Located in a beautiful area, the room is spacious and comfortable. It should be noted that, although very nice, the bathroom is inconveniently located in the corridor. The manager is courteous and kind, willing to welcome us even late at night. The olive trees in the garden are stunning!

Hello, we stayed on the 22nd and 23rd of April, what can I say? We have already said everything with the ratings. We arrived at this place in the Emilian plain with fields, sun, and nature aplenty, we arrived at Villa delle Querce and we thought: it can't be this place, even just for the stunning garden/park. We entered and were welcomed by Mr. Fabio's mother, very kind and friendly, we saw our room and the fantastic bathroom, very clean, white and neat sheets. Everything perfect, we are thinking of coming back for a longer stay. Thank you and see you soon Luciana & Francesco.

We had a great time, just a few minutes from the hospital center. Beautiful structure equipped with everything needed. Very clean and well-heated rooms. The owners are very kind and their availability allows you to enjoy a quiet place with a beautiful garden, as seen in the photos.

Reading reviews from others, I expected something completely different regarding cleanliness and breakfast, but above all, I imagined everything almost new and modern from the reviews, which is not really true!

We had a great time, the place is quiet yet convenient. I only recommend checking for any damages more thoroughly, in our case to the bathroom accessories. In the shower, the hose of the shower head, the slider, and a soap dish shelf were broken. These are minor details, but they stand out in an otherwise excellent context.

Che dire di questa simpatica famiglia e della loro struttura, che la cordialità e la cortesia abitano in questa bella villa, attorniata da ulivi e piante antiche in una distesa di verde curato come in un giardino all'inglese. a voi lettori dubbiosi: fugate le incertezze!scegliete villa delle querce per le vostre partenze brevi o lunghe che siano non avrete a pentirvene.

Un bellissimo B&B, in una location favolosa con un gran bel prato intorno. Le camere sono super pulite e molto spaziose. L'accoglienza è stata gentile e calorosa, abbiamo anche assaggiato qualche specialità fatta a mano dalla mamma e, non c'è che dire, meglio che al ristorante. Eravamo in moto, non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema perché la proprietà è chiusa e ci hanno dato il telecomando per entrare e uscire liberamente. Struttura da consigliare.

Abbiamo cenato ieri sera con un gruppo di amiche, in questa bellissima struttura, siamo state accolte con la massima cordialità e cortesia. Il portico dove era apparecchiato il nostro tavolo era molto ben sistemato e la cena è stata ottima, di qualità e ad un prezzo vantaggioso. Un luogo che raccomanderò ad amici e conoscenti! Grazie di tutto Marta!

Ho trascorso 2 giorni in totale tranquillità e grande ospitalità, ero impegnato in una manifestazione in città e mi è stata offerta la stanza migliore con vasca idromassaggio, colazione con dolce fatto in casa. Ampio giardino con parcheggio interno, massima autonomia. Consigliato.

Ottima soluzione per chi deve soggiornare per andare in ospedale Io ho soggiornato per venti giorni circa dovendo andare a giorni alterni in ospedale per delle medicazioni. Ho usufruito della cucina e mansarda. Devo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa avendo a disposizione i miei spazi e la mia privacy in un ambiente lussuoso e pulito. Fabio, il proprietario della splendida villa, mi ha sempre accompagnato in ospedale, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima soluzione per chi deve frequentare l'ospedale ma anche come base per dei soggiorni per visitare la zona.

Mi è piaciuto molto per il clima tranquillo e la zona verde intorno, il gestore molto premuroso e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Noi avevamo un piccolo cane che ha potuto correre a suo piacimento, in poco tempo si possono raggiungere altre mete interessanti e poi tornare nella tranquilla oasi di questo splendido B&B. Da consigliare vivamente a tutti!
