony, but above all the 3-star welcome from the owner, who gave me great tips on Palermo and advice for sightseeing and transportation.

The manager has always shown cordiality, kindness, understanding, availability. The conditions agreed upon initially over the phone before the booking confirmation have been respected. The environment is quiet, comfortable, practical. Everything very clean, precise, welcoming. I highly recommend this property for those who want to spend a holiday or something else in the wonderful Palermo, because B&B Kemonia is located a few steps from the Teatro Massimo.

Located just two steps from the Teatro Massimo and the Capo Market. Riccardo, the owner, is really a delightful person and very helpful to every request we had. The breakfast is good and plentiful.

Writing this review is more than a pleasure. I recently stayed at this property with my sister and besides being able to confirm the excellent value for money, I must add that the manager is welcoming, kind, helpful, attentive to every need. In fact, given the hot climate of the city and the season, we found a bottle of water available in our room every morning. Furthermore, due to its central location, you can enjoy a modest view and a pleasant tranquility.

Great attention to individual needs. Extremely clean and pleasant environments.

Une chambre vaste et une salle de bain privative, toutes deux d'une propreté exemplaire. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Riccardo est d'une très grande disponibilité et toujours de bon conseil. Proche de tout ce qùil y a à voir à Palerme. A recommander.

Ottima posizione logistica. A pochi passi da Piazza Politeama. Struttura ottima. Accoglienza ottima. Camere da letto e bagno puliti. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi nell'aiutarvi in tutto. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. La consiglio fortemente a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno nella meravigliosa città di Palermo.

La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro a piedi, il gestore è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono ordinate, accoglienti e viene fornito un bagno privato. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizionata in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, vicino al centro storico, appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, silenzioso e proprietario molto gentile.

Ho soggiornato 5 giorni in questa struttura nel cuore della palermo storica, araba/normanna, molto comoda a tutti i siti di interesse storico/culturale, gestita con passione e professionalità, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, massima disponibilità della gestione a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Kemonia dal 3 all'11 agosto. Il gestore, Riccardo, è stato gentilissimo, e disponibilissimo ad esaudire ogni richiesta ed esigenza. L'atmosfera è stata confortevole e familiare al massimo. I cornetti della colazione erano caldi di pasticceria, e marmellate e yogurt seguivano ogni mattina le nostre preferenze. La posizione del B&B è comodissima per raggiungere il centro storico: letteralmente a due passi dal mercato del Capo, in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Cattedrale. Consigliatissimo.
