The host was very helpful with information for getting around Rome with buses and trams.
I would have liked to have a balcony, also the room was very cold and there wasn't enough blankets to keep me warm, so sleeping was a bit of a problem even though the bed was very comfortable.

I'll try to answer your questions: -)
The balcony: I'm sorry you didn't find it, but in my b&b, it is not there, I have never said it. On the other hand, we have a spacious and well-kept garden where you can sit and relax on the comfortable benches.
The blankets: "there weren't enough blankets in the room," of course, they weren't there, they were all on your bed where besides the sheets and the cotton bedspread, there were: a double wool blanket, two very heavy winter duvets, and two colorful plaids. Sorry, but how can you say there were no blankets? The building where the B&B is located and built in 1927 has 80 cm thick walls and protects both from the cold and the heat, and in the days of your stay inside the house, even if it was raining outside, there were 22 degrees centigrade. I'm glad the memory foam mattress was comfortable for you: -)
The host, i. e., me: you write that I was very helpful and I gave you directions and I thank you for this. You had my assistance via WhatsApp (and not only: -) 24/24 for any little question or forgetfulness, and indeed you told me that in your opinion I use too much energy to satisfy my guests: -), but I like being like that and I enjoyed it with you: -)
The position of my b&b: we are one kilometer from the Aurelian Walls, and in the emails we exchanged before coming I had answered you on the distances (2.8 km from Piazza di Spagna for example) and public transport at few steps from B&B, but maybe I didn't explain it well, I'm sorry.
It was a pleasure to meet you, Josephine, and I thank you for taking the time to write this comment.
Best wishes from Rome
