Beautiful farmhouse in a stunning garden. Small apartment with spacious bedroom and kitchenette, clean and well organized. Very kind and very friendly owner always ready to advise and fulfill every request. Excellent breakfast with homemade products. I would gladly return! Thank you for everything Daniela!

We felt at home: apartment with bathroom and kitchen, all rooms are very clean and spacious. Quiet place just a few minutes by car from Viterbo and good restaurants. Daniela is a meticulous host, available when needed but discreet and friendly: Anglo-Saxon style. The photos matched what we found. We highly recommend it.

The B&B is located in a very quiet area a few kilometers from Viterbo and the thermal baths. It is immersed in a beautiful and well-kept garden, equipped with a small swimming pool, sun loungers, and small sofas available for customers to relax. Mrs. Daniela, very kind and always very helpful, delighted us every morning with a plentiful homemade breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, and much more. Her advice was very useful for visiting the Tuscia Viterbese area. The room, with a fridge and fan available, was very well furnished, spacious, and very clean. Highly recommended from all points of view!

A little gem not far from Viterbo amidst Etruscan sites. Extremely friendly and attentive management make the stay very pleasant. Breakfast enriched with homemade pastries and fruit juices. To come back.

Great structure both for its location (close to the main road and the thermal baths) and for the management: Mrs. Daniels is a serious and helpful person, capable of making you feel comfortable. The green space on the property is suitable for staying with pets because it is all fenced and therefore safe. In the garden, there are hammocks, deck chairs, and sofas that allow you to spend leisure time in total relaxation. Last but not least: an outdoor tub with continuous water change where you can immerse yourself and relax. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely worth recommending!

Pleasant B&B, clean, well-furnished rooms, light heating so not suitable for those sensitive to the cold. Pets are allowed but they cannot be left alone in the room so be careful with your plans. Payment in cash or bank transfer, no cards accepted. Accessible only by car as there is nowhere to go on foot, but the city center is just a few kilometers away. Not exactly cheap, the lady managing the place is kind and polite, overall a positive experience.

Stay of 4 nights with Holiday Bonus. The location and the place are excellent, the room and the structure in general are good. I expected more from breakfast, the products offered, apart from the homemade cake and jam, are of low quality. For the price paid with Bonus, it was a great stay. Mrs. Daniela sparkling.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful bed-and-breakfast, it was a great choice both for the location and the tranquility. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Mrs. Daniela is very kind and knowledgeable in providing detailed information about the city of Viterbo and its surroundings. Highly recommended.

The place is so pleasant that you don't feel like going around Tuscia. Large and comfortable garden but the added value is undoubtedly Mrs. Daniela, the all-rounder of the B&B. Kind, courteous, and always available to listen to everyone! In short, worth a visit.

Quiet and welcoming place near Le Pozze Terme, which can be reached on foot. Nice structure with everything you need for a relaxing holiday where you can also bring your dog. Daniela is a kind person who always tries to meet the needs of her customers. Good and plentiful breakfast with the possibility to buy excellent house oil. The three of us stayed only one night with a bit of bad weather and we had a great time. Definitely worth trying if you happen to be passing near Viterbo.

Wonderful experience in a charming place with a delightful owner for hospitality and tips to come back!

Warm and comfortable rooms in winter, the kindness and warmth of Daniela and Lucio, the friendliness of Eni, the beautiful bracchetta, the strategic location and the charm of the Viterbo area have enchanted me and my family, and especially my little girl who wants to come back soon. I recommend this small B&B, clean, organized and welcoming, with all my heart. And let's not forget the thermal baths, a stone's throw away, warm and steaming, a joy on beautiful early spring days.

The place is very cozy and Gianluca, the owner, was kind and helpful. The spa girls were fantastic, my girlfriend and I felt reborn after the session. The whole structure is delightful, the apartments are lovely and furnished like independent houses. Optimal location, breakfast with fruit, toast, and cookies, too bad there was no choice for breakfast, only flaw.

A beautiful place in unspoiled nature, in the morning we had breakfast in the garden surrounded by greenery and in total silence, broken only by the chirping of cicadas and comforted by the kindness and courtesy of Mrs. Daniela, who pampered us with cakes and jams produced by herself. We had a great time in a large room with a large bathroom, all very clean and tidy, as Daniela takes care of the cleaning personally. A large garden with trees and plenty of shade brightened our free time. The property is located 10 minutes from Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi, which we visited and where, thanks to Daniela's advice, we ate well and had a splendid day. I recommend it to families also for the excellent quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!

Installation of air conditioning for the summer period, mosquito nets, and POS for credit card payments is necessary.

Great for countryside lovers. Not far from the center of Viterbo. Recommended for motorcyclists as a garage for motorcycles is provided.

We stayed for two nights and we had a great time, Mrs. Daniela turned out to be a very kind person, generous with advice for visits, restaurants, and purchases of typical local products. The structure immersed in a large garden away from traffic roads allowed us to rest in beautiful silence. Excellent cleanliness and abundant breakfast with products prepared by Mrs. Daniela. The B&B Le Pozze is located a few minutes from Viterbo, near the Terme delle Masse. The welcome and hospitality of the owner and her furry friends was joyful and full of useful tips to visit the city and enjoy the local cuisine. The large and colorful room and the beautiful view of the park made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Services and details well taken care of, everything necessary was there. Good breakfast with jams prepared by the owner and a wide variety to satisfy every palate.

Finalmente un B&B vero nel quale il gestore abita e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con gentilezza e simpatia. La signora Daniela si è subito presa cura di noi dandoci tante e preziose indicazioni su tutto quello che circonda il suo B&B, dai ristoranti ai luoghi più belli da visitare. La colazione di Daniela è veramente gustosa ed abbondante: abbiamo apprezzato tutto, dai dolci alle marmellate, alla frutta fresca. La posizione del B&B Le Pozze Terme è veramente strategica: in pochi minuti si arriva nel centro di Viterbo oppure si possono raggiungere le terme o tante belle località della provincia, compresi i laghi di Bolsena e di Vico. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B per la sua posizione, per le ottime colazioni e, soprattutto, per la gentilezza e cordialità della proprietaria Daniela e spero di ritornare presto in questi splendidi luoghi! Daniela, la proprietaria, è una persona molto ospitale e disponibile che veramente si adopera per il benessere dei suoi ospiti. La camera è veramente graziosa e molto pulita. È un indirizzo che conserverò per il futuro!

Ci siamo stati per il ponte post pasquetta. Abbiamo alloggiato in una confortevole sistemazione dotata anche di angolo cottura che ci ha permesso di consumare due cene in loco, dopo altrettante giornate di intense visite. La titolare è una gradevole conversatrice sempre prodiga di utili consigli. La posizione a circa 8 km dal centro della città non ne impedisce un facile raggiungimento, visti gli ottimi collegamenti stradali. La vicinanza con il piccolo ma ben curato complesso termale delle pozze aggiunge un ulteriore punto di pregio alla sistemazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Siamo stati questo fine settimana io e mio marito insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici. Avevamo due camere dirimpettaie che erano entrambe bellissime: la nostra di color rosso, con colori molto caldi, con bagnetto piccolo ma adeguato, l'altra ancor più bella di color chiaro con un bagno grande, da invidia! Il posto è una zona bellissima piena di verde, che vorremmo tornare a vedere con la bella stagione visto che purtroppo ha piovuto quasi sempre. Quello che più ci ha colpito è stata la colazione, sia per la bontà delle torte fatte tutte in casa dalla proprietaria (compresa una nutella spettacolare!) e, appunto, la proprietaria Daniela, gentilissima e espertissima a dare consigli su luoghi da visitare/ristoranti etc. Insomma, da ritornarci assolutamente!
