Wonderful stay at Masseria Trulli sull'Aia with Orazio and Mariateresa, who are particularly helpful and caring. We stayed in the largest trullo, with two separate bedrooms. The infrastructure provides all the necessary comfort and is very clean. We have nothing negative to mention, everything was perfect.

We stayed for 2 nights with 4 people, the owner Orazio is a very courteous and helpful person (at the time of booking he did not require any deposit). The Trullo was extremely clean and adequately heated, with a rich and quality breakfast (both savory and sweet). The property is located in Cisternino, a place that allows you to visit wonderful villages just a few kilometers away like Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martinafranca. Parking available, excellent value for money in the end (255.00 euros for all 4, breakfast included).

We stayed at this property for a week and slept inside a trullo, truly delightful and equipped with every comfort. The whole place was surrounded by animals like horses, geese, peacocks, and chickens, which were almost always very well kept in their enclosures. Furthermore, Masseria Trulli sull'Aia also has a small garden for having breakfast or relaxing in the evening on hammocks, surrounded by plum and fig trees always available to the guests. Horace, the owner, was very kind and available for advice and to meet our every request. We really recommend it.

It is the first time that reviews fully reflect reality. A pity that the holidays pass by so quickly. We had a great time, thanks to the courtesy of the owners, for the cleanliness, for the services offered, for the comfortable bed, for the breakfast, which we like savory, varied and abundant, for the very quiet location not far from the places to visit and the sea. We stayed 6 nights and had a great time. Characteristic apartment, very clean, and with everything you need. Orazio is super helpful and excellently organized to provide his guests with all the information to have a truly relaxing stay. Very convenient location for both the sea and visiting the many points of interest in the Itria Valley.

We stayed in a comfortable and clean 'trulli' for 3 nights. The property is run by an enthusiastic couple and it shows. They make you feel welcome and assist in every way they can. It is close to visit Valle d'Itria and its cities. It has many animals on site, nice for small children. We loved our stay.

Among the uncontaminated landscapes of the Itria Valley, a few minutes by car from Cisternino and Locorotondo, you will find this charming B&B managed by Orazio and his family. The trullo and the apartment we booked were taken care of in every detail and it was like feeling at home immediately. Impeccable cleanliness and believe me, I even bring my pillowcase from home to say it! Finally, Orazio's hospitality and availability close the circle, making this place magical where we will definitely return.

The place is very nice, quiet, and welcoming, the owners are very nice. The only downside is the breakfast, I didn't like the system of ordering breakfast the night before. For everything else, I recommend it.

We stayed 6 days at this property. Saying 'a dream' would be too little. We were hosted in a recently renovated trullo, excellently furnished and exceptionally clean. Everything, from the bedroom to the bathroom, met our expectations. The property is surrounded by greenery and the location is strategic if you want to visit the entire Itria Valley and the sea (we were halfway between Ostuni and Alberobello, but at the same time, 15 minutes from the sea). The breakfast impressed me, rich and made with local raw materials, produced by the owners of the property or coming from bakeries and pastry shops in the area. Our stay was magical, and we must definitely thank Orazio and his wife, kind and always available people. Thank you, if there will be an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Congratulations.

The location was perfect for us, great for walking and visiting surrounding villages/towns/beaches. The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and super clean. We loved sitting on our own terrace watching the sunset. Orazio and his family are amazing hosts. And the breakfast in the garden was delicious.

Typical structure very well maintained. Our 'Limoni' trullo was large and tastefully furnished. New bathroom. It is important to point out how on hot days the trullo naturally stays cool. Common spaces and garden are spacious and well-kept. There are many animals (horses, rabbits, chickens, dog and cats) which are an attraction for children. There is also a paddle court and a soccer field. Due to the covid emergency, breakfast is no longer served buffet-style (rightly), but after filling out a form and stating your tastes and preferences, every morning you will find a personal box in the trullo specifically set up for breakfast. The latter has always been varied and plentiful with fresh homemade sweets, typical sweets from the nearby pastry shop, Apulian focaccia, frisella, special cookies, yogurt from the nearby dairy, fresh fruit (and the possibility to request many other things that we were not interested in). Orazio and Mariateresa are young, hospitable, genuine people, attentive to all requests and present in the structure for anything/information. The location of the structure is excellent to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside but at the same time very close to the center of Cisternino and equidistant from all the other points of interest in the Itria Valley. My children didn't want to leave, we hope to come back soon! Ottavia and Luigi.

Beautiful Masseria Trulli sull'Aia a few minutes from Cisternino, in a perfect position to visit the whole Valle d'Itria in addition to the cities. Our room (the "Ulivo" trullo) was perfectly clean, welcoming, very well furnished, with great services and accessories. Also, the little garden at the entrance is splendid, just like everything around the property. Breakfast with delicious local and genuine products. The owners Orazio and Maria Teresa are very helpful, kind, and make you feel immediately at home, as well as offering excellent advice on walking/cycling routes and places to visit. We hope to be able to come back because we really enjoyed our stay!

The expectations were not disappointed, very beautiful structure, kindness and professionalism in welcoming. Structure close to the key points for the beauty of the entire Itria Valley. Special mention to Ines, the little dog that brightened my daughter's days.

We stayed at Masseria Trulli sull'Aia from August 21st to 28th, 2021. Orazio, the manager, was very helpful from the beginning and throughout our stay, providing valuable information on less crowded beaches and places to visit (all the towns of the Itria Valley are at most 25 minutes away by car). The "Limoni" trullo where we stayed is carefully furnished, clean, with a large outdoor space where we had breakfast. We never felt hot despite the high external temperatures, and in the evening there was a pleasant cool breeze. We found it very convenient to choose from different breakfast products every morning (via a questionnaire sent to us before our stay) and the quality of the products offered. Orazio also provides bicycles with a navigator upon request to explore the valley and is available for a trekking in the nearby forest (we will take advantage of it next time). We appreciated the whole context in which the masseria is located, including the pleasant company of the animals. We recommend it to those who, like us, want to spend a holiday in peace, yet close to the sea and many villages worth visiting. We will definitely return if we happen to pass through this magnificent land again. Ale and Bea.

Outstanding combination of the charm of the trulli of Valle d'Itria and the comfort of a structure equipped with all the amenities! Unmissable breakfasts on the lawn in the cool of the trees, with the possibility of choosing between homemade sweets and jams or bakery and pastry products. The farmhouse is located a few minutes by car from the sea and a few km from the main villages of the Valley. Orazio and his family will welcome you to their farmhouse making you feel at home!

When the stay is more than pleasant, there is little to say. The structure is very characteristic, attention to detail, it turns out to be an oasis of peace. Structure set in the typical landscape of Valle d'Itria, very well-kept and well-maintained, lots of greenery, play area for children, also animals (horses, geese, little dog, kitten). Impeccable cleanliness, the trullo where I stayed was equipped with everything. The laundry smells of fresh laundry! Small well-equipped kitchenette complete with tablecloth, dish towels, apron. In the courtyard in front of the trullo there are sun loungers, table and chairs, umbrella, drying rack, nothing is missing. The managers Orazio, Maria Teresa and the grandparents are simple, exquisite and very helpful people, the twins Sveva and Dario are two splendid children. Super breakfast, well managed and curated despite the current Covid situation. Fresh homemade products. We didn't miss anything during a blackout: Orazio took care to bring us hot cappuccinos directly from the bar. They even provided us with umbrella and sun loungers for the beach. They even made sure to inform me that I had forgotten some pants! I don't know when but we will return.

A spectacular structure located in the village of Caranna in front of Cisternino. Everything is extremely well cared for by the owner Orazio who is extremely attentive and makes the stay very pleasant. The proposal of the service "let's visit Murgia" was very interesting and I recommend it. Two hours of walking through the woods until you reach the belvedere from which you can admire the descent of olive trees down to the sea which is just a few km from the structure. Val d'Itria is exciting and Masseria Trulli sull'Aia is the ideal point to plan the visit to all the villages. Thank you Orazio and Maria Teresa.

Ho girato molti B&B di ogni dove, ma il fascino del luogo e la struttura mi hanno lasciato veramente soddisfatto da voto 10! Gestione familiare e molto precisi e cordiali. La colazione buonissima! La struttura nuova e il trullo starci dentro è stupendo! Praticamente mi sono sentito come a casa! Anzi meglio! Lo consiglio vivamente! Ha anche animali e cavalli per chi li ama! Insomma stra soddisfatto! Posto inoltre in paese dove si possono raggiungere in auto tutti i luoghi migliori come Ostuni e Alberobello. Struttura, gestione al top. Un trullo sapientemente ristrutturato nella campagna della valle d'itria. La camera l'ulivo è composto da due trulli. Arredato semplicemente ma con estremo gusto. Dotato di tutti confort ma senza aria condizionata perché non necessaria. La colazione è inelencabile. Prodotti sopratutto freschi come cornetti, torte yogurt e miele bio, marmellate fatte in casa. In posizione baricentrica rispetto a tutte le località e ai centri storici della zona. Il proprietario Orazio è una persona squisita che da preziose indicazioni sulle cose da visitare.

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in cinque nel Trullo Limone, bellissimo, silenzioso e tranquillo, fresco (di notte servirebbe addirittura una copertina), nuovo, pulitissimo, colazione ottima con prodotti locali a scelta, proprietari gentili e molto disponibili, parcheggio interno ombreggiato. Forse, proprio per cercare il pelo nell'uovo, per i pranzi servirebbe un po' più di ombra nel patio, ma è davvero un dettaglio in una struttura perfetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un meraviglioso trullo circondati da pace in ambiente bucolico. Colazione fresca di forno ogni mattina. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel trullo "L'ulivo" per due notti. Struttura fantastica e di recente ristrutturazione, così com'è fantastica la sala per la colazione. Simpaticissimi e molto ospitali Orazio e Maria Teresa che preparano torte fatte in casa ogni mattina e pongono grande cura nella ricerca dei prodotti (pane, yogurt, marmellate). Bellissimo anche lo spazio esterno, molto rilassante il contesto e punto perfetto per visitare Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Polignano, Monopoli e tutti gli splendidi paesini nelle vicinanze.

Wir wohnten hier im Juni 2019 6 Tage (viel zu kurz) und fanden es ideal. Orazio und Mariateresa haben hier ein kleines Paradies für sich, für ihre Tiere und ihre Gäste geschaffen. Sie haben das Anwesen mit größter Sorgfalt für jedes Detail renoviert und gepflegt. Das große Apartment ist ideal für eine Familie aufgeteilt. Die Räume sind großzügiger als sie auf den Fotos wirken. Es gibt einen Vorgarten mit Tisch und Stühlen unter einem Sonnenschutz und von schönen Pflanzen umgeben, ein Entree mit einer Spüle, wo man auch kochen kann, einen Wohnraum und von dort aus erreichbar 2 separate Schlafzimmer in Trulli, 1 mit Einzelbetten, 1 mit einem Doppelbett, und ein schönes Bad. Alle Räume sind mit Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. In den Trulli haben wir geschlafen wie Murmeltiere. Alle Räume sind dank den dicken Steinwänden stets angenehm kühl- eine Klimaanlage ist überflüssig. Die Lage des Anwesens in Caranna ist auch ideal, am Rande der Anhöhe zum Idria-Tal mit angenehm kühler Luft abends – und nahe an bekannten Orten wie Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca oder Ostuni und zugleich aber auch nah der Adria-Küste, so dass man schneller ans Meer kommt (15 Auto-Minuten) als von diesen Orten aus. Caranna ist auch eine schöne, noch dörfliche Ortschaft. Die Gastgeber betreiben neben ihrem Haus auch eine sehr gute und preiswerte Pizzeria an einer Sportanlage. Vollends einzigartig wird der Ort aber dank den Gastgebern Orazio und Mariateresa – ein junges Paar, beide kümmern sich laufend sehr fleißig um alles und auch um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, geben jede Auskunft, sorgen für ein tolles Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und selbst gebackenen Kuchen und zeigen ein unvergleichliches Vertrauen in ihre Vision und ihre Gäste. Wir möchten auch noch ihren Hund Lillo erwähnen – auch er begleitet alles, was geschieht, sehr aufmerksam, aber stets unaufdringlich, wie ein guter Geist des Anwesens. Er erinnerte uns an Bitzer aus „Shaun the Sheep“. Vielen Dank an Euch alle für einen ganz besonderen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 sola notte nel trullo Limone. Eravamo 3 adulti e un bambino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi perché è una bellissima struttura, il trullo che è stata la nostra casa per un giorno, aveva tutti i comfort necessari: asciugamani sopra ogni letto, piatti, bicchieri, frigorifero, tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. È presente anche la connessione Wi-Fi utilizzabile fin da subito. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto piacevoli. All'interno della struttura ci sono anche degli animali e per noi è stato bellissimo svegliarci con conigli, galline, cavalli. la loro presenza nell'aia ci ha fatto molto piacere in quanto siamo degli amanti della natura. La colazione anche è stata molto gradevole, dolci buonissimi e yogurt freschi da consumare. Tutto perfetto. Se dovessimo capitare nuovamente da quelle parti sicuramente chiameremo Orazio perché la struttura si trova in una posizione comoda per arrivare in pochissimo tempo nelle principali attrazioni del luogo. Consigliatissimo.

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Abitazione caratteristica (Trullo) in un posto incantevole a 25 minuti dal mare e a 5 minuti di macchina da Cisternino. Possibilità di visitare tutti i paesi limitrofi che si trovano al massimo entro 30 km. Il gestore è estremamente disponibile tanto da farti sentire in famiglia. Appena possibile ci torneremo.

Il trullo è stato ristrutturato benissimo, ben arredato e molto pulito. Orazio è gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione semplicemente deliziosa. Consigliato pernottamento per più notti.

Struttura pulita, accogliente ma soprattutto originale essendo un trullo! un grazie all'accoglienza ed ospitalità del gestore e della sua simpaticissima famiglia. La struttura si trova in un paesino di campagna ed è immersa nella natura, con le bici puoi girare liberamente per il paesaggio vi consiglio gli itinerari suggeriti dal gestore e ben illustrati nelle camere. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere: Alberobello, Logorotondo, Le grotte di Castellana, Ostuni e il mare limpido della Puglia tutto a meno di 30 min d'auto. Per chi ha dei bambini è il top! Il gestore infatti nell'aia ha diversi animali che attireranno sicuramente l'attenzione dei più piccini e non.

Orazio et sa famille sont souriants, très accueillants et discrets. Ils nous invitent à profiter pleinement de la location et prestations (VTT à disposition et cuisine à l'extérieur) La pizzeria à proximité tenue par ses parents est calme, familiale et très pratique. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu un problème administratif: Orazio s'est proposé de s'en occuper pour nous laisser profiter de nos vacances. Il manque une piscine mais la mer est toute proche ! location et accueil de qualité.

Meine Frau u. ich haben im trullo piccolo 10 Tage sehr angenehm verlebt. Die sehr saubere Unterkunft ist einfach aber mit großer Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter sind von herzlicher Freundlichkeit.

Orazio and his family were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us pieces of advice to tour the region and lent us bikes with the registered routes in the GPS to not get lost! That was great! The trullo was very nice and fresh what we really appreciated after spending the day outside. We also had the sweetest surprise of finding cherries from the garden (best ever) left for us on the terrace! Also the breakfast was so good with homemade jam that we will not forget. Thank you! Si tratta di veri e propri appartamenti ricavati da trulli. Completamente ristrutturati mantenendo le caratteristiche del trullo. Le stanza sono spaziose, pulitissime ed accoglienti. Sopra i letti abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani legati con un filo di rafia cui era legata una composizione floreale. Pulizia perfetta. Bellissima la veranda esterna. Colazione abbondantissima con torte di vario tipo, biscotti, frutta, cornetti, frutta, succo, latte, caffè, yogurt. La posizione di Trulli sull'Aia è comodissima per visite a Fasano, Castellana, Ostuni, Locorotondo e litorale. La cortesia e l'accoglienza dei gestori è da manuale. Ci si sente accolti e coccolati come amici di vecchia data. Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti.
