B&B lovely managed by very affable and courteous owners. Clean and very quiet as it is located in a residential area. Not in the center but the center is reachable either on foot or by car and it is easy to park. The only lack in my room is the television.

I recommend it to those who want to be quite close to the station but have a quiet environment. The city center is easily reachable on foot as well, but what I appreciated most was the welcome and availability of the managers. Worth going back!

Nicoletta, who speaks perfect German, is an extremely courteous and helpful landlady. We rented the suite on the top floor, which offers a lot of privacy as you are alone on the floor. Between the staircase and the bedroom there is an anteroom with two armchairs and the possibility to help yourself to the soluble coffee or tea. The bedroom, which is extremely charmingly furnished, is facing the sea. Thanks to the soundproof windows and air conditioning, you can sleep wonderfully well, which is otherwise difficult due to the busy road below the property. The mattress length of 1.9 meters with a high edge could be annoying for tall people, but that was not the case for us. The unfurnished balcony is only about 70 centimeters deep, but there would actually be space for two narrow chairs. The offered sweet breakfast is served in a rustically furnished cellar room. There is also a refrigerator that can be used for, for example, self-purchased cheese or sausage (the supermarket is vis-à-vis). The villa is located about 3 kilometers from the old town. We were allowed to park our car and our ebikes on the property, for which we are very grateful. We found the sun loungers provided for guests to be not very inviting.

Villa Fausta is wonderful and quiet in a park. The hosts were very friendly. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful vaulted cellar.

We didn't like the breakfast being served in the cellar. Also, the quality wasn't good. The house was announced to be situated in a garden. That's true, but we couldn't use it.

We were very warmly welcomed at Villa Fausta and provided with many personal tips on Trieste and excursions in the surrounding area. The hosts speak perfect German and English. A very nice Easter breakfast with Trieste specialties was also prepared for us. The villa is located on a very large private estate with magnificent trees. Unfortunately, as guests, we could not use the beautiful garden, as it is the "dog territory". I found this a bit sad. The villa and the rooms are furnished in an old style in keeping with the villa's character, which is very charming. Everything was very clean and well maintained. However, in our room, the bed consisted of two pushed-together bed frames with a large gap in the middle - those who are freshly in love may prefer another room/bed! The location is quite central, but you walk along the first half of a not so idyllic street. However, you can quickly get to the city by bus. The parking at the house was great.

A green idyll in the heart of the big city. The villa and rooms have been stylishly renovated and furnished. The family lives here and welcomes you warmly. There are many tips for a relaxing stay in the fascinating Trieste. A bus stop is right outside the door, and you can also easily reach the city center on foot in about 15 minutes. I would gladly come back.

Complimenti veramente una bella villa con grande camera e bel bagno. Con una bella passeggiata a piedi oppure con l autobus si arriva al centro di Trieste comodamente. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura veramente disponibile con consigli sulla città ed i dintorni. Simpatici i due cani.

Wer First Classic erwartet ist hier falsch. Sehr liebevolle, stets bemühte Gastgeber. Das ehrliche Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Die wundervolle alte Villa mit ihren alten Bäumen. Ein gutes Frühstück in toller Atmosphäre. Jeden Tag frischer, selbst gemachter Kuchen. Super, der Bus vor der Haustür. Die Nähe zur Stadt und allen Touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jederzeit empfehlenswert. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. grazie für die schöne Zeit.

Posto incantevole, isolato dal contesto urbano anche se vicinissimo dal centro città. La famiglia che gestisce il B&B è stata cordialissima e molto gentile e disponibile.

Wir haben uns bei Nicoletta und Sergio SO wohlgefühlt. Ein wunderschönes Haus, herrlicher Garten, ruhige Zimmer und die Gastgeber sind reizend bemüht, den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten. Touristik-Informationen bekommt man ausreichend für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie. Busverbindung in ganz Triest wunderbar, Haltestelle vor dem Haus.

Die Unterkunft in der Villa Fausta ist vor allem zu empfehlen, weil die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind, die Villa ziemlich zentral bei der Altstadt liegt, die man leicht mit dem Bus und auch zu Fuß erreichen kann und weil man durch das ursprünglich gebliebene Interieur und auch durch die schöne alte Fassade der Villa mit ihrem Park auf das Erlebnis der Stadt Triest bestens eingestimmt wird.

Ottima struttura situata non lontano da centro. I proprietari ci hanno riservato una calorosa accoglienza e durante il soggiorno non ci hanno mai risparmiato consigli e curiosità sui luoghi d'interesse. Pulizia e arredi di prim'ordine anche se, in tono con lo stile della villa, non proprio fruibilissimi come la vasca da bagno/doccia e il letto (più largo che lungo ma chi scrive è alto 1,90 cm) Colazione appena migliorabile nella varietà. B/B consigliatissimo!
