We found friendliness, kindness, and availability from the staff. We chose the structure for the excellent value for money and the strategic location next to Termini Railway Station. We would recommend it to those who want to stay for short periods without spending a lot.

I stayed 3 nights in this property: during the welcome I found kindness and professionalism; the room was small but equipped with the necessary. I highly recommend trying this B&B.

It is called Bed and Breakfast but it is effectively a hotel in terms of cleanliness, room size, services offered, and especially a 24-hour reception. Central and convenient location for walks in the center and reaching Rome's main attractions. If you find special offers, I would say it is an excellent location to stay in Rome.

Excellent service, excellent courtesy.

The room is small and cramped, not suitable for business travelers.

Central location, perfect for reaching the most important and touristy places in Rome, with the help of buses and subways. Clean and well-equipped room, very welcoming reception. Satisfied.

With a little more attention to detail, the stay at the Caroline Suite could have been better than it actually was, especially considering the price paid for 2 nights. The toilet seat was missing, the bathroom mirror light above the sink was blown, there was dust on the floor and dirt under the bed, stains in the room as if it hadn't even been cleaned, shower towels were missing in the bathroom (we asked for them to the room cleaner the next day). Let's not even talk about the pillows. I won't add anything else.

Quality-price ratio ok. For a quick night or weekend in Rome it's perfect.

All very good the accommodation.

Very kind and helpful staff. Very close to the train station and the metro. Good breakfast. Room cleanliness leaves something to be desired, shower not clean and bed comforters dirty. Overall not bad, would come back for a weekend in Rome.

Before the dates I had booked, I received 2 reminders from you, but when I arrived, they didn't have a room for me. After some hassle, at least I got a room far away from the B&B for the first night, and then in the right place the 2 last nights. You ought to send a reminder to the property too, and not just to the guests.

Bathroom a bit small, narrow shower with fixed showerhead attached to the wall without detachable phone. Soaps of excellent quality.

Excellent place, service all more than good. Very happy with our choice.

Breakfast from cardboard plates and paper cups and on a dirty table. The pictures on the website definitely do not match! Room with broken toilet seat, which was repaired. Dirty bathroom, mold in the fridge, which was warm instead of cold and smelly hallway. Very loud inside and outside the house, until early half past midnight. Offered internet does not work. Good connection to the center, but an unpleasant area. In conclusion, I checked out after one night.

The location is very good to reach public transport, but the breakfast area is minimal, my room was very comfortable and relaxing, but only the first TV channel was visible, I requested assistance, but the problem was not solved, judgement above sufficiency.

I stayed two nights with my daughter. We especially appreciated the location, literally a stone's throw from Termini station, very convenient arriving by train and then moving around by metro, as you have access to both metro lines. The luggage storage service was much appreciated. The building is very old and run-down, a bit unsettling I would say, perhaps because it was our first time in a B&B. Nice, comfortable, quiet room, beautiful and spacious bathroom, only drawback was very little water, both cold and hot. Breakfast was plentiful, but with very limited space. All in all, we had a good stay.

Strategic location just outside Termini station. The external context can be deceiving, but the structure turned out to be very clean, attentive to customer needs, well-kept in the spacious room and services (see hairdryer in the room like the one at home or the body cream dispensers). The managers are very kind and attentive, maximum courtesy also from the other tenants in the building. Even though the structure is in the immediate vicinity of the station, returning in the evening, two women, we felt safe.

It's a pleasure to stay in facilities like 'Caroline Suite'. I had a great time and the room and bathroom were perfectly clean.

I stayed for three days at this B&B very close to Termini station. Compared to other properties in the area, I found it clean and quiet, with a spacious room. The wifi works very well and the manager was very courteous.

I stayed for a few nights. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms with all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed my stay. Convenient location for those who need to take the metro or train for travels.

Vicinissimo alla stazione, camere situate al secondo piano do un palazzo un po fatiscente con un ascensore decisamente vecchio che sarebbe da cambiare, ma camera pulita, personale cortese e disponibile. WIFI in camera che garantisce una buona copertura. Colazione non al top ma buona e addetta al servizio gentile e disponibile.
