Belle structure, hôtesse serviable. Excellente connaissance de Naples, nous avons ainsi reçu des explications sur les différents sites à visiter que aucun guide n'aurait pu nous donner. Merci à la dame, notre séjour à Naples a été merveilleux, nous reviendrons bientôt. Autre chose : le petit déjeuner était excellent, elle nous a même fait de la pastiera.

Super accueil. Un petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison, même les confitures. B&B très bien placé. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Très bonne expérience.

Je viens de rentrer d'un séjour de 3 jours à Naples et je suis entièrement satisfaite de l'endroit où j'ai séjourné, tout était parfait, chambre propre et confortable, petit-déjeuner délicieux et très copieux, la gérante de la structure m'a choyée et m'a également instruite pour la visite de la ville, grâce à l'emplacement très central et stratégique j'ai pu visiter autant que possible dans le temps dont je disposais... je reviendrai bientôt avec plaisir.

Le meilleur que nous aurions pu espérer. Position, accueil, chambre et propreté, ainsi qu'une hospitalité exquise.

Patrizia est une hôtesse très attentionnée. La chambre et la salle de bains sont parfaites, hygiène irréprochable. L'emplacement, près du port avec vue sur le Castel Nuovo, est très agréable pour découvrir Naples tout en étant 'au calme'. À chaque petit déjeuner, nous avions une délicieuse spécialité locale préparée 'maison'. Elle a été attentive à nos demandes et nous a beaucoup aidés en passant des appels pour nous. Elle parle très bien français. Un séjour très agréable pour nous. Grazie mille Patrizia Marie-Pierre et Patrick.

Mme Patrizia Izzo a une fabuleuse demeure très bien située à Naples: toutes les activités importantes sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Notre hôte a été chaleureuse, nous a beaucoup conseillé et nous préparait des petits déjeuners fabuleux et à chaque matin différents! Encore merci!

Overall a great host in Patrizia. She is open in stating that she doesn't speak English but through the use of GoogleTranslate, we were able to effectively communicate. A couple confusion points but easy to get them figured out through messaging. Location is very solid and she had some great recommendations for where to eat.

Patrizia has been fantastic during the whole process and her flat is incredible. My partner and her sisters have been truly delighted by everything, from the accommodation to the amazing breakfast offered. If you want a different experience, try this fabulous place. Thanks for everything.

Posizione ottima, sia perché vicino al centro che alla metro, camera ampia e spaziosa, bagno bellissimo, buona colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Padrona gentilissima e attenta, forse un po' troppo ansiosa per paura che si rovini la camera, ma è comprensibile, data la qualità.

Patrizia's B&B is in a wonderful 19th century mansion right in the city center around the corner of the port, the royal palace, and Teatro San Carlo. You couldn't find a better location. The view from some of the rooms in the apartment is stunning, facing Castello Nuovo. Your room is very spacious with carefully selected, historic furniture. It has shutters on the inside that disappear in the wall, very typical of Italian architecture of the period. The ceiling is about the highest I have ever seen in my life in a private apartment. Your bathroom is of the same period as the house, but very clean and functional. The apartment is very secure, with modern locks attached to the historic doors. Patrizia makes breakfast for you, and this is about the most comprehensive breakfast you will find in Italy (especially in the south), including bread and home-made jelly, cake, mozzarella, and a wonderful biscotta (they like making doughs with yeast in the South). Patrizia is also a great host, as she will give you a lot of information on Naples and the surroundings. When I needed an iron, she let me use her super-high tech steam iron. The place is easy to reach by the express bus that connects the airport with the port. It costs 4 Euros and ends 5min from the apartment. Downsides: It's in the center of Naples, which comes with some noise. Nothing unusual, and not too grave since the apartment is on the third floor, but if you live on the country side you might be irritated. The historic bathtube does not have a curtain to shower. The reason is that it would be an architectural sin to fix one there. You will understand when you see it. Just be prepared that you will have to sit down to take a shower.

This is a great Bed and Breakfast located in an ideal part of the city, close to the Castle Nuova. It was a pleasant stroll to the waterfront but also close to the Centro Storico. Patrizia the owner was very welcoming, hospitable and helpful (she speaks Italian and French and uses google translate). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious (including homemade cakes and jams). There were maps, guides and leaflets provided to help with places to visit and eat. Patrizia looked up train times for us and was happy to make restaurant reservations. The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom just down the hall.

Consiglio questa struttura per diversi motivi: - per la posizione centrale rispetto alle diverse visite ed escursioni che si possono effettuare, - per il servizio offerto dalla comoda ed ampia sistemazione, comprensiva di camera da letto, sala da bagno, sala per la colazione, - e non ultimo, per la disponibilità della proprietaria, sempre pronta a dare consigli e suggerimenti, utili al fine di sfruttare al meglio il soggiorno a Napoli. È bene sottolineare che la proprietaria in modo garbato, gentile e preciso, ci ha sempre dato utili indicazioni e ha saputo farci apprezzare le meraviglie della sua città, oltre che le prelibatezze con cui ci ha conquistato ogni mattina.
