Absolutely to be avoided! Premise: we mainly dealt with the lady with white hair, so I express an opinion about her. Perhaps the other reviews, inexplicably positive, were left by people who only dealt with the other lady. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in a cold and almost annoyed manner. The lady asked us at what time we would have breakfast and, since we would wake up late due to a party the night before, we gave 10:30/11:00 as the time (aware that it was late) and we were told that breakfast could be done until 10:00 at the latest. So far, nothing strange, if it weren't for the fact that the next day we saw what breakfast consisted of: packaged croissants and jams (so I don't understand this rule, even if she didn't bake them at the moment). Furthermore, her only interest was to let us know that we had to leave the room by 10:00 in the morning (since every time she met us she reminded us), as they needed at least 2 hours to clean the room (hard to believe given what happened). At first glance, the room seemed clean, however, there were towels with obvious stains in the bathroom: we didn't understand if they were bloodstains or other bodily fluids (if unfortunately you had to stay there, bring them from home as I did). Also, upon our return, we found a cockroach in the room. The next morning we raised these two evidences to the lady, who, with extreme arrogance, replied: “it's not possible!”. So we invited her to enter the room to show her both the cockroach and the stained towels. Instead of apologizing and changing the towels, she invented a series of excuses, including: “the cockroach must have come in from the window” (window with non-openable mosquito net); “it's not a cockroach” and for the towels: “they're clean! They're rust stains” (as if it were normal to give towels with rust stains). Obviously, given the attitude, we let her go, as it's clear she's not capable of managing a B&B. In all this, she was evidently proud of her arrogance, as shortly after we heard her say pleased: “I shut them up immediately!”. Finally, at night we took 2 bottles of 0.5 l (for a fee) from the fridge, but since it was late we couldn't pay, so in the morning we pointed out that we had to pay and she, as usual, did nothing but show her lack of professionalism and arrogance by replying: “this is a complimentary gift from the house (THANKS!), just don't empty my fridge!”. I leave the conclusions to you.

Mi dispiace molto per le incomprensioni e i disguidi capitati… le assicuro che è stato un caso eccezionale. Unica cosa che voglio precisare è che regole e orari per colazione , check-in e check-out esistono in tutte le strutture alberghi compresi. Grazie .
