It is an ancient renovated farmhouse, clean, well-kept, and neat, Lina and Massimo take care of it and it shows. It is located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from the sea and the countless villages, famous and less known, among which are some small unknown gems. Lina and Massimo will be happy to give you advice for excursions: just ask. To make sure you don't miss anything, there is an excellent restaurant five minutes walk away and a butcher shop with cold cuts a hundred meters away. In short, a very pleasant stay. Stay in complete relaxation in a structure that enjoys an enviable panorama of the Marche hills and only 20 minutes from the sea. From the beginning, the welcome from Lina and Massimo made us feel at ease, also meeting some of our special requests (keeping some of our belongings in the fridge). Spacious and comfortable room and abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, to be enjoyed under the porch in the company of other guests and with the hosts always available to meet any request. The garden is a oasis of relaxation with sun loungers, benches, chairs, and tables always available while enjoying a wonderful landscape. Excellent advice from Lina and Massimo on villages to visit (close by are Corinaldo, Mondavio, Mondolfo) and restaurants where you can taste excellent local dishes. What can I say, we really enjoyed our stay at La Garbatina and we recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauties of this corner of Marche.

B&B with perfect location on the hills of Marche, the view delights the eye both from the room and from the pool, strategic for cultural visits like Urbino, Corinaldo and Mondolfo, natural ones like the Gola del Furlo and the Frasassi Caves or reaching the velvet beach of Senigallia in just 20 minutes. Quiet, clean, the room well furnished, large with all comforts... from mosquito nets, to windows, to air conditioning. The savory and sweet breakfast with the excellent jams of Lina, the fruit of their production and the excellent pastries. Suggestions on the territory from cultural visits to gastronomic ones. A beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of the Marche countryside. The room is large and clean, with all the comforts, except for the TV which is not necessary if you love discovering medieval villages or want to take a dip in the pool in bucolic relaxation! With the need to work two more days in smart mode, before officially starting the holidays, the structure's wifi allowed to work comfortably enjoying a splendid hillside view, among the sunflower fields! Very close to Mondavio and Corinaldo, two lovely villages surrounded by ancient walls, the bed and breakfast is managed by two very kind and helpful people. If you decide to come here, relaxation is guaranteed!

We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast last summer in August, me, my wife, and our 2 children. We wanted to write a review for a while... better late than never. We had a great time in this carefully renovated farmhouse by Massimo and Lina, two lovely people who immediately made us feel at home. The property is located in a charming place, in the hills in the hinterland of Senigallia and is an ideal place if you want to spend a holiday in peace and tranquility. You can enjoy a wonderful view, and from here you can quickly reach both the sea and the nearby villages. We highly recommend this place to have a very pleasant vacation!

On the Marche hills, in a convenient location to easily reach both seaside resorts like Fano and Senigallia and typical inland villages like Corinaldo, Mondavio, and many others. The structure has been excellently renovated, the rooms are cozy and have air conditioning. Massimo and Lina are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is complete and abundant. From the property, you can enjoy a splendid view, and a newly built swimming pool is available.

We were immediately impressed by the kindness and friendliness of Lina and Massimo, who knew how to accommodate all our requests and needs. The room was spacious and welcoming with simple and functional furnishings. The breakfast was abundant, rich in genuine products, some of which homemade (the mulberry jam made by Lina was exquisite). The property is immersed in nature and silence, with a breathtaking view of the hills. Its location allows easy access to both the sea and the surrounding villages. If you want to spend a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday "at home" with friendly people, La Garbatina is the ideal place.

Beautiful, welcoming and soothing structure. Immersed in a postcard landscape. Surrounded only by greenery and lots of nature as well as a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are simple and comfortable, characterized by antique furnishings as well as the beamed ceiling. There is an atmosphere of peace and relaxation everywhere. The starry skies are then unique. We happily returned to Casa Cante La Garbatina, a splendid farmhouse immersed in the hills of Marche, surrounded by plants and flowers. The property is equipped with all the comforts, including a beautiful swimming pool! Like every year, we visited the nearby villages, considered among the most beautiful in Italy. Lina and Massimo are very kind and welcoming, able to put all guests at ease in a family atmosphere. Once again Casa Cante La Garbatina allowed us a relaxing and interesting vacation in a territory rich in traditions, good food, and natural beauty. We had a really good time.

La Garbatina is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and refreshing holiday. Stunning panorama of the Marche hills, close to the sea and to the most famous historical villages. The garden is large and extremely well-kept. The managers are of a kindness and hospitality truly rare. Always available and caring, always with a smile. The structure, dating back to the 1800s, lies on the hills of the Monte Porzio area, offering a magnificent view and revealing itself as a strategic position to reach the most renowned seaside resorts and the most beautiful medieval villages in the region. \nThe recent renovation has enhanced the spaces and common areas, providing all the necessary services and comforts to the environments without however losing the charm and characteristic features of the historic estate. \nPeace and tranquility accompany the stay from the early hours of the morning, with breakfast becoming a moment of conviviality and sharing among guests in the portico area, with Mr. Massimo and Mrs. Lina always available to provide advice on how to make the most of the area and all that it can offer in terms of points of interest and good food. \nThe pool overlooking the valley is a real gem, very evocative and well-kept, and represents a very valid alternative to the sea to spend a day of absolute relaxation.

Sono tornata alla Garbatina, scoperta tempo fa, per ritrovare il paesaggio e i colori della campagna che tanto mi avevano colpito. Intorno alla casa olivi e fiori a profusione, spazi confortevoli per il relax, per fare due chiacchiere, per leggere, o semplicemente ascoltare il canto degli uccelli guardando il cielo e lo spicchio di mare all'orizzonte. Ne ho fatto la base per una settimana di vacanza, esplorando il territorio che la circonda. Oltre alle spiagge della costa, nel giro di pochi chilometri, fra le colline, vi sono rocche e centri medievali, abbazie, resti romani… Giornata tipo: ottima colazione sotto il portico, passeggiata, rientro con sosta in piscina, cena nel vicino ristorante tipico, passeggiata sotto le stelle, riposo in una stanza antica ma dotata di tutti i comfort (dalle zanzariere all’aria condizionata). Bene, Lina e Massimo, continuate così e… penso proprio che passerò di nuovo a trovarvi!

Abbiamo scelto la garbatina per rilassarci per un weekend...risultato pienamente raggiunto, gestori molto gentili e disponibili, camera spaziosa, struttura molto curata!

Attraverso una distesa di dolcissime colline, si arriva a La Garbatina, dove l’occhio spazia all’infinito. Qui tutto è a portata di mano: Borghi suggestivi, storia e arte a profusione, natura da scoprire. Pace e silenzi della campagna, e anche vivacità della costa sul mare. La Garbatina è una struttura con grandi spazi fruibili sia interni che esterni, ampie e confortevoli camere. Curata nei particolari, si inserisce perfettamente nell’ambiente. Sono grata ai proprietari, Lina e Massimo, per il forte senso di ospitalità e accoglienza, per la generosa disponibilità e la cura in tutto ciò che fanno. Ho gustato ottime prime colazioni ricche di scelta, ho programmato numerose escursioni, di vario genere, anche grazie ai loro suggerimenti. Al ritorno mi attendeva un gradito relax nella bella piscina, ed i piatti gustosi del vicino ristorante. Poi, la contemplazione di un immenso cielo stellato. Luogo di natura e amicizia. Posizione strategica sia per visitare borghi incantevoli sia per gli amanti del mare. Il valore aggiunto ha il nome di Lina, disponibile e generosa padrona di casa. In più vi potrebbe capitare di conoscere altri simpatici ospiti con i quali condividere le esperienze vissute, a noi è successo con Letizia, Lina ed Isabella e anche con la figlia di Lina e i suoi nipoti che sono stati una piacevolissima compagnia e che ricordiamo con grande affetto. Abbiamo passato un bel fine settimana in questa casa colonica ben ristrutturata. La camera che abbiamo avuto è spaziosa e confortevole, ma non mancano anche ampi spazi comuni all'aperto e al coperto. Il B&B si trova in una posizione panoramica, con una bella vista sui colli marchigiani. Dalla Garbatina si raggiungono facilmente borghi collinari di grande interesse, oltre ovviamente alle località marittime di Fano e Senigallia. Una particolare citazione meritano i proprietari, molto gentili e prodighi di consigli sulle escursioni da fare e attenti al benessere degli ospiti.

Il casale è immerso nelle dolci colline marchigiane. È stato ristrutturato con grande rispetto del luogo ma con tutti i comfort. Da qui si possono raggiungere i più bei borghi marchigiani e non solo, il mare e altre città d'arte e cultura. Lina e Massimo sono molto gentili, accoglienti e si respira un'atmosfera familiare. Insomma la Garbatina è il posto ideale per una vacanza riposante e interessante in un territorio ricco di tradizioni, buon cibo e bellezze naturali. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Consiglio da amica: Se al risveglio una mattina vuoi sentirti una regina, tosto vieni su in collina proprio qui alla Garbatina! Già all’arrivo il panorama, emozioni ti richiama ed in breve ci si sente conciliare cuor e mente! Messo piede nel salone, proverai la sensazione di sentirti, a profusione, nella giusta dimensione! Sulla torta, ciliegina, or v'è pure la piscina, per un tuffo o una nuotata contemplando la vallata! Resta fuori discussione, limitarsi a colazione, ché un buffet vien preparato per la gioia del palato! Se un consiglio posso dare ti convien non indugiare, poiché il luogo è gettonato e ben preso prenotato!

È come essere ad un passo da tutto: silenzio, aria buona, paesaggi, il mare a neanche 20 minuti, il medioevo ed il rinascimento a 30 minuti, se hai fame c'è un ottimo ristorante a 5 minuti a piedi (utilissimi a fine cena). E la colazione? Ottima ed abbondante. I gestori sono cortesissimi e pieni di informazioni, suggerimenti e "dritte". Un posto perfetto per scoprire le bellissime Marche. Con l'apertura della bella piscina inoltre ti puoi o rilassare o ritemprare dopo le ore passate in giro per i borghi. Da tornarci almeno una volta all'anno.

Amici ci hanno suggerito questo Bed & Breakfast ed è stata una bella sorpresa. La vista, i colori, i profumi, i suoni della natura, tutto molto piacevole e rilassante; la casa appena ristrutturata e molto curata nei particolari, le camere confortevoli e l'area piscina molto bella, tutto nuovo così come l'area esterna. I padroni di casa molto attenti e gentili e sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni bisogno, richiesta e a condividere i momenti di relax. La zona ha tanti piccoli borghi da scoprire ed è molto vicino a Fano e Senigallia cosi come Urbino un gioiello rinascimentale, una bella scarpinata con le sue strade e stradine in salita e discesa una gran fatica ma ne vale decisamente la pena. Raccomando questo B&B sia per un passaggio di viaggio itinerante che per passare una vacanza alla scoperta delle Marche è un ottimo punto di riferimento in ogni stagione.
