Great location, close to the station and amenities, situated on the 4th floor (there is a small lift). Lovely room with ensuite, spotlessly clean. Very generous breakfast. Helpful host who gave us restaurant recommendations and a map. We loved being able to write a message on the walls in the hallway with the chalk provided.

Everything perfect, clean room, abundant breakfast, much appreciated availability. Strategic position. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

The structure is close to the station and therefore excellent for getting around, and already in the pedestrian area. Mrs. Alessandra was extremely kind, welcoming, and immediately available for a small problem. Abundant breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Our room was spotless. The host was always available for any questions we had, she also sent us some suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The location is superb.

Small but well-kept, clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom with a sanitary macerator. Optimal location to visit the Cinque Terre and the city center. The breakfast is sufficient in terms of product quality, sweet and savory options always available. It requires a bit of adaptation to the spaces and managing timing if other guests are using the coffee machine or toaster in the kitchen. We never met the b&b manager, but we always had quick and peaceful exchanges via WhatsApp. In conclusion, all services are self-service, but we would still return.

Recently renovated apartment. Excellent cleanliness. Equipped with all the comforts. Good location for both the city center and the train station. Superlative availability and courtesy from the owner.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the 'timo' room. It was small but nice and cozy. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very abundant and they made sure the room was clean.

Strategic location, very clean, spacious, and well-furnished room. The only downside is the breakfast at the bar, a bit limited, we would have preferred a breakfast with artisan products.

The B&B is very nice! Our room had an en-suite bathroom and was very well taken care of in the details, furniture, towels, you could feel a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was super organized, including everything, savory, sweet, fruit, that you can enjoy independently. We were welcomed at the property, they provided us with the keys so we could come in and out autonomously. The location is very favorable, it's located in the pedestrian center, where you can find all the places to eat and shops.

Great bed and breakfast, perfect location between the train station and the main street. The room was clean, had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, with milk, fruit juice, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, biscuits, croissants, jams, and chocolate! The lady was very kind and always attentive to our requests.

The manager Beatrice is extremely helpful. Appreciated the notebook of tips for the stay. Very central location, clean and essential room. Self-service breakfast with a wide selection.

The accommodation was perfect for us to visit Cinque Terre. It's very close to the station. The place is very clean, safe, and the staff very friendly. If we had to come back, we would choose it again.

Excellent welcome, the owner very kind and helpful. The place is very nice and unique. Very convenient location, as it is 5 minutes from the train station, to visit the 5 lands. We will return in the future.

It is located in the city center so a bit noisy and you can also hear the neighbors a lot.

Very kind and attentive owner. Comfortable, welcoming, and very clean structure. Abundant breakfast and food and tea always available for customers.\n\nI stayed in the only room without a bathroom. No big deal because we had a private bathroom just for us. To be picky, only two criticisms: a small TV and the water heater acting up.\n\nWe will return.

L'appartamento è funzionale e molto ben organizzato. La cucina in comune con le altre stanze non è affatto un disagio, anzi, ogni camera ha un vassoietto con le proprie porzioni e una volta che hai preparato tutto l'occorrente per la tua colazioni puoi portare il vassoietto in camera e consumare lì la colazione! La camera con il balconcino è davvero graziosa! Gli schiamazzi notturni e il rumore delle macchine che puliscono le strade disturbano il sonno solo se dormi con la finestra aperta..ma alla fine se vuoi il silenzio non scegli una struttura in centro..puoi andare in campagna o in montagna! La posizione è ottima a mio parere.

Charming apartment with great location for going to Cinque Terre on a daytrip. Alessandra kept our bags in the room while we were away for the while Day after checking out. We had the most wonderful room with balcony. Great for breakfast! The room and bathroom was spotless clean. Good shopping right outside the property and a Nice stroll away from the harbour.

The room we got was very nice, clean and comfortable with a magnificent balcony. Location is perfect, not more than 10 min by feet from the train station. And Alessandra, the owner of the place, is very nice lady.
