The accommodation is very cozy, it has everything you need, it is spotless and is located very close to the station. The person in charge is very nice, he dedicated his time to give us a lot of information about places of interest and great restaurants.

Giorgio is a host of rare kindness and very good advice. The check-in is so masterfully conducted that it saves the crowded Tourist Office visit! The breakfast is abundant but sometimes lacks a bit of variety. The apartment is very close to Mestre train station, where all trains to and from Venice Santa Lucia pass. Small restaurants and supermarket nearby (well-equipped kitchen). Excellent value for money!!! I recommend it!!!

My family and I were pleased to stay at B&B Romantica Venezia, the host is super polite and attentive, as for the price, it is reasonable. The apartment is located a few steps from the station, restaurants, atm machines. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The owner is very kind and understands the needs of the customer. He is always available. He can indicate to tourists where to go to visit, what to eat, and how to move around using public transport. Excellent!

We were very pleased with our stay in Mestre at "B&B Romantica Venezia". Mr. Giorgio is very hospitable. He met us on time and provided all the explanations to visit Venice. Positive side: the price corresponds to the quality, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. In compliance with the law, which Giorgio scrupulously follows, the breakfasts are all 'industrial' in packaging. The owner still provides a fully equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket near the house. I would like the sink tap in the bathroom to be repaired and for the bathroom to be cleaned more thoroughly (because there were hairs under the rug on the floor and the bidet had not been cleaned). But these are minor notes to make the structure better.

Very warm welcome from Giorgio who does everything to make us feel comfortable at his place and provides us with valuable information about Venice and how to get there. Moreover, he speaks French: awesome!

Extremely convenient structure because it is close to the station, excellent for those who need to go to Venice. In particular, it has 2 free parking spaces (not owned but generally available), right next to the structure. In the worst case, there are numerous paid parking spaces at 80 cents per hour. Numerous restaurants and bars in the area, spoilt for choice. The owner was very nice and kind, he prepared and illustrated to us with a map in hand a list of things to see, where to go, where to eat and tips on how to save even on transport. He made himself available for every need at any time even after check-in for any requirement. The breakfast is plentiful, packaged snacks, rusks, jams, Nutella, cereals, barley, milk, coffee, herbal teas, fruit juices, etc. The structure and the furniture are a bit dated but everything is neat and clean. The only downside is the shared bathroom. It still went well for us because the other room was empty.

The stay at B&B Romantica Venezia was spectacular! My partner and I are very grateful to Giorgio who welcomed us with great kindness and explained many things about the city of Mestre and Venice. The breakfast is very abundant. We will definitely come back!

Accommodation with a very good location to reach Venice in 5 minutes. The apartment is very clean and has free parking area. Highly recommended.

From the moment we started our stay in this B&B, we felt welcome and comfortable. The place is really good, it is equipped with everything you may need and it is very clean. The attention to detail is superb. It may not look like your typical 5-star hotel, but I guarantee that we felt like we were in one. Like the apartment wasn't good enough, the owner is amazing. Everything he does for his guests doesn't go unnoticed. Our trip to Venice was definitely improved by his advice. I honestly think I couldn't have gone to a better B&B.

He is a sincere, kind man who clearly cares about his visitors.

Great value for money. The accommodation is very well located - 5 minutes walk from the train station and then 10 minutes by train to Venice. Trains run regularly (you don't need to choose in advance which train to take; cost per trip: 1.45€). There are also some restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The landlord is very kind and provides a lot of information about Venice and tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The accommodation itself was very clean, especially the shared bathroom. There was a daily room service that made the beds. The air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature even on hot days. Unfortunately, the apartment is extremely noisy, so it is advisable to bring earplugs. The price includes a small breakfast. Unfortunately, this only contained packaged products, as B&Bs are probably not allowed to provide an open breakfast. Nevertheless, we had a good time and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We spent 2 nights at the very kind and friendly Mr. Giorgio who welcomed us with courtesy and professionalism, illustrating, map in hand, in great detail, a 2-day tour of beautiful Venice. The property is very close to Mestre station and after a 10-minute train ride we were already on the vaporetto heading to San Marco. We had a truly beautiful weekend.

During our stay we felt at home. The welcome from Mr. Giorgio is unparalleled. With his advice we managed to visit enchanting places and eat very well. The B&B Romantica Venezia is in a perfect location for those like us who want to move to Venice by public transport. Highly recommended.

For a first stay in Venice we were not disappointed. The accommodation was well located even if outside Venice (2 minutes walk from Mestre train station - very regular train departures with a journey time of 10 minutes for a fare of 1.45 euros one way). Spacious room for 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) with a slightly outdated decoration but very clean and with an excellent value for money. The most remarkable thing about this accommodation is our host: attentive, discreet, welcoming and very good advice (he spent more than an hour on our arrival explaining to us, with a map in hand, the points to see and the organization to have to optimize our short stay. We recommend this place.

Comfortable and welcoming structure. Courteous and helpful manager. Recommended for a visit to Venice.

What can I say? Giorgio was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with beforehand, and he shared many of his recommendations for things to see, restaurants to go to, etc when we arrived. The accommodation is just a short walk from the train station where there are frequent and very cheap trains to S. Lucia. Breakfast is self-service and there are cooking facilities if you need them. We'd also recommend the Soul Kitchen Cafe by the station if you want to eat breakfast out locally.

Giorgio was the perfect host, I wish I was a tourist who had never been to Venice to properly take advantage of all his helpful advice on what to see, how to move, where to eat without getting ripped off, etc... You can see he has a passion for what he does. Thank you!

Room of adequate size and very clean structure. The manager provided me with many useful tips for visiting Venice and I appreciated the availability to keep the luggage until the evening. It is close to the station, bars, and restaurants.

The structure is a bit dated (although I believe foreigners appreciate it, as it closely resembles what one imagines an Italian home to be like abroad) and the breakfast is a bit anonymous (more due to legislation than choice), but having said that, we can only speak well of it. The house is clean, has everything one needs and more, you have access to the kitchen, and the location makes you forget the regret of not being able to find a room in Venice at an affordable price: close to buses, the station (very frequent trains), supermarket, restaurants, etc. The area is multicultural and safe: even returning late at night, we never had anything to fear. The icing on the cake is the host, who is a wealth of information that I highly recommend taking into account because it helps avoid much of the stress that a visit to a city like Venice could create (I won't say more, so it's just us, Giorgio's guests, who know the best tips). In short, a positive experience all around, including the price.

The room is a bit outdated but honestly you can go there with your eyes closed, impeccable cleanliness, impeccable welcome by Giorgio whose kindness, availability, and support are there to make your stay very pleasant. Access to Venice is very easy (15/20 min max) with plenty of choices between train or bus. Ideal location, warm welcome, and unbeatable value for money for Venice. Our stay at 'B&B Romantica Venezia' was very pleasant, we had everything in the apartment and could ask the owner any doubts or problems literally at any time of the day, which provides great attention to guests. The apartment was spotless, that is, every day a check was made of everything, both rooms and the bathroom and kitchen which we could use freely (as long as we didn't disturb other guests). In addition to that, upon arrival they provided us with a tourist map of the most essential places, as well as tips on where to eat or how to use public transport. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Giorgio is totally devoted to his residents, he is simply fantastic and exceptional. We will come back as long as Venice remains Venice and Giorgio is there. Long live Giorgio and his house of different nationalities and exchanges.

The place is a little oldish but very charming. The host is extremely nice and helpful with everything, a perfect location for people wanting to visit Venice but not paying the Venice-prices and/or to get out of the high-density zone for the nights and find some relief in a "normal" city surrounding. Mestre has its own, rough charm, too, by the way.

We had a great time, clean place, close to the train station, and above all the manager Giorgio, very helpful and very attentive to people's needs, very good.

The host was the most helpful person I have come across while traveling. He allowed us to leave our luggage for an extra day after our stay and gave us the keys to his apartment so we could retrieve the luggage whenever we wanted. The apartment is really nice and clean, you will find almost everything in it to make your travel easier. The host really made our Venice trip more convenient, so we could make the most out of our days in Venice.

The location is great, 400 meters from the train station. The accommodation itself is very clean and wonderfully equipped. George (owner) is a very courteous and attentive person. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the lack of a place to store bikes. We had to carry our heavy e-bikes to the second floor.

It was truly a pleasure to meet Giorgio, who made us feel at his B&B like our home. His welcome chat provided us with all the necessary information to move around Venice without any problems, places of interest, transportation service, dining options in Mestre and Venice. The place is simple and very comfortable, fully equipped. There is the possibility to cook if desired and to prepare a herbal tea, have something cool, or use the groceries he kindly provides at any time. It was truly an excellent decision. First of all, Giorgio made us feel very welcomed. He gave us some useful advice on where to go in and around Mestre. The B&B was in the perfect location for us too (near the train station and town center) and we felt as though it was home. It was a lovely place to stay in. Thank you Giorgio!

The B&B Romantica Venezia is located in a very convenient position, close to the train station and some useful bus stops. The owner was very kind and provided information on what to visit in Mestre, how to reach Venice, and where to eat. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Everything ok. Old-fashioned apartment but well maintained and very clean. The manager is very kind. Being the B&B less than 3 minutes from the station, you are in Venice in a quarter of an hour. If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere, if you are looking for a quiet and clean place to sleep and have breakfast, this is the place for you.

The shared bathroom with 7 other people was the only downside. Another bathroom would be necessary when the property is fully booked. Otherwise, we had a great time.

For me it was a nice experience at the B&B Romantica Venezia of Giorgio: we were really welcomed well and seriously, not only he gave us the keys and the basic notions of how the B&B works (as it had already happened to me in other places in Europe), but he also suggested how to move around, what to avoid and how to make the most of our day in Venice. Furthermore, he was always available, via messages and calls, to answer all our doubts. The room was clean, spacious (the triple), warm and I always found it in impeccable order; living with the other tenants was not unpleasant at all, considering that the bathroom and kitchen were shared. I always found the bathroom clean and tidy; the only "inconvenience" maybe are the bathroom shifts, but it wasn't a problem so relevant in the end. I really recommend this place.

Great location, bus 200 meters away and train 500 meters away. The manager is very helpful even with unexpected issues, you can tell he cares. The kitchen is convenient and allows for flexibility in solutions. The only downside is the shared bathroom (although always clean) for three rooms which forces shifts. Fortunately, we found guests with whom there were no issues. I recommend it.

The location of the structure is excellent for those who want to stay as tourists. The bus stop is right outside, the station is a 10-minute walk away, very close to the center of Mestre. There is also a washing machine! You can use the kitchen to prepare lunches or dinners. For example, we had lunch at home, saving money.
