Beautiful place. Spacious bathroom, very good shower. The manager is very kind, we broke a key and he solved the problem in a matter of minutes. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, 4 blocks from the metro. At night the buses take a bit to arrive, but during the day with the metro the transfer is very comfortable and it also has easy access to Termini. Highly recommended. Would choose it again without hesitation.

I am completely satisfied with choosing this accommodation, for many reasons: 1 Mr. Angelo satisfied every request of ours. 2 Very clean structure. 3 Breakfast with packaged but high-quality and plentiful products. 4 The location is convenient for moving around, a few meters from the metro. 5 Mini market and shops very close by. If I ever have to return to Rome, I would be happy to come back here.

The accommodation was as pictured/described, and the host was very helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. The pastries and croissants provided were much appreciated. Also, they allowed me to store my baggage until my flight on the final day. The only problem was noisy, inconsiderate neighbours, which is not the fault of the host. There was also a bin lorry making noise at 6am every day except Sunday. My sleep could’ve been better during my stay but, again, not the fault of the host.

We had a great time at the apartment. It was clean and conveniently located near the metro station. The manager was very friendly and was always ready to help us with any issues. We would recommend this place to everyone who is seeking good accommodation in Rome.

Angelo is a friendly and helpful host. Convenient location near Colli Albani metro station.

Everything perfect! Close to the metro. The manager very kind. Spacious and clean room, with all the amenities. I recommend it without a doubt.

Good value for money.

We had a great time, Mr. Angelo is a very helpful and kind person. Room and bathroom spotless! The B&B is close to the metro. I will definitely return to this wonderful B&B.

We spent 5 days in this accommodation and we had a great time. Angelo, the manager, is very friendly and always ready to meet every need. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. If we really have to nitpick, maybe breakfast could be improved a bit, but just to be very picky. I recommend it to everyone. Super Angelo.

Excellent value for money, well located, clean and spacious private bathroom. Spacious, bright and clean room, comfortable bed. The owner of the 'Davila 25 B&B' friendly, kind and professional. I recommend to everyone.

Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dalla nostra permanenza all'interno di questo B&B, a partire dal gestore (di una gentilezza unica) all'abbondante colazione. La zona presenta molti punti a suo favore, metro e supermercati su tutti. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia pernottare a Roma.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni. Il posto è molto accogliente e gentile il proprietario. Da consigliare ad amici.

Absolutely loved this place, beautiful bedrooms and all the members of my family were happy, specifically my daughter and grand daughter. The WiFi was good and the location was good as well because it was not hard to find our way to the colosseum. The host, angelo, was very nice and was good at communicating with us while we were driving from Sappada to Rome which was about an 8 hour drive for us. I recommend this place and it was fairly cheap for the quality of the place, it was 55 a night for each room and we got 2 so we paid 220 for 2 nights altogether, you do have to pay 10 euros for parking a night. Loves this place and will definitely come again next time we're in Rome.

Bellissimo. Con il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo e rilassante week end in questo B&B, senza doverci preoccupare del posto auto (vista la disponibilità del garage) e del traffico, dato che è posizionato vicinissimo alla fermata metro dove si possono raggiungere tutte le zone di Roma. Siamo rimasti molto contenti, camera e bagno confortevoli e pulitissimi, buona colazione dove non mancava praticamente nulla ed il signor Angelo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, accogliendoci con grande disponibilità e simpatia. Torneremo e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Tutto era perfetto. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il proprietario, Angelo, era gentile e disponibile.

Io e la mia amica dovevamo accogliere i nostri amici austriaci qui a Roma e abbiamo deciso di trascorrere con loro tre giorni in questo Bed and breakfast non molto lontano dalle nostre abitazioni. Siamo veramente soddisfatte della scelta perché le camere sono silenziose e fresche, pulite e accoglienti. Anche i bagni sono privati, ampi e con finestre, insomma tutto molto gradevole ed economico.
