Struttura curata e arredata con gusto. Molto comoda poiché vicina al centro e alla stazione del Metro (5 Min. a piedi). Ottima per brevi soggiorni. Super gentile e disponibile il proprietario, sig. Guido.

Ottima struttura! La posizione è strategica, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini e altrettanto dal Colosseo. Stazione metro Cavour a 5 min a piedi. Attorno pieno di trattorie e bar. Il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile e discreto. Avevo prenotato una stanza particolare ma, per ospitare una famiglia numerosa, hanno spostato me e mio marito nel loft. È stato un lusso inatteso. Un mio appartamento solo per noi con ingresso privato. 4 giorni deliziosi. Unica discrepanza la colazione che non è più inclusa, ma avevamo a disposizione un piccolo cucinino e bar tutti attorno in zona, per cui non è assolutamente un problema. Ottima scelta! Torneremo senz'altro. Metto 9, perchè lascio sempre un margine al miglioramento Paola V.

La struttura si trova nel rione Monti, molto caratteristico, tra la stazione Termini ed il Colosseo. A due passi c'è la fermata metro Cavour, quindi comodissimo per gli spostamenti. Nelle stradine caratteristiche ci sono trattorie tipiche, bar moderni, negozietti molto carini. Il bed & breakfast è situato in una di queste vie, via de' Capocci, è arredato in stile rustico con materiali di pregio, la camera Giunone, la più grande, è silenziosa in quanto si affaccia su di un cortiletto interno ed è dotata di tutti i comfort. Il gestore, Guido, è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni su come muoverci ed è stato a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Non avevamo la colazione compresa ma la camera è dotata di angolo cucina e quindi su richiesta penso si possa fare. Comunque ci sono bar vicini che servono ottime colazioni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci torneremo di sicuro.

Siamo arrivati con la famiglia per un weekend all'insegna del turismo storico ma personalmente preoccupato della logistica pubblica della città di Roma. La sorpresa è stata la posizione della struttura che è veramente a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, dal Colosseo e da moltissimi punti turistici di Roma. La casa era pulita, in ordine e sicuramente ben rifinita. A voler trovare dei difetti, l'eccessiva umidità percepita nell'interrato che, visto il caldo durante il giorno, era sicuramente di refrigerio. Alla sera, stremati dal turismo diurno, abbiamo cenato in locali molto vicini, sicuramente turistici, ma con un buono rapporto qualità prezzo e non siamo mai usciti insoddisfatti. Cordialità e strategiche indicazioni turistiche del sig. Guido hanno completato il quadro. Da rifare assolutamente.

L'unica nota negativa è legata all'ubicazione della stanza nell'interrato per cui la camera rimane parecchio umida. L'inconveniente maggiore è stato pertanto quello di avere le lenzuola umide, il che ha reso il sonno non ideale. Si necessita dare soluzione al problema per esempio installando un deumidificatore o migliorando la ventilazione. Per il resto bene, ottimo il bagno, bella struttura e l'ubicazione perfetta.

Bellissimo soggiorno, posizione centralissima e tranquilla, arredamento con molto buon gusto.

Ho scelto i Capocci per l'ubicazione, il bagno in camera, il prezzo, ammetto anche per le foto della camera. Conosco Roma, volevo qualcosa di centrale, vicino Termini in prossimità di una stazione Metro, in una via tranquilla. Ho trovato tutto questo e valore aggiunto, anche la disponibilità del proprietario a risolvere un piccolo inconveniente, di domenica. Questo per me è importante. Ho vissuto per anni alla Garbatella, per me è stato come tornare a casa.

The host of I Capocci was very nice and attentive. The location of the apartment was perfect, in the heart of Rome and close to anything and everything imaginable. The apartment was simple, quaint, and small but had basic amenities that you need for a few days. It does not provide hair products, only a single "liquid all purpose" shower soap. Rome was very hot in August and the electricity was on and off a few times during our stay due to AC. The building is very old and it is not surprising that the electricity was unstable.

The location of this place is phenomenal. The design inside is absolutely stunning. It was absolutely perfect for me and my friend visiting Rome for the first time. Everyone was really kind, Guido was super attentive and responsive!

In general, the flat to sleep is bearable. The smell in the room was unpleasant, despite the ventilation and air conditioning. The flat was very damp, so much so that the bedding, clothes and everything that was material was damp, which was not very pleasant. There was also quite a lot of dust in the room, which for me as a person with allergies was a difficult experience.

Perfect location close to Colosseo, few steps from Metro Cavour… Room small and dark (basement), but no complaints considering the good price! Thank you, Guido.

Charming apartment, centrally located in the center of Rome, very convenient for family of 6. We like the beds, design, big kitchen and the ensuite bathrooms. We've enjoyed our stay!

We liked our stay very much. The room was very well styled and everything was there we needed. It’s very close to all the attractions rome has to offer and also the neighbourhood Monti is lovely just for walking around and having diner. Thankyou Guido for having us!

Excellent location, very clean but it’s the tiniest place that I’ve ever been. No windows anywhere so there is no day light, double bed upstairs, you physically need to go crawling as the steps are small. Toilet/shower room no room to turn, towels were more like sandpaper then towels, and we were told that this was an upgrade. You could hear your neighbours, felt like there were in our apartment. Would I go there again no, would I recommend NO.

Excellent séjour, absolument rien a redire (à part peut être l'isolation phonique de la porte d'entrée... .) L'appartement est idéalement situé, propre, fonctionnel et l'hôte est très pro, sympathique et fait le maximum pour satisfaire ses clients. Bravo!

I Capocci is the perfect b&b if you want an adorable jumping off point off point to explore Rome. Guido was incredibly communicative and helpful when Delta canceled my flights twice and he adjusted the dates with no issues. I Capocci is a short 10min walk from Termini station. I stayed in the little apartment and was so delighted at first the location. I Capocci is located at the quiet end of the street, as soon as you exit you can walk to the end of the street directly to restaurants, a small piazza and then to the larger Monti Piazza, it’s the perfect location in Monti. To get to the rest of the historic center is a gorgeous walk through the Roman Forum. The apartment itself was spotless, perfectly clean, with pressed towels, and a little book with all the Wi-Fi info. I am so glad we found i Capocci and we will be staying here the next time we are in Rome!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rome at the start of our honeymoon in Italy. Guido was so helpful and accommodating, and he was awake at 1am for us when we arrived to show us around. We loved the cleanliness, authentic charm, and location of this bed and breakfast! Thank you, Guido!

Our room at I Capocci was our best during our two week stay throughout Italy. It is a great location. Within walking distance of all major attractions and train stations. Monti was a great neighborhood with awesome restaurants and a real neighborhood vibe. The room was very clean and even had an AC unit that could be used until 11 PM. Guido met us upon arrival and gave us a really thorough layout of Rome and his personal recommendations on what to see and how to get there. We highly recommend it.

Amazing location with charming, cozy accommodations. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous, with a beautiful kitchen, delicious coffee, yummy breakfast served at 2 nearby cafes. 2 mins walk to metro and 10 To colosseum and other attractions. Awesome restaurants nearby. Cannot ask for more! I will definitely come back.

Wonderful B&B that was clean and in a fantastic neighborhood. I loved the area, which isn’t too close to Termini, but close enough where we had one short metro connection and a few minutes walk. The Colosseum and Roman Forum were maybe a ten minute walk. It was extremely clean and felt very welcoming and safe because of the heavy deadbolt locks throughout. The overall area felt very safe too, full of locals instead of tourists. My favorite part was the breakfast accommodations with the nearby restaurants. Each breakfast was plenty of food, juice and espresso that would easily be $10 per person without the arrangement. Overall great experience. The ONLY negative is that the bed wasn’t very forgiving, but I was so exhausted from roaming around each night I still slept hard.

Great location, easy to find and not too far from the station and the Colosseum (around 15 minutes walk for each), with excellent restaurants and shops near by although some a little pricey. The area was quiet and safe and not overly touristy. We had the room where the bathroom was across the kitchen which was a little inconvenient but I think we got a cheaper rate which was fine. The bathroom was entirely our own and we didn't once bump into anyone else en route to the bathroom. The accommodation was very clean and nicely decorated throughout although our bedside tables were much lower than the bed which was a bit inconvenient and led to a couple of glasses getting knocked off by the bed covers. Had to wait a long time for Guido to let us in the property but once we were in he was very friendly and apologetic for the mix up and gave us lots of good advice on things to see and a very useful map. Breakfast was nice too at the near by cafe.

Lovely character room in a nice B&B. Room was clean, tidy and safe. Communal areas were very good. Breakfast was provided by a choice of 2 nearby cafes. Both of which were very good. No more than 5 minutes walk from Cavour metro station which made it very handy. Airport to the B&B was about 90 minutes in total via train/metro. This was exactly what we were after as we only needed a room for a couple of nights and a place to come back and grab a nap in the afternoon on one day. Incredible location. Literally 60 second walk to via Serpenti and turn to the left to the the giant Colloseum a few blocks in front of you. Closer to a lot of big attractions than the streetmaps led us to believe. Many thanks to Guido for a great stay in such a beautiful city and his local knowledge was very helpful when it came to planning out few days in Rome. Grazie.

Very enjoyable stay at I Cappocci. Guido was most helpful and always answered all our questions, and offered helpful suggestions. There are two off-site locations for breakfast, one of which offers a more substantial breakfast, and one of which is more of a quick coffee-pastry place. We chose the more substantial breakfast location and it was excellent, and quite nearby. Guido's suggestions were excellent... he was thorough in helping meet our tourism needs. The room was good size with a safe, a nice shower, and easy access to the common kitchen area which was very nice. The common kitchen was one of the best of the places we stayed in Italy. The only drawback to this property is that the air conditioning must go off from 11 pm to 7 am, and Guido explained why. It just got a bit stuffy in the night, for our tastes. I would absolutely stay there again, though, without hesitation, with understanding about the air. Guido even gave us the cooler, downstairs room to help us stay cooled off.

Chambre propre, calme et très agréable. Elle est idéalement placée dans un quartier facilement accessible, très sympathique avec de nombreuses adresses pour sortir et se restaurer, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci!

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, einzige was mir gefehlt hat ein mal mehr das der Besitzer nachfragt ob uns was fehlt! Sehr Zentral, man soll aber auch nicht Lärmempfindlich sein! Nächstes mal werde ich gerne das mieten!

La ubicación es muy buena y el encargado, muy atento y correcto. Se destaca la limpieza y el orden del lugar. Sin embargo, mi habitación (Giove) presenta cierta humedad, seguramente debido a que se encuentra debajo del nivel de la calle. No tiene ventanas, solo una claraboya desde donde se puede ver la vereda desde abajo. Además, hubo algún problema con la cerradura. El baño es completo pero se encuentra fuera de la habitación.

Muy buen espacio, la ubicación fe excelente para moverse en metro o bus, guido siempre estuvo atento a la llegada y fue muy cumplido. Sin duda lo recomiendo y cuando vaya a Roma espero quedarme de nuevo alli.

Atención excelente, limpieza de la habitación, aseo y zonas comunes. Cercanía al centro caminando o en metro (Cavour a 400 metros). Silencio para descansar en la habitación. Café Nespresso por la mañana y desayuno correcto en una cafetería cercana. Muy recomendable tanto para ir en pareja como con niños pequeños.
