I stayed at the Gaia property and was disappointed. The location and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired, but the building seems like a summer house and needs renovation as it is very old. The kitchen is shared, something that was not clear from the information. I would have appreciated at least a small fridge in the room. Additionally, the room had an outdoor shower, a detail that should have been clarified. The breakfast was poor. Despite there being a pastry shop in front of the property, the services were in agreement with another bar. It was only possible to choose one food item (frozen) and one drink, or just coffee with a croissant, or cappuccino with a croissant, or orange juice. However, the orange juice replaced the entire breakfast. The parking has private spots along the street, without any protection to prevent strangers from parking. In the case of bad luck, you might find the spots taken by non-B&B guests. In the best case, it takes 15 minutes to leave due to blocking vehicles. The lower parking area is a rural space inhabited by cats and poorly lit, causing significant inconvenience. The rooms have antique doors about 100 years old, with identical keys, not very secure. Also, the water pressure and temperature are not adjustable per room. Overall, I would not return. I have stayed in several properties in San Felice Circeo and rate this one as the worst in terms of value for money.

Nice comfortable and cozy apartment, great location and exposure, managed by a very kind lady attentive and scrupulous, exhaustive in fulfilling every request.

We had a great time and Mrs. Rita was helpful in everything, I will definitely come back.

The structure is located in a central location and is excellently served by many shops within a couple of minutes' walk. The free parking is also very convenient and the breakfast at the bar in front is excellent. The lady who manages it is very kind and hospitable. The sea is easily reachable by car (5 minutes) for the beaches of San Felice and 10 minutes for those of Sabaudia (Torre Paola). We stayed for 6 days and had a good time.

Very welcoming and comfortable B&B. The manager, Mrs. Rita, is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this property for its cleanliness and hospitality.

We stayed for two nights from 1st to 3rd June and we had a great time. The location is excellent, it is in front of the bakery, so on the main street, 10 minutes from the sea. The lady is very courteous and helpful, she offered us coffee and provided the availability of the fridge. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the street, with a view of the mountain. The ladies at the bar were super kind, they remembered what we had for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night at this property. The owners were very kind and helpful, they made us feel at home. Small room, simple, comfortable, clean. Breakfast, at choice, was served at a bar in front of the property.

We only stayed for the weekend but we had a great time. Both the lady Rita and the gentlemen at the bar for breakfast were very helpful and kind. The location is also excellent due to its proximity to the town center. I would definitely recommend it even for a week-long stay. Iole from Rome.

B&B managed by kind, polite, reliable owners, always ready to help you. Great seriousness, competence, and discretion. I spent some days in complete relaxation also thanks to the enchanting location. I will definitely come back.

Strategic location (10 minutes walk from the sea), welcoming and clean with a good breakfast included. We were three guys, even though we didn't have a car, we found it easy to move around, both to go to the historic center and to do the shopping etc. Excellent reception, Gaia very helpful in everything and Rita very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very central area, fifteen minutes walk from the sea. Surrounded by all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, laundries, etc.). The room has a very large and comfortable terrace for eating outside, sunbathing, and the outdoor shower is very comfortable. Too bad for the barbecue which is very uncomfortable to use because it is made from a grill placed on a rectangular stone and the interior could be furnished with Ikea or similar low-cost furniture that gives a touch of modernity. The owner is very helpful and kind. Breakfast at the bar is not great because you have to leave the facility, it would have been better to have it inside.

Structure in an optimal location and newly renovated. I stayed with a friend in the penthouse apartment: delightful! Equipped with a kitchenette and a splendid terrace. Managers available and friendly.

Abbiamo alloggiato all'appartamento nell'attico a buon prezzo, essendo già fuori stagione. Molto accogliente, il terrazzo con la sua vista ti dà quel tocco in più. La signora Rita, una persona a dir poco super fantastica. Il suo modo gentile e disponibile ti fa sentire ospite e non turista. Appena conosciuta e già sembrava una cara amica che non vedevi da tempo. Il b&b Gaia si trova in un punto veramente strategico, a 10 minuti a piedi si hanno 2 ristoranti dove mangiare veramente bene, senza dare troppo peso alle recensioni. Il bar dove è in convenzione il b&b fanno un buon caffè. Ottimo anche il parcheggio privato proprio sotto la palazzina del bb. L'unica pecca. È che abbiamo alloggiato solo 1 notte. Significa che ritorneremo. Non solo per i tanti posti ancora da visitare, ma per la pazienza, gentilezza, cordialità, e della conoscenza della storia che ha Rita di San felice Circeo. Che dire... Consigliatissimo!

Salve ho soggiornato in questo B&B dal 18 al 25 Agosto, una settimana, io mio marito e mio figlio ragazzo, ci siamo trovati BENISSIMO. Consiglio il soggiorno, accoglienza, pulizia, e tutto il resto OTTIMO. Ho alloggiato in una stanza tripla con terrazza, munita di conforto. E la doccia esterna, Gentili, La Signora Rita e la Signora Gaia, gentilezza e ospitalità, ogni cosa richiesta esaudita nell'immediato. Posizione ottima per qualsiasi esigenza, trasporti (bus navetta) bar, supermarket, negozi e vista monte Circeo. Consiglio il soggiorno, sicuramente Torneremo. VALENTINA

Ho soggiornato in questo B&b per due notti con il mio fidanzato e siamo stati davvero bene. Le proprietarie sono molto simpatiche, accoglienti e disponibili. La camera in cui stavamo era spaziosa e pulita. Inoltre uno dei momenti più belli dei 3 giorni è stata la colazione in terrazzo! Lo consiglio vivamente in quanto anche la posizione della struttura e il parcheggio Privato sono davvero comodi! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

La casa è in buona posizione, ben pulita, il personale molto cordiale ed accogliente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato sotto casa che in Agosto è un vero lusso nella zona. Speriamo di tornare vista anche la bellezza del Circeo.

Posso confermare di essere rimasta piacevolmente colpita dal soggiorno. Ritengo sia ottima la relazione qualità-prezzo e la pulizia delle stanze è impeccabile. La colazione da consumare in terrazza guardando un bellissimo panorama è sicuramente un buon inizio giornata. Risulta essere ben collegata per raggiungere sia il centro storico che le spiagge, posizione strategica quindi per il divertimento che per passare una vacanza in tranquillità. Le proprietarie sono molto gentili, cercano di accomodare le esigenze del cliente e sono altrettanto disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di informazione.

Accoglienza calorosa e professionale. Camera deliziosa è molto pulita. Questo b&b è situato nel centro del paese, comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i luoghi desiderati, ha il parcheggio privato il che è ottimo per lasciare la macchina e spostarsi con la navetta per raggiungere il centro storico. Ps: materassi e cuscini molto comodi

Abbiamo preso la camera da tre. In tre c’è poco spazio, ma comunque ci si sta. Il compenso è dato dal terrazzo. Molto aperto con un bel panorama sui monti circostanti. Ci si può mangiare piatti da asporto. C’è Un frigorifero grande comune nella cucina della struttura e un piano gas. La colazione al bar non è il massimo. Cornetti e bombe direi di molta bassa qualità. caffè scadente. Toast scamuffi. Peccato. Conviene comprare i cornetti nella pasticceria vicina. Gaia in compenso è molto accogliente e dà buoni consigli. Il punto forte rimane la terrazza

Ottimo B&B nel centro di San felice Circeo. Appartamento al piano attico con 4 posti letto ed uso della cucina che i proprietari mi hanno consigliato. (avevo optato per due camere). Terrazza assolata con lettini e doccia esterna. Possibilità di consumare dei pasti sul terrazzo. Sotto il B&B supermercato e negozi di ogni tipo. Convenzionati con stabilimento balneare il delfino. (un po’ caro 80 euro 2 ombrelloni e 5 lettini al giorno, nessuna possibilità di sconti) Il bar dove di consuma la colazione non é un gran che (cornetti gommosi). Gaia, la proprietaria gentilissima sorridente ed educata. Parcheggio per auto disponibile. Lo consiglio.
