Fantastic location. The most beautiful to see Modica. The name does not disappoint. Room, mine, a bit spartan and essential, but pleasant. Uncomfortable parking and carrying things. Valentino very good and helpful and to follow his excellent advice.

Wonderful dwelling, expertly renovated. Magnificent view of a beautiful city. Excellent breakfast with selected raw materials. Very kind the owner Mr. Marco, with whom we had a conversational relationship during breakfast; equally kind and friendly Mr. Carlo in charge of customer reception, always attentive and generous with advice. They deserve praise and a new visit as soon as possible! Thank you.

Although I would strongly recommend Talia to friends and we enjoyed our stay very much, a few small improvements and better information are needed to justify the high price. Having a fabulous view, interesting individual rooms and good staff are not quite enough: guests need to know that the car park is 200 meters up-hill from the hotel (it is however very rare to get a car park in central Modica), the bathroom needs towel rails to dry the towels properly as hooks are not sufficient, there are a lack of amenities in the rooms - no tea or coffee making, no tissues, very limited toiletries, no bathrobes. Fix these small issues and you will have a lovely B&B which fully justifies the high price. Thank you for your welcome Carlo and Marco.

Toller blick, toller Garten, aber. Mittelmässiger Service, Betten schlechter qualität, mal warmes wasser, mal kaltes wasser in der Dusche, und nach dem Duschen steht das ganze Bad unter wasser, weil der Duschvorhang zu klein ist. Und das alles für einen preis, in dem man auch in einem 5 Sterne Hotel ein Zimmer in der Nachsaison bekommt, und daran muss man sich messen lassen.

Un luogo magico, con una vista spettacolare e indimenticabile sul panorama incantato di Modica. Il rischio che si corre è quello di non voler mai abbandonare la struttura e trascurare la città, che merita invece più di una visita. Le camere e le suite sono arredate da Viviana Haddad, architetto rinomato, e riflettono lo stile che l'ha resa famosa e spiega perché i suoi progetti sono ambiti da persone da tutto il mondo. Il marito Marco, anch'esso architetto, cura tutti i dettagli dell'ospitalità e i preziosi consigli su come vivere Modica e la Val di Noto. Un B&B a 5 stelle.

Modica ist unglaublich schön und spannend – genauso wie das Casa Talia. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Anlage sehr liebevoll und auf stilvolle Art & Weise gestaltet. Marco und sein Team sind hervorragende Gastgeber, diskret, höflich und gleichzeitig herzlich. Das Frühstück im Garten – mit fantastischem Blick auf die Stadt – ist, besonders für italienische Verhältnisse, großartig, vielfältig, und wird mit Liebe zur Region zusammenstellt, was es besonders originell macht. Kleine Einschränkung: günstig sind die Zimmer nicht, man bekommt keinen oberflächlichen Luxus, aber angesichts der Einzigartigkeit dieses B&Bs, spielt das keine Rolle. Wir haben alles sehr genossen!
