We loved our stay here - super friendly, super relaxed - a feeling of being away from it all yet not too far to restaurants, beaches, etc. Comfortable, clean room - our dog was made very welcome with a wonderful garden and other pets. Luca was a lovely host and the breakfast was charming with homemade jams and cakes - will definitely return!

Positive aspects: location quite close to the sea (about two km), good breakfast, covered parking space, friendly host. Negative aspects: in one week (8 nights) the bath towels were not changed, in my opinion, very serious.

Perfect accommodation, a bit far from the city, but accessible by bus and with parking if you have a car. Lovely and very helpful host, we stayed only one night but we had a great time!

We stayed at Luca's in July and had a great time. The manager is always available to customers, but discreetly. The location is excellent, in a quiet and private setting. The breakfast with homemade products is another plus. We hope to be able to come back soon. Highly recommended!

If you go to Sardinia, near Pula, contact Luca. But above all, book for the time you can dedicate to your vacation at his Sole e Sale. Super breakfast and you will live in a quiet and relaxing environment. The most beautiful beaches in the area are all there. And if you love the company of four-legged friends, you will find Fiona and Masha, two reliable friends.

You won't find anything better even paying more! The location is breathtaking, the property is exceptional: fridge, air conditioning, TV, hydromassage shower, kettle and herbal teas in the room, mosquito nets, private veranda with sun loungers and clothesline all surrounded by greenery, Italian and continental breakfast.

Luca and his family are beautiful people, they pampered us and made us feel at home. A place immersed in nature, in peace. I observed wonderful sunrises. Thank you Luca. Cristina and Sandro.

Excellent in everything, from the owner who treated us as if we were at our own home, excellent breakfast with muffins, tarts, and jams prepared by Luca, quiet and close to Pula and Chia, would return immediately.

We returned to Sole e Sale, and as always it's like being at home. Quiet place, surrounded by greenery, good location near the sea and unforgettable beaches. Thanks to Luca for his courtesy and availability. We will definitely come back.

Tranquil, kind, and genuine... And what stars!

Courtesy and kindness are the order of the day. Sole e Sale B&B is beautiful and well maintained, highly recommended.

We stayed in the Stefano studio for a week, everything was perfect. The structure is cared for in every detail, tastefully furnished inside a wonderful garden. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a veranda with a table and deck chairs in the garden. The owner, Luca, is very kind and extremely helpful; a peaceful and very relaxing environment just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Truly enchanting. We will definitely come back.

Il B&B è molto bello ma che fa la differenza è l'accoglienza che abbiamo avuto da parte di Luca che è stato disponibile in ogni nostra esigenza, lo consiglio vivamente.

Saubere preiswerte Unterkunft. Schöne Lage, ruhig. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Hilfreich wäre ein Hinweis an der Hauptstrasse. Wir fuhren einige KM in der Gegend umher um es zu finden.

Die beste Unterkunft während unserer Sardinienreise. Man hat sich einfach nur wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschön angelegtem B&B. Unser Zimmer war zwar nicht das größte, aber einfach nur gemütlich eingerichtet, modern und vor allem sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und bemüht sich um ihre Gäste. Wir können das B&B nur weiterempfehlen.

Ottima posizione tra le spiagge di Chia e Pula, permanenza a cavallo tra giugno e luglio 2017, struttura elegante, molta cortesia.

Struttura bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, immersa in un'oasi di pace. La posizione è ottimale per poter accedere a tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Sara è un'ottima padrona di casa, sempre discretamente presente, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità... insomma, la padrona di casa perfetta. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo a parenti e amici. Carola e Diego.

Un endroit chaleureux joliment décoré, un havre de paix et un accueil extrêmement convivial et amical de la part de la propriétaire. Le lieu idéal por se reposer, décompresser, rêver et visiter parmi les plus belles plages de Sardaigne. À ne pas rater.

Non sono abituata ad adulare, ma questo B&B merita una eccezione. Location pulizia gentilezza al top. Se organizzate una vacanza in zona Chia fermatevi qui, non ve ne pentirete.

Sehr schöne B&B Unterkunft, liebevolle Inhalber Domenico und Gianpaulo die sich sehr sorgfältig um ihre Villa und den Garten kümmern. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück. Alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an in der Unterkunft willkommen. Guter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich zu erholten. Auto erforderlich um die tolle Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Tolle Strände in der Nähe und das Städtchen Pula. Top!

Posto incantevole, camere pulite e molto accoglienti. Colazione abbondante, varia (salato e dolce) con torte fatte in casa e muffin buonissimi. Nota di merito alla proprietaria, Sara, sorridente, gentile e sempre disponibile. Raccomandatissimo.

Très bon accueil de Sara, toujours prête à répondre à nos questions, à nous donner de bonnes adresses, notre chambre était parfaite avec une petite terrasse bien agréable. Je recommande cette adresse.

B&B da consigliare: posizione strategica per raggiungere numerose spiagge della zona. Calorosa accoglienza da parte di Sara, disponibile a rispondere a ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era piccola ma non mancava nulla, all'interno di un piccolo complesso nuovo e molto curato.

Eccezionale accoglienza. B&B molto colorato, ispira allegria ed aria di vacanza, pulito, ordinato e con ampio giardino ben tenuto. Un po' distante dal mare, ma orientato verso la campagna e dunque molto silenzioso. Soddisfattissimi.

Établissement situé dans une zone très calme, près des plages, l'appartement est très joliment décoré et tres propre avec 2 grandes terrasses. Merci à Sarah pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Nous le recommandons.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in totale tranquillità nel Monolocale Stefano, ambiente molto accogliente, ben arredato, dai colori brillanti su pareti bianche, gioia e relax. Immersi in un giardino di piante da frutto e fiori, dalla terrazzina con vista mare abbiamo potuto finire le nostre giornate dopo mare con ancora qualche pagina di lettura e cenare quando eravamo troppo stanchi per ripartire alla volta di Pula e dintorni e degli ottimi ristoranti consigliati da Sara, padrona di casa impeccabile, discreta ma sempre presente e disponibile. La sua colazione è deliziosa e mette a disposizione degli ospiti la possibilità di farsi fare dei massaggi di Barbara, che arriva con il suo lettino portatile e ti regala un ora di puro piacere all'ebrezza del venticello di Sardegna e dei profumi del Sole&Sale. Grazie di nuovo a Sara, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo tornati nuovamente in questo B&B perché ci siamo trovati bene, come essere a casa. Posto tranquillo, in mezzo al verde, si vede il mare e Sara è una persona molto speciale. Ada e Agostino.

Davvero molto bello, vista magnifica del mare e dei vigneti, un giardino fiorito molto curato. La camera pulita, orientaleggiante, colorata, calda, accogliente; una bellissima terrazza privata con sdraio a disposizione. La colazione fantastica con dolci preparati da Sara, la proprietaria, persona solare, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Abbiamo già prenotato per tornare a Settembre, quindi: consigliatissimo.

Bello e confortevole con tanto verde. Gestori appassionati della Sardegna pieni di consigli da dare e disponibilissimi.
