An enchanting place, the small villas are delightful, the owners are extraordinary! We had a really good time and I hope to come back soon. Poggio degli Olivi is one of those dream places you will only regret one thing: the moment of departure! Perfect welcome, excellent location just a few steps from the Cascate del Mulino di Saturnia and immersed in the wonderful countryside of Maremma Tuscany. Nature, landscape, scents, and sunsets that will remain in your heart. Pool, whirlpool tub, barbecue & fitness area... Nothing is left to chance. The villas are very charming, very clean, and equipped with every comfort as well as tastefully furnished. We were greeted on our arrival by a delicious homemade orange tart and a bottle of their own excellent red wine. A basket of fresh fruit and everything needed for basic kitchen needs (coffee, tea, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, spices). Extremely kind owners, always attentive and helpful, never intrusive. A truly impeccable structure, cared for in every detail and with love by the Bartolini family: if there were more than 10 stars, it would deserve them all! Definitely recommended and to be revisited as soon as possible. Thanks again for these 3 days in Your beautiful Land: a true Italian excellence that makes us proud all over the world. Everything perfect. Fantastic cleanliness. Very helpful owners. Only downside to change the mattress in the room maybe a bit old too soft. I will return!

Ten stars. Top in everything. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back. Clean, relaxing, welcoming, attention to detail. Excellent pie made by the hostess, and on departure they give you honey and wine from their production.

Excellent bed and breakfast composed of independent villas with private garden. Available to customers, pool with sun loungers, barbecue, bicycles, ping-pong, table football, small football field. Very close to the Terme di Saturnia and the Cascate del Mulino, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Very kind and always available to give advice is Mrs. Gioia, together with her husband Massimo and daughter Cecilia. Excellent as a starting point, the location of the structure; both to visit the beautiful villages of Maremma or upper Lazio like Bolsena with its lake, or if you want to spend some time at the sea of ​​Argentario. I recommend this bed and breakfast for those who want to visit Maremma and send greetings to Mrs. Gioia and her family.

Excellent reception. The managers are very friendly and available for any need. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The place is very beautiful and suitable for those who want to avoid crowds and traffic; excellent for a relaxing holiday, also to be spent at the nearby Saturnia hot springs or on a trip in the surroundings. The cleanliness is very thorough and respects all health prevention regulations, especially regarding COVID. With the best compliments to the Bartolini family.

A beautiful well-maintained place with kind owners. Arrived and received with kindness and a bottle of wine made by them and a pie. The pool is clean. If one wants, they can also have a barbecue. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return.

When I booked our one-week stay at Poggio degli Olivi, without knowing it, I crossed my fingers hoping to have made the right choice for those, like us, looking for tranquility and rest above all, and I must say that the result went well beyond our expectations. Upon our arrival we found a spectacular location, surrounded by greenery, with very clean and well-kept accommodations (even in the small details), equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and independent stay, and the welcome of the owners, Mrs. Gioia and Mr. Massimo, immediately struck us for their kindness, hospitality, and attention to the guests' needs (the welcome kit with cherry pie and muffins made by Mrs. Gioia made us quickly forget the 6-hour journey!). The pool available to guests is always very clean, and the whirlpool tub adjacent to the pool is a very pleasant bonus that we also took advantage of on days when the sun was not very visible. The B&B offers many solutions for relaxation and entertainment (bicycles, ping pong tables, a small soccer field, a foosball table, a barbecue area for guests well-maintained and functional, a wifi connection always working), and the park is always very well-kept thanks especially to the constant work of Mr. Massimo. The Thermal Center is easily reachable on foot with a 10-minute walk, but I must say that we favored the tranquility and peace provided by the B&B over the confusion of both the Thermal Center and the famous Cascate del Mulino (beautiful in their nature and location, but when the average Italian can enjoy something for free it immediately shows how education, civility, and respect are concepts semi-unknown to him.). We were very satisfied with our stay, we renew our compliments to Mrs. Gioia and Mr. Massimo thanking them for their courtesy and availability, and as soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely return to Poggio degli Olivi.

Magnificent place, all friendly, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, very well-kept, as soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a good homemade tart, oil from their olive trees, so much kindness and friendliness. At the end of the stay they also offered us a bottle of their wine. Thank you for everything, we will see you again very soon.

Stayed as a couple, cleanliness, silence, surrounded by the serene and orderly Tuscan countryside, structure exceeding expectations, the Owner always available, kind, polite, a true professional. Here everything is cared for with love, the guest is completely at ease, serenity is breathed, hard to find better. We will definitely return, highly recommended!

Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti con degli amici in 2 villette nel Residence Poggio degli Olivi a Saturnia, ville nuove pulite e gestite bene. Lo consiglio solo per persone adulte, consiglio di non portare i bambini. La struttura è solo per la tranquillità delle persone adulte. I bambini darebbero fastidio non possono giocare e parlare come a casa loro.

Siamo stati molto bene tutto pulito un bel posto i proprietari gentilissimi, di sicuro torniamo presto, la signora ha preparato per noi una crostata buonissima gentilissima, e tutto curato. ringrazio per la ospitalità.

A conduzione familiare, con persone gentilissime. Il posto incantevole per il panorama e la tranquillità, la piscina, l'idromassaggio, il barbecue, le biciclette a disposizione ed anche il ping pong.

Disponibili, gentili e molto accoglienti. Struttura stupenda da consigliare assolutamente. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Un posto molto bello, tranquillo, trovi tutto quello che vuoi, piscina con idromassaggio, giardino. Gli animali sono anche loro in vacanza lì, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente torniamo anche l'anno prossimo, grazie.

Villette vicino alle terme e cascate, immerse nel verde; alloggi completi di tutto, ampie camere e giardini. Gestori disponibili e gentili, buon vino di loro produzione.

Posto magnifico gestori gentilissimi e disponibili.

Luogo che definire bello è semplicissimo, ma dire che è stupendo il minimo. I proprietari sono persone stupende, ci hanno accolto facendoci trovare un bel cesto colmo di delizie (crostata, olio, vino, miele ecc) nel periodo del soggiorno ci hanno anche dato pomodori, insalata, peperoni. Insomma ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie a Massimo, Gioia e figlia.

Ottimo qualità prezzo. Ottima location. Silenzio, pace, serenità. La casa è immersa nella campagna circondata dal verde. Dista pochi minuti dalle terme di Saturnia.

Ottima esperienza, ho soggiornato nell'appartamento in paese, proprietari gentilissimi, attenti e simpatici. Tutto molto curato. Assolutamente consigliato.

Mi sono trovata così bene che avendo la possibilità di rimanere per un altro giorno ho allungato la permanenza. Oltre alla struttura molto bella, i proprietari sono molto disponibili nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare in quei luoghi non esiterei a soggiornare in quella meravigliosa oasi di tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo a pochissima distanza da tutto.

Appena arrivati al posto: i gestori ci hanno accompagnato alla villetta, aperto la porta di casa sul tavolo una crostata fatta dalla signora, fruttiera con tutti i tipi di frutta, nel mobile cucina: olio, sale, zucchero, macchina caffè pentole (insomma tutto quello che serve, ci hanno mostrato i vani confortevoli, un giardino esterno ben curato, vicino alla casa piscina e idromassaggio sempre funzionante campetto calcio, biciclette, tavolo ping pong, barbecue; bellissima esperienza da ripetere complimenti alla famiglia Batolini.

Posto bello e comodo. Proprietari gentilissimi. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Saturnia. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. I gestori, persone gentilissime, ci hanno offerto di soggiornare in un villino in paese a Saturnia visto che avevano terminato le sistemazioni nel residence (casa completa di comfort e molto pulita). Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione visto che andavamo via la mattina e tornavamo la sera, e per mangiare bastava uscire a piedi per trovare pizzerie o ristoranti. Oltre le terme del Gorello ci sono posti veramente incantevoli da vedere che sembrano rimasti sospesi nel tempo.

Assolutamente nulla da eccepire, giudizio più che positivo. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle villette nel centro di Saturnia. La signora Gioia ci ha accompagnati e ci ha fatto trovare una ottima crostata "home made". Alloggio pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che occorre, biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, persino olio, sale, zucchero e caffè! Al termine del soggiorno il Signor Massimo ci ha persino donato una bottiglia del vino da lui prodotto. Torneremo presto!

Appartamento a Saturnia paese molto comodo e accogliente con qualche zanzara ma tutto sotto controllo, possibilità di utilizzare la piscina dell'agriturismo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
