The attic is located in a neighborhood not far from the center, reachable in 15 minutes by car or public transport. Below the house, a pizza restaurant, a tobacco bar, and many other shops. In front of the house, Santa Barbara Park, a green area with a pleasant jogging path, frequented by adults and children. The attic is on the third floor: spacious, roomy; equipped with every comfort. Kitchen equipped with microwave and electric oven, washing machine, iron, etc. Nothing is missing. The house is clean and tastefully furnished, wifi connection. Graziella is kind, discreet, helpful. I highly recommend choosing this attic.
